To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

陪老媽子去飲茶，叫咗個下午茶嘅雪菜肉絲鍋米拼小菜，冇諗過佢個肉絲鍋咪咁大。。。。。。。三個男人我諗先食得晒😅😅😅😅不過完全唔好食，個湯底淡茂茂。反而個魚腐炒勝瓜好好食了，有用蒜頭爆過特別香而且湯底都好濃味，不過就一定有味精。不過老實講，百零蚊水準算係咁，都唔會要求好多話晒屋村酒樓仔，個雪花叉燒包就真係差啲，暖暖地就攞出嚟又唔夠熱。。。而且食到個餡嗰度就會覺得有啲濕濕地，啲麵粉係未熟嗰種濕喎😅其實都少食咗好多，因為海港酒樓其實質素都麻麻地，貪方便就去啦。
