由於父親節母親節夾唔啱時間同屋企人食,今日終於可以嚟海港。我哋家庭食飯總係會來海港!雖然海港不算不是最後的一間酒樓,但似乎水準比較穩陣,價錢又合理。我們一家已成為座上客。1. 壽包壽包算幾大隻,而且是熱騰騰,10分軟熟,一咬開奶黃餡香甜,屋企人好欣賞每次都會嗌😀2. 燒鵝每人上嚟海港,都必定會嗌海港燒鵝。燒鵝的皮十分之香脆,肥瘦均勻,吃時軟滑和鹹香,高水準的製作👏3. 柚子蜜蝦球燒得脆口,散發出柚子的甘香甜味,裏面蝦又增添口感,是完美之作😋4. 咕嚕肉醬汁調校得一般,酸得單調,肉又不脆,又冇咩味道,一般般。唔使特登叫。

趁住長腳蟹特價,即刻試試佢。提前訂咗蟹,經理會預早請我地去魚池稱蟹,然後叫先起菜。一上菜,勁大隻!仲有店員幫手剪腳方便老人家食,肉質鮮甜,啖啖肉。而蟹膏就放入蟹蓋到蒸,差唔多裝滿一半蟹蓋,所以都幾老實足料。趁蟹季推薦要食海港長腳蟹。

今日心思思想食點好料,就揀左間飲茶店大快朵頤一番。一入座,就嚟了個翡翠荀蝦餃皇,大個、新鮮、啖啖蝦肉,剛剛好嘅韌度,軟熟飽滿嘅皮包住啲趁趁綠荀粒,真係夠晒彈牙🍤。再嚟個香煎蘿蔔糕,啲外皮煎得金黃脆口,剛好撻出內裏蘿蔔嘅鮮味,滿滿嘅蘿蔔絲,食落爽口得很,但下次要覆命青椒加多啲啦!流沙奶皇包仲要特別提一下,咬開就見到金黃嘅奶皇似瀑布咁流出來,熱辣辣嘅口感伴隨甜美奶香,真係一流👍。當中燕窩少少凍個味道就有啲反差,都算特別啦,蛋撻嘅部分,唔會太甜,食得健康啲。湯浸蟹粉小籠包就有啲坎坷,小籠包同碗底黏住黏得緊,要小心夾起,不過真材實料嘅蟹粉味,一啖湯汁流出,值得表揚!最後話說返蒜蓉蝦春卷,新鮮熱辣,一口咬落去,外香內嫩,絕對係收尾嘅完美點心🥠。飲茶嘅樂趣喺於嗰種即叫即蒸,熱騰騰送到面前嘅體驗,今次嚟到這家飲茶店滿足到我嘅食慾,唔錯唔錯!

今日嚟上水做嘢,之後順便同婆婆飲下午茶,佢本身諗住喺龍豐嗰度食,不過我睇一睇OpenRice同埋Menu,覺得又難食又貴,所以帶佢去附近質素應該比較穩定嘅海港飲茶精打細算嘅我睇完,發覺呢張點心紙係平勁多,因為少點17個8,大中細都係計小店喺下午茶🫖呢個我覺得太少肉,不過佢哋好鍾意,因為係髀位柴魚花生粥入面,原來仲有幾舊排骨仔肉,勁抵食金錢肚超靚仔有五至六件,每一舊都唔算快,而且新鮮嘅味道!我想講整體而言呢間海港嘅質素比我哋平時食開馬鞍山嗰間仲好質素!超級讚,有機會以後嚟呢度都要揀呢一間!難怪佢全部好評而且呢度嘅店員嘅服務態度都比較好,洗手間亦都乾淨啲呢度嘅雞蛋叉燒腸都好好味,潮州粉果,我就覺得今次嘅被弱啲,不過都合格我幫你我三個人食咗八碟,只係$200有找食得好滿足

今日去上水海港飲下午茶,由火車站行過去酒樓大概要十分鐘,酒樓要上兩條扶手電梯.估唔到平日下午茶都好多人等位,我哋大概 等咗15分鐘.擂沙煎堆仔,蔥花炸兩腸,蜆蚧鯪魚球,川芎白芷燉魚雲,鳳爪排骨飯 ,細鍋魚腐浸鮮淮山.煎堆仔熱辣辣,外皮芝麻香,黑芝麻餡又唔會太甜,炸兩油炸鬼好脆口,鯪魚球新鮮, 魚雲足夠份量,湯夠川芎白芷燉味,魚腐浸淮山,上枱熱鍋熱辣辣,好味到全鍋食清,點心質素好好,上點心速度也適中.酒樓燈光充足,地方乾淨,侍應做嘢快手快腳, 又有禮貌.

朋友生日,她想食阿拉斯加長腳蟹,見海港,價錢回落,由$288/斤,改咗$228斤,一行四人,星期五晚去食晚飯,順便聚舊😊當晚,入座不超過半,安排了四人位於埋牆邊,也算舒服,由於一早訂了,長腳蟹,所以服務員很快就過嚟招呼我們,我們還叫了幾碟小菜長腳蟹, 5斤,價錢$228斤,也算合理,去魚缸看了,生生猛猛,部長說,清蒸最好,蟹蓋肥膏,撈白飯。清蒸長腳蟹,但這隻長腳蟹,跟我上两個月,有所不同,肉質冇我上次食咁實,不知是否品種不同,但也算美味😂西蘭花帶子炒珊瑚蚌,好味😋花膠螺頭湯(例),好濃,正👍古法羊腩煲,送唐生菜一碟,味道得好,可惜羊腩比較少一點😢食了一半,21:00 左右服務員要求我們先埋單 ,原來收工收22:00,到21:30,全部客人也走了,我們都好意思還坐着,也提早離場😢,冇得吹水了。茶介,10%服務費,合共1770.00

食了一半,21:00 左右服務員要求我們先埋單 ,原來收工收22:00,到21:30,全部客人也走了,我們都好意思還坐着,也提早離場😢,冇得吹水了。
