To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 出乎意料,呢間素食餐廳水準好高!

我哋order咗7道餸1個湯羹
1. 鮑心翅肚羹 - 雖然咸咗少少,但係用料十足,亦無重芡汁!

2. 片皮鴨 - 好有心思!佢用咗猴頭菇做底,面頭係脆脆腐皮,當然一定無真鴨咁香,但係猴頭菇有心思地酥炸過,十分香脆,仲少咗一份太油膩嘅感覺!


3. 欖菜肉鬆炒飯 - 呢個炒飯連姑媽都話正
我都忍唔住食咗兩碗,佢炒到粒粒分明,煙煙銀銀,十分有咬口,加埋欖菜嘅香,呢個炒飯值得推薦

4. 椒鹽豆腐 - 呢個豆腐真係超正!!食過咁多椒鹽豆腐,呢度做到外脆,唔油!
仲內軟!

5. 咕嚕肉 - 雖然比起其他餸菜,咕嚕肉稍有遜色,但過汁後都仍然保持到水準!

6. 素叉燒 - 素叉燒係我食過最好味嘅一間


7. 椎山白菜 - 主要平衡番其他菜式的油膩感

8. 紅燒豆腐煲 - 有心思地除咗有豆腐,仲有加素魚腐,多咗一個層次


9. 芒果布甸 - 可惜今日椰王賣哂!但芒果布甸都好好味


總結,十分喜歡餐廳服務,其中一個印度叔叔超級Nice

難得周未是父親節,我家人book左呢間位於尖沙咀廣東道的素食之食肆,去食一餐很健康的父親節晚餐;而呢間食肆的位置比較接近柯士甸站,加上有多條巴士線途經尖沙咀廣東道,所以交通都非常方便,因此都吸引了不少外地旅客及香港市民前來光顧呢間食肆的地方雖然不是太大(在商業中心內),但是勝在環境舒適(有空調及風扇,光線充足);而在餸菜方面,尤其是手撕杏鮑菇,椒鹽豬肚煲及有機薯淮山浸時蔬(菜心),味道非常一流,而今餐是總共叫左八款餸菜及粉麵(並非每碟餸菜及粉麵都有影),加埋茶錢再加一,埋單只需約940元,埋單呢個價錢是絕對值回票價
