我們一行十人,到這位於將軍澳的海港酒家吃下午茶。這酒樓距離寶琳地鐵站很近,大概走兩三分鐘就可到達。我們坐下後,發現這酒樓的下午茶以點心和湯米線為主,若想吃飯和炒粉麵,就要付正價或午市的價錢,結果我們點了五碗湯米線,還有大量點心。這酒樓的裝潢不錯,座位舒適,不過明顯人手不足,我們在點心紙上選取點心後,等了好一會兒也沒有侍應到來,結果要自己拿着點心紙去找侍應。米線和點心源源不絕地送上。先說說湯米線,湯頭不錯,米線的質感也不錯,配料分別有叉燒、雞和燒鴨,叉燒最好吃,雞一般,燒鴨味道也好,但是脂肪層極厚。至於點心,大部分的味道也不錯。最好吃的是流心奶皇包,它的包皮是黑色的,內饀的奶黃不太甜,有香味。豬骨粟米粥和油菜也好吃,味道好,不肥膩。炸兩腸粉則比較差勁,因為腸粉內包着的油炸鬼口感欠佳,我們覺得是炸過不只一次的。另外,豬手炆的時間不夠,吃的時候覺得太硬。看着畫滿圈圈的點心咭,我們都飽得捧着肚皮,但每人也只是要付四十三元,性價比可說頗高。

自從海港裝修後,我同屋企人都冇去過,今晚咁齊人,又去試一試先。一黎就叫咗媽媽致愛—燒鵝半隻。果然係燒到皮脆香口, 而且啖啖肉,一咬落去,肉汁同肥油就bi出,配埋酸甜醬真係一流。跟著就上咗個經典牛仔骨,一大陣黑椒同洋蔥撲鼻而來,肉質嫩滑,非常香口同埋熱鍋上枱果然夠哂熱。我地冇叫到飯配餸菜,反而叫咗個鮮蝦燴伊麵。鮮蝦都香口同爽滑彈牙,但個麵就冇咩味道,而且配搭個無咩味嘅汁,所以只食到蝦嘅鮮而消失咗伊麵嘅入味。口痕嘅我就叫多咗兩款小食—麻辣口水雞同酒香鴨舌首先個麻辣口水雞都幾失望,個汁竟然唔係平時食開嘅麻辣醬油,反而係豆瓣醬煮開嘅麻辣汁,成件事變得十級奇怪,仲要十級辣,就連係辣不歡嘅我都避而遠之,真係搞唔掂,最後只好放棄咗佢。跟著嘅鴨舌,其實味道同醉雞一樣,用咗醉雞汁醃好再入雪櫃冰冷。食上口爽口又好咬,都幾好食,如果再入味啲一定會加分!成餐飯最出色嘅當然係燒鵝啦,呢個冇得輸,其次係牛仔骨,其他就中規中矩。另外酒家裝飾完嘅環境都幾別緻舒適,可以黎試試。

上年黎依間食飯都OK.所以今次特登再黎依度慶祝母親生日。我地分別叫左濃湯花膠煲螺頭、金菇瑤柱扒豆苗、翡翠炒老虎斑球、果皮蒸老虎斑頭腩、灼蝦&鮮果咕嚕黑豚肉。濃湯花膠煲螺頭:材料不少,有七八塊細花膠。湯幾甜幾香濃。金菇瑤柱扒豆苗:成碟青菜份量可以,金菇量多,瑤柱量少係預料中事,有個芡汁點下,令菜更加甜。翡翠炒老虎斑球:份量唔多,而且唔知係咪老虎斑球炒得過火,肉質變得好鬆散,一夾就散開。果皮蒸老虎斑頭腩:雖然成碟都見唔到果皮,但食魚肉時會聞到好大陣果皮味。份量ok,肉唔會蒸太老。灼蝦:D蝦唔係好得,有幾隻係壞既,蝦殼軟綿綿 黐實左個蝦身。鮮果咕嚕黑豚肉:依碟野,正正常常,無咩可以讚亦無咩好彈。雖然食物普遍ok,但服務真係好差。上左湯同碗,就甘放低唔會問你要唔要幫你分湯,你自己黎。同佢地講要個白飯,應完你又唔記得。叫佢清台上蛋糕,佢竟然台都唔清,攞走食完既菜,就同你上蛋糕,亦唔會問你使唔使幫你分蛋糕。蛋糕叉都唔比,只係比用黎拮水果既膠籤你。如果你唔care服務既,只求食飽就算既,你可以去食既。
