之前公司Annual Dinner安排在海都,食過覺得都幾好味,一直想來再試試其他菜式。今次晚上過來,人唔多,幾安靜,而且服務都幾好。大閘蟹當造而且有75折,甘就試試啦。蟹粉小籠包聞到好香的蟹粉味,我覺得俾那些南翔蟹粉小籠包真材實料得多,真係好鐘意。大閘蟹的蟹膏和蟹黃都好甘,宋嫂魚羹亦唔錯,但烏冬就一般,美極蝦則有點鹹。總體而言,這餐都算滿意,下次會再來。

- 2 steam crabs each
- crab meat garlic bread
- braised fish maw and duck feet in oyster sauce
- roasted pigeon (half each)
- sour and spicy minced meat udon
- sesame glutinous rice ball in ginger soup

Stir fry diced beef with garlic with black pepper is one of my favorite since I was a child when I used to come for tea with my family on weekends. The beef is soft and tender with a perfectly balanced flavor, not too spicy but with a strong garlic and onion aroma !

名人飯堂─ 海都酒家,真係細細個就聽過佢個名!成日都聽公司同事講以前公司樓下海都酒家既菜式食過翻噚味,每一款特色菜式都係手工心機菜,聽都聽到我留哂口水!最近發現公司附近嘅中信大廈竟然有海都酒家嘅身影,即刻lunch捉埋幾個為食同事同我一齊去一探海都真面目!荷花蓮藕酥入口鬆化,蝦仁同蓮藕嘅口感清爽金網芝士卷 鬆脆可口,芝士味濃郁,總有拉絲效果,真係無得頂!普寧炸豆腐普寧豆腐本身已經好嫩滑,外酥內嫩嘅口感,再配埋鹽水醬汁 金沙鍋巴 成班同事都係炸物愛好者,哩個金沙鍋巴真係不得了! 酥脆咸香,起沙口感,食唔停口慢煮西京汁澳洲和牛尾脆麵 一啖嫩滑惹味嘅和牛尾,一啖脆麵,無得彈陳皮桃姿燉原個津梨 最近天氣乾燥,食個清甜潤喉嘅燉津梨就啱哂啦!下次要搵機會再試埋其他小菜先得!

聽港島區朋友講,之前灣仔間海都搬咗黎金鐘,難得今日約成班九龍區朋友過海,決定試下。一坐低個海景堅靚,裡面都坐得好舒服😌;一行6人,全女班,坐喺度吹下水飲下茶(平時同呢班女high tea 多,中茶就真係少飲🤪),野食未黎,但望住個海,突然間大家有個決定,就係飲完茶落去添馬公園散步(結果係真係有去)好,講番食物,野食方面真係好有特色,同一般酒樓好唔同,所以我地都少見一籠籠點心,反而叫咗好多前菜小吃。

點心不錯,流沙奶皇包很的色,是炸的,熱的時候奶皇會爆出來。蘿蔔絲酥餅賣相很好,皮薄,很多料,不是最清甜但是很過得去。另叫了魚翅灌湯餃($60/位),叫了才發現有魚翅,後悔,因為環保關係不吃翅的。而且灌湯餃很一般,大隻但入面的料不太好,不知是不是凍左的關係。炒腸粉很好,腸粉夠薄,有點油,但不過份。叫了個蟹肉湯伊麵,很貴,$170,沒什麼特別又叫了個四季豆,很貴,$60,得少少,一個人吃得完。又油,有點太鹹。全海景,中午天清很不錯。總的來說,點心真很好,其他都算不上特別,甚至差。下次來要試多幾款點心,今次都是炸的。
