昨天和朋友晚飯慶祝生日,選了地點便捷的酒樓。雖然訂了位,但仍要等20分鐘。由於入坐已是下午八時十五分,普通的蝦和魚都賣光,所以下次要早些來用膳。是次點了幾款小菜:招牌燒鵝:味道好,鵝的大小適中,肉肥美。雖然味道比不上碳燒的,但仍算不錯了。啫啫通菜:味道濃,有點過鹹。炸牛坑腩配咖哩汁:牛坑腩炸後,外脆內軟,但牛肉味欠奉。咖哩汁屬港色咖哩,一般。椒鹽魷魚:味道合乎想像,趁熱吃,正。蛋白蒸蟹:生蟹怎樣烹調也好味。是次蒸蛋白,蟹肉鮮厚,好好味!壽包(奶皇/蓮蓉):兩款餡料都ok,但奶皇並非流沙,所以蓮蓉略勝,若蓮蓉餡內有咸蛋黃就會更好。整體而言,食物味道幾好,下次會再來。

上星期同媽咪飲中午茶,好耐無食佢地口水雞所以心思思揀海港,來到已經知道要等位但真係估唔到要等足一個鐘頭十五分鐘,真係無癮不過真係想食所以無辦法,坐低後即刻叫口水雞,口水雞來到比我之前食的差好多,汁少左又稀左,之後再叫其他點心食但真係好興,所以以後唔會再黎。

蜂巢炸帶子角(?):似蜂巢咸水角既樣,但入面有帶子同芋泥好似有蝦..蜂巢有少少蜂蜜味..ok

我地4個人共叫左13樣野
1)蟹粉小籠包 個人認為廿靚蚊三個有咁GE質數很不錯,首先我覺得個皮一D都唔厚而且三隻夾去碗食之前都無一隻漏汁
個味道都很不錯@@~比起好多出面食的都好食
但有一點就係入面D豬肉較老,可能整耐左少少

2)XO醬炒年糕 不嬲都幾中意以到GE XO醬炒年糕~~~因為辣度適中,同埋入感很好,不會太過霖
但今日以碟唔係幾熱,只有微溫

3)甜醋豬腳薑 十靚蚊碟都算幾多,而且薑夠老~夠入味~~但係隻蛋就差D。。好明顯係新放入去的,一D味都唔到

4)濃湯浸菜心苗 D菜都OK甜,但好韌有D難咬~ 個湯味都唔濃@@~我覺得像水浸菜心

5)鮮蝦炸粉果 粉果我就食得多,炸GE就真係第一次@@ 都幾鬆脆~不會太油,入面的蝦都幾彈訝,可惜只有微溫,如果熱辣辣一定非常好吃

6) 翡翠荀蝦餃王 以個都幾OK,個皮夠薄~D蝦好彈牙而且入面隻蝦都幾大隻,可惜佢寫話有筍但跟本無筍,如果唔係我一定會勁中意

7) 蠔汁叉燒包 以個好食@@~雖然佢包比較厚,但入面的餡真係好唔錯!個餡偏甜的~D叉燒GE質地唔錯

8)馬拉糕 不過不失的馬拉糕,唔算特別,都OK GE

9) 流汁奶皇包 好多地方都寫明係流汁的,但其實整到流汁的真係唔多間。。以間也不例外,一D都無流汁的感覺
味道很普通,但唔係超甜個隻,入面好似無落鹹蛋,所以真的很普通的一個奶皇包而已

10) 鳳爪排骨飯 屋企人飲茶必叫,但個人覺得以到蒸得有D飯有D太乾@@~ D豉油味道唔錯,所以個飯味道唔錯,只不過口感唔算好姐~
個鳳爪幾好食,排骨一般

11) 鹹魚肉餅飯 以個真係好唔錯@@~以個飯整得幾有誠意呀,都係個句飯的質地都係有D乾,但個肉餅同鹹魚都好得
肉餅整得好軟熟,整得剛剛好,鹹魚唔會話好鹹

12) 香煎蝦米腸 以個都OK,但又係微溫送尚台而已~ 以碟野好大碟。。有超多條@@

13) 脆皮腩仔飯 28蚊好抵食,腩仔真的真的很鬆脆,但D肉偏鹹左D,同埋係用冰鮮豬
個人認為,為左個脆皮已經好抵XD~
腕飯。。好大腕!!(已打包XD)

