今日黎左間暫時係我食過最好食既鐵板燒餐廳 急不及待好想分享喇!!!呢間叫"媄鐵板燒日本料理和酒"既餐廳位於尖沙咀廣東道, 地點方便就腳~~餐廳環境寬敞, 裝修時尚高雅, 座位約十幾個, 黎食一定要BK位喔晚餐主要有2個鐵板燒OMAKASE menu~而我同朋友就選擇左食臣 OMAKASE $1080/位有約15道菜式~~~凍粟米湯+荔枝漬蕃茄夏天熱辣辣飲個凍湯開開胃最適合不過~~粟米湯由粟米粒拗碎而成, 味道清甜, 啖啖粟米精華荔枝漬蕃茄甜度高, 而且爽嫩多汁~~龍蝦汁蒸蛋蒸蛋口感非常嫩滑, 入口即溶~配上龍蝦汁既鮮味, 味道更豐富今餐部份既海鮮食材白蝦配北海道帶子底面都煎到金黃香脆既白蝦中間爽著鮮甜既北海道帶子, 外脆內軟, 口感非常豐富!!!兩者既鮮味結合一齊, 再沾上雪鹽食, 更能提鮮松葉蟹炸春捲配黑醋汁春捲外皮炸得酥脆可口, 松葉蟹既鮮味係炸春捲既過程中更加濃郁~配埋黑醋汁食味道恰到好處金鯛立鱗燒配酸菜魚汁金鯛用油炸過後魚鱗變得相當鬆脆, 魚肉又非常嫩滑~配上酸酸麻麻既酸菜魚汁食, 味道相當之夾, 呢道菜做得好出色呀!!大蜆清蒸既大蜆已經非常鮮咁, 師傅將火喉拿捏得好好~大蜆軟

第一次食芝士味既雪糕, 估唔到又幾好味喎, 芝士味濃得黎一D都唔膩~

講真未食過咁大片嘅鵝肝,正如之前講鐵板嘅高溫可以迅速鎖住水份同埋煎香食材嘅表面,呢種煮法對於煮鵝肝非常之重要,料理長會用鵝肝配多士同埋蘋果醋醬,無論口感同油膩感都平衡到,鐵板燒必食🫰

同普通味噌湯完全唔同,蝦味非常出,之前都試過用龍蝦頭煮湯,我覺得用沙巴虎蝦頭同殼煮都唔錯喎🤩

焦糖烤多士配雪糕,睇下烤得幾靚😍😍 條條香脆甜美,食唔停手🤣 另外雪糕仲有兩款選擇,有柚子同埋芝麻,兩樣都唔錯,不過我哋都覺得柚子雪糕襯多士係正啲🥰

餐廳原來開咗唔係好耐,大約三個月左右,但係嗰日都全場爆滿呀😀 食物質素真係好好,而且煮法又有新意,真心推介🥰 都係嗰句,係屋企係唔會煮到呢個效果㗎,想食鐵板燒既朋友記得mark低啦😎

不會太鹹,但仍然保留著濃濃的味噌香味😉

- 甜品 – 芝士雪糕 及 焦糖多士
最後一道菜就是甜品,選擇了超濃郁的芝士雪糕,已經愛上這雪糕,再配上外脆內軟的焦糖多士,為是次鐵板燒體驗畫上完美的句號。

先來一道沙律開開胃,沙律菜新鮮爽脆,口味清新。

龍蝦汁蒸蛋,紫蘇花
普普通通嘅蒸蛋加上龍蝦汁,即刻變得個高檔👍蒸蛋非常滑溜,龍蝦汁濃郁,配上紫蘇花令味道升華。🤤

刺身級帆立貝
帆立貝用牛油煎封,好香,而且用上刺身級帆立貝,鮮甜嫰滑,配上烏魚子+淡雪鹽,更能突出鮮味♥️。

蒸兵庫縣金武士生蠔
手板般帶的生蠔,略略蒸一蒸所以無點縮到水,配上小小鹽黎提鮮,好厚肉,蠔味濃郁。

日本榮螺
加上牛油以法式做法來烹調,食落啖啖肉🤤!撈埋超綿密薯蓉一齊食真係勁滋味。

南非鮑魚
廚師解說將鮑魚先蒸後煎,令到鮑魚變得柔軟先再煎香,食落會比較軟滑。配埋特調的鮑魚肝醬和青瓜絲一齊食,濃味得黎又帶點清新🎍。

金鯛魚立輪燒配酸菜魚汁
日式做法配中式醬汁,用返魚骨做汁,所以個酸菜魚汁幾鮮味。魚皮超脆,魚肉又勁香滑,唔錯唔錯🤩。

沙巴虎蝦
超巨型大蝦,配上用蝦頭膏+蟲草花特調既忌廉汁,中西合壁出奇地效果唔錯!

鵝肝配蘋果醬
係我至愛既鵝肝!勁大件勁厚身!一d騷味都無,表皮香脆,配上法包真係好完美。最後食埋附上既菠蘿冰&海草解油膩。

封門牛柳
點了5成熟,熟得剛剛好,肉質柔軟,肉味濃郁,我喜歡配上鹽漬昆布 & wasabi一起食,令味道更有層次。

九州炒飯
由於已經好飽,唯有嗌少飯😆見廚師料理時加入左沙律醬,飯粒會較柔軟同滑身,鐵板炒飯真係好好食。

炒雜菜
鐵板炒菜香得黎d菜仲係爽爽地,解下油膩都幾好。

麵豉湯
用左龍蝦頭黎煮個麵豉湯,唔洗講都知一定好鮮甜🤣。

焦糖多士配雪糕
是日重點!無論幾飽都一定要食!超級無敵勁好食呀!雪糕簡左士多啤梨味。熱辣辣既焦糖多士配上凍冰冰既雪糕,1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣分!
