晚市5:30開,5:29去到無人排隊,店員準時開門。揀呢間店有三個原因:1. 生燒,即係即場由生燒成熟,而不是現成來貨已經有哂醬汁嘅預制品。2. 美洲白鰻,少有哋唔係用中國貨,雖然我食唔出。3. 備長炭,有炭香味但無炭灰。招牌蒲燒鰻魚飯($118)大約15分鐘上枱,打開個蓋,賣相不錯,鰻魚有八件,全是中間位。鰻魚尚算厚身,面層(皮)及底層(肉)都燒得好靚;鰻魚皮雖然有醬汁但仍帶微脆;鰻魚肉質唔會鬆散,嫩滑,無泥味/腥味;蒲燒醬汁咸甜適中;白飯係北海道產嘅珍珠米,飯粒黏身,飽滿(如果多啲就更好);另外仲有半隻半熟蛋、紫菜碎、炸鰻魚骨粒(好鬆化,口感少少似餅乾粒)。招牌白燒鰻魚飯($118)大約20分鐘上枱,打開位蓋,賣相同樣不錯,鰻魚分兩節,一節係中間位三件,另一節係尾位有六件。因為係白燒,無醬汁顏色冚住,所以睇得出真係燒得好靚,皮嗰面脆卜卜,肉嗰面微微焦香嘅金黃色;同樣因為白燒,無醬汁味道冚住,食得出完全無泥味/腥味,肉質嫩滑,魚皮香脆,但味道偏淡,所以提供柚子醬汁(呢個汁味道幾好,亦都幾夾)同檸檬提味,亦可自行加枱面嘅味鹽、七味粉、山椒粉。追加配菜、味噌湯(+$10)配菜有兩款,辣泡菜、醬汁元貝絲。味噌湯配料足,除咗基本嘅昆布、豆腐,仲有蜆、白蘿蔔。炸鰻魚骨($28)限量供應。大約有十條。炸得十分脆身,不論粗身或幼身,都好易咬斷。表面洒上海苔粉,香口惹味,另外仲有沙律醬(我再加埋七味粉),十分不錯的一碟小食。免治雞軟骨肉棒串($28)係我想要嘅質感,免治雞肉軟身,加埋入面雞軟骨嘅爽脆,而且表面燒到微脆,又軟又爽又脆嘅口感。另外仲有一個蛋黃比你點嚟食,再增添香滑感,好味道。燒菠蘿($16)平時我就應該唔會叫,但我見網上啲人講佢表面有層焦糖,望落又好似唔錯,就落埋單。的確,燒菠蘿面層會有一層脆脆焦糖,本身四件菠蘿都夠甜,再加埋焦糖,兩種甜味加埋好在又唔太漏。食呢餐之前,我係有少許期望的。好在食完,雖然未至於好驚艷,但都比預期中好,值得有下次再返嚟幫襯嘅機會。 continue reading

好想去日本旅行,但冇假放之下唯有搵下有冇邊間鰻魚飯夠高質俾我feel feel味蕾去旅行嘅感覺啦~網上Search到好多人講呢間,價錢都好公道,一於試試睇openrice之前嘅餐牌好似有得揀大size細size,依家就得番一個size冇得揀落單時店員有講明因為係即燒,所以等候時間會比較長當然一定要試試最classic嘅蒲燒鰻魚咩水準先啦😌上到黎熱辣辣😍排得好靚,魚份量都多咬落好香☺️✨燒汁唔算好甜,配合碳火嘅燒香,仲有鰻魚本身嘅油脂,連埋飯放入口,超正~✨仲叫左出面少見嘅白燒黎試!冇汁可以食到更多鰻魚本來嘅味~😋更有碳火味同更脆面!個人更鐘意白燒,但鐘意濃味嘅朋友建議食番蒲燒🤭影唔清楚,不過入面仲有炸魚骨!都好好食!又香又脆口個飯份量適中,食完啱啱好滿足😋會介紹朋友黎! continue reading

呢間鰻魚鋪早幾年第一次食過覺得唔錯當年晚飯時段排晒人龍今次Fri收工再去只係坐左一半人唔洗排。然後我就叫左個天婦羅烏冬($88)1件鰻魚,1件秋葵,1件蓮藕,1件南瓜件鰻魚冇咩肉,好瘦同埋炸得唔夠脆,冧晒。另外小食叫雞軟骨($24)同牛舌($22)雞軟骨正正常常但牛舌味道好怪,唔識形容。鰻魚飯($118)正正常常質素保持平穩。不過天婦羅我覺得唔太好食一嚟唔夠脆口二嚟鰻魚得一件仲要勁少肉,唔抵食食到7.30pm左右先開始有少少人排隊真係不大如前啦 continue reading