以到D SERVICE唔錯,D員工都幾有禮貌
地方都唔錯,樓底都幾高,所以同屋企人一路飲茶一路可以談笑家常~~

昨天我和男友又同母親大人一齊去海港酒家吃晚飯,差不多五點幾就去攞位,所以都唔洗等好耐就入到去了.^^其實之前都吃過今次再重吃.今次叫了福建炒飯 $78/碟(份量不少,味道也不錯),日式海鮮烏東$78/窩(份量不少,但味道較淡),口水雞$35/例(份量較少,但味道超好味,有少少麻麻辣辣的感覺.但吃完之後口裏生了幾粒飛滋!!!),另外還有一碟餸但忘記了名(份量一般,味道不錯,會配一碟蠔油,最啱我這個濃味怪^^) 如果吃晚飯他們有得送水果同甜品會較完美^^.總恬而言.以310元來說,不算太飽!!!但我較喜歡吃他們午市,日後都係選擇飲茶時段來吧.^^

味道方面,今次4個人叫咗幾款點心,結合朋友同埋自己嘅評價,味道皆算唔錯!食物包括:
(1)蒜茸蒸鮮魷:鮮魷幾惹味,充滿蒜茸香味!翼同鬚分配平均,配菜粉絲都幾多吓!

(2)四寶滑雞扎:材料配搭應該係正宗嘅,用料都算新鮮同入味!

(3)蜜汁叉燒腸:叉燒蜜味唔算突出,肥瘦適中!腸粉皮稍厚,未見晶瑩剔透!

(4)羅漢齋蒸鴨掌:鴨掌幾肥美,唔怕太削,羅漢齋分量頗多!鮑汁味道鮮甜,令鴨掌更加美味!

(5)醬汁蒸鳳爪:鳳爪皮肉厚,唔怕太削!醬汁味道突出,令鳳爪更加入味!

(6)流汁奶皇飽:奶皇餡呈固體狀態,未夠流質!餡料嘅奶皇味道可更突出!包面就幾鬆軟!

(7)檸蜜炸蛋散:蛋散都幾鬆化,糖漿甜度適中!可惜進食時喉嚨有刺激嘅感覺,似乎味精頗多!

(8)五香咸水角:餡料肉粒及配料分量恰好,味道鹹淡適中!炸物嘅皮稍厚,同埋有啲癡牙!

(9)香茜牛肉腸:牛肉分佈平均,味道就較為清淡!腸粉皮稍厚,未見晶瑩剔透!

(10)鳳爪排骨飯:鳳爪皮肉厚,唔怕太削!排骨新鮮入味,離骨易食!大部分米飯粒粒分明,唔怕太濕!

(11)鮮竹牛肉球:牛肉球有唔少蔥花同馬蹄,口感豐富!可惜加咗幾多梳打粉,唔算真材實料!

(12)香煎蘿蔔糕:蘿蔔絲分量唔算多,味道適中!好在煎得香口,厚度適中!

(13)紅油日式餃子:餡料入味,肉汁鮮甜!餃子皮厚薄適中,唔會太辣!

環境方面,呢度去年9月至開業,地方都尚算新淨!佢嘅裝修分為兩種而家普遍酒樓嘅風格,呢一邊較為豪華高貴嘅同時,另一邊係較為新潮搞鬼,塑造咗兩個唔同嘅區域!佢設有顧客輪座電腦管理系統(列印輪候票,螢幕顯示輪座狀況及自動發聲叫號),自動感應水龍頭,自動感應梘液機等先進設備,先進與否就見仁見智!另外佢設有多部名牌大電視機,仲係以高清數碼訊號播放!呢個舖位都算幾大,又唔係位處於比較舊嘅樓宇中,避免咗柱多,橫樑多及樓底矮等等嘅問題,視野都幾廣闊!另外檯凳部分放得較擠迫,部分就放得寬敞!整體總算坐得自在,始終唔應該要求咁高!

服務方面,大部分服務員工作效率同態度都中規中矩!可惜安排座位同埋食物出品嘅效率低,亦有漏單嘅情況出現!若果各個服務員有多啲笑容就更好!

衛生方面,碗碟尚算乾淨,地方都幾企理,洗手間亦幾乾爽!

抵食方面,茶市時段設茶芥加一,大部分點心嘅價錢都唔算太貴,價錢可以接受!


整體嚟講,呢度大部分點心價錢唔算太貴!至於食物,環境,服務,衛生各方面質素都算唔錯,係我地嘅要求嚟講係合格嘅!始終我地嘅要求唔高,若果唔係錯得太過份,都會原諒佢嘅!當然各方面質素未係盡善盡美,仍然有改善嘅空間!食飽之後,大家就各自各離開!
