As a teppanyaki lover, I immediately said yes when my friend invited me to try out this place @utsukushi_teppanyaki.and.sake We came here for dinner and tried their cheaper menu - 臣 Omakase at $1080/person. It was overall an impeccable dining experience (leaving with a super satisfying belly) with the detailed explanations provided by the attentive staff to each of the courses. Can tell that all the seafood we had were very fresh, nevertheless the chef's skillful techniques truly elevated the ingredients to another level. One of the highlights was the foie gras served on crispy butter toast, which simply melted in our mouth leaving a lingering and rich flavor( ´▽`) The dessert at the end gave us a delightful surprise - warm and crunch caramelized toast strips served with sea-salt/ cheese ice cream was a match made in heaven ♡︎

很滿意的一次用餐體驗, 每吃一道菜都附上了詳細的解釋, 完全是捧住肚子離開餐廳呢( ´▽`)。 所有的海鮮都很新鮮, 配上廚師熟練的廚藝, 確實把味道提升到了另一個層次!! 其中一大亮點是香煎鵝肝配多士, 烤的外脆內軟的鵝肝入口即化, 白面包吸收了鵝肝的油份, 整個口腔都是鵝肝濃郁的香氣⸜( ´ ꒳ ` )⸝♡︎ 最後的甜點也很有驚喜—酥脆的焦糖麵包條配上海鹽和芝士味的雪糕 (兩款都是單吃就已經很好吃了!)真是天作之合, 甜之餘竟然不會太膩!

火灸日本白粟米配上冷羹湯,清新清甜,加埋個日本溫室番茄仔,相當開胃☺️ 之後仲有個龍蝦汁蒸蛋,用一個蛋殼既器皿裝住,上面係紫蘇花,食落滑溜溜,加埋龍蝦汁既調味、滑不溜口,呢個前菜直頭想encore🤤🤤

🔸 白蝦配北海道帶子

呢個炸物都係廚師精心秘制,裡面的餡料除左有蟹肉之外,最特別係加左米飯,炸完食落口感煙韌,而且一點也不覺得油膩,呢個都係必試既菜式🤤🤤 特別又好味😋

🔸日本大甲
呢個日本大甲超級新鮮,根本唔需要多作調味,只要簡單淋返小小天然醬汁已經好好味,再配搭返三文魚子既新鮮口感,完全係食食材既鮮美❤️🤤

🔹金鯛
呢個金鯛既烹調方法好特別,先要用高溫油炸鱗片,令其呈現立身狀,之後肉身就係鐵板上用蒸焗既方法,保持其肉質鮮美既味道,加上日本既青椒仔,配上酸菜魚汁,呢到菜式外脆內嫩,中西合璧,異常地match,食完覺得新鮮又開胃,我覺得真係要試下😆😆

🔹沙巴虎蝦
呢個虎蝦幾乎大過我手掌,真係好誇張,見到都流曬口水,燒完配上蝦頭既蝦膏做醬汁,肉質超級新鮮彈牙😜😜

🔸鵝肝
平時唔係好鍾意食鵝肝,但係師傅極力推薦我試下,呢個鵝肝配上蘋果醋同雞冠草柚子汁,中和左個油膩感,而且咬落去小小creamy既口感,完全唔覺得有之前食鵝肝個種不適感,直接可以食曬,可能係個醬汁調配的好既關係😝

🔹主食
豬/牛
豬肉配上薑蔥加埋紫蘇蓮梅醬汁,超級開胃。而牛肉則用炸蒜配蔥花加埋昆布鹽漬,都係相當好味😋

🔸蝦球麵豉湯
呢個麵豉湯唔簡單,佢我地啱啱我地隻虎蝦既蝦頭蝦殼佢熬煮,所以都仲有小小蝦肉既鮮甜可以試到個味道👅

🔹炒飯
呢個炒飯本身已經展現到立師傅既功架,香噴噴粒粒分明既炒飯,最正係我話我係重口味人士,如果有辣椒就好啦,佢居然可以拎到一樽私藏秘制既XO辣醬比我,加埋落去真係不得了,光速清盤😜😜😍 建議大家來食要記得呢個問下呢個獨門醬料😎😋😋

🔸甜品
呢度既焦糖多士好好食😍外層焦糖面好脆,切成條狀好似小食咁,有d似西班牙既churros😋😋

我好鍾意這間餐廳廚師同客人之間既互動,我相信你地來同立師傅交流過,一定會獲得最滿意既一餐盛宴😜😋💖

話說呢間係我一個月內第二次食嘅鐵板燒,第一次係朋友帶我去食好西,食完梗係帶老闆去再次品嘗!環境,對於我來講,都可以接受,同網圖唔係好大分別,唔係特別美輪美奐嗰種,但係都舒服嘅!師傅,功架十足,佢地叫Partner(助手)招呼都十足,清楚解說食物同食法👍食物,2次都有驚喜,新鮮,好味😋我本人最鍾意嘅就係「金鯛立鱗燒」,配上特別調製嘅醬汁,醬汁係麻酸菜魚汁,聞落有少少酸菜魚魚湯嘅味道,魚鱗香脆,魚肉新鮮,加埋汁食落唔酸,但食完個口有少少麻麻地嘅感覺,可以用口感特別形容!

就咁睇個menu可能覺得野食唔多,但其實前前後後有成14樣野食嫁,所以d相都show唔曬,最後係飽到上心口咁走🤣
