👋先清蒸🦀️腳,選擇清蒸的原因是可以知道是不是真的新鮮。擺上臺後,🦀️腳鮮美手留餘香,沒有半點腥味。
還有蟹殼裝住好多蟹膏,聞起來都好香,不過有膽固醇的人就盡量少吃。

前幾日同家人黎飲茶,四個人叫左龍“瞪”蒸飯,清湯牛腩,金錢肚,生煎包,千層糕,牛肉腸粉,炸魷魚餅。真係好難食!連大陸既低級茶樓都無甘難食,清湯腩好油好油完全唔清。生煎包裡面放梅菜豬肉,然後係凍既,表面搽一層油就話生煎。千層糕“鞋”到紙皮甘,其他都算正常d不過就唔好食。唔會再黎飲茶

與家人食12人超值全包宴($1998包加一茶介),翔龍灣海港是我們其中一間喜愛的海港,但八月頭食完後,發覺雖然食物質素保持一貫水準,但服務水準下降,傳菜亞姐不太有禮,落單時無心機之餘更愛理不理,之後上菜到瀉台面嘅橙汁,翅羹亦倒瀉了不少。之後我地去大圍新開嘅海港食同一個餐,比較食物質素同份量,大圍份量足(詳情請看另一評論),翔龍灣份量少(特別係龍躉兩味,每人只得一舊,我地無12人,得10人包括一小孩),但乳豬及燒鵝熱辣辣,睇得出整好無耐。紅米抄飯一流,飯一粒粒而且煙韌,可惜太少。大蟠桃好正,有奶黃有豆沙。

連續兩個週末來九龍城碼頭旁邊的這個較為新的屋苑辦點事, 兩次都來這酒樓飲下午茶, 地點的確有點不便, 名字夠直接叫自已做”某某酒家”! 而名字是”海港”就更直接, 香港是一個海港, 九龍城碼頭旁的更加是海港, 名字同意景盡收, 這集團老板選址時想必已經刻意讓自已嘅酒樓置於這海旁, 這令我記起幾十年前尖咀碼頭旁有一間海天大酒樓(即現海港城的沿海邊一排向海的窗邊)當然現在沒這可能發生了!這酒樓面積頗大, 點心大部份都做得合乎標準,星期六,日及公眾假期的下午茶時間大/中/小點心同價$16.80算係咁啦! 餃類餃皮較煙靱帶點咬口,腸粉皮亦是半透明,餡料充足, 珍珠雞則是兩層糯米中間篏入蝦米蟹柳冬菇粒火腿粒等, 天婦羅生蠔 $32的小食有6粒, 炸漿都ok嘅但這天婦羅只是以本地風格演譯炸完乾身就完事又似乎有點不足, 如果能調個醬油汁之類的汁伴吃可能會令食客聯想到天婦羅而非炸蠔, 這蠔本身都有蠔味嘅, 鳳爪排骨煲仔飯等咗約15分鐘, 一隻鳳爪開半加幾舊排骨, 飯底有少許飯焦夠香口, 煲仔飯的豉油咸甜度不高主要只是調下顏色而已, 飯份量足夠四個人分, 而這裡的午市特價品是上湯蔥花米線+义燒拼燒腩仔$

有一段時間經常過來吃飯,海鮮不少,食物選擇也多,價錢不貴,味道可以,就是有時服務跟不上欠理想!燒鵝燒得香脆,吃掉外層,內層厚厚的肉仍保留濃濃的鵝味,醬汁調味剛好,佐酒必然之選!每次來吃飯必點一例!炸得夠亁身,酸味適中,配菜夠多,好味!芝士焗龍蝦,一大口龍蝦肉,芝士味厚重,底的伊面吸收了芝士味和龍蝦味,絕對成搶手貨!另外還點了幾個小炒,夠鑊氣,用料不差!性價比高的一頓晚飯!

家鄉足料煎薄罉:太油太硬,除左有葱味外,只食到一口粉.

芋絲炸春卷:芋絲味香濃又唔硬,春卷香脆可口,可惜油左小小.
蜜汁叉燒腸:皮薄好滑叉燒味香濃入味,唔錯.

海港蝦餃皇:皮硬,蝦餃唔係全隻蝦溝左好多豬肉同似筍嘅物體,完全唔得.

甜蜜蜂巢糕:黑糖味香甜幾好味,可惜蒸得太濕.
龍蝦湯浸鮮竹卷:龍蝦湯清甜幾香口,鮮竹卷好淋又好味,用料都幾足.

 超抵食又好味!! $10有3粒,唔怪得要留定,皮夠薄,甜味適中! 仲以為6個人要12粒好似好誇張,點知我同老公每人極速地食o左3粒啦!
燕窩燉椰皇 - 太甜,椰子唔夠新鮮,椰肉冇味~蛋白好似冇咩椰香,似燕窩燉蛋多d~

黎o個陣可能仲早冇咩人,到食完走人全埸都坐滿晒! 呢度d服務都算唔錯,食完晒侍應都有問我地o岩唔o岩食~我自己本身好少出街食中式野,但呢間酒家唔錯,下次都會再黎~
