跟上次一樣,我還是點了火車頭pho,不太吃生的我也是要求了吃熟牛肉,這個pho湯味濃郁,滿滿高質食材非常有誠意,還有我很喜愛的牛胸爽! 簡單的牛丸也是很好味,彈牙爽口且牛味濃郁!

小食方面,上一次點的春卷亦同樣出色,春卷皮夠哂薄脆!今次點了他們的雞翼以及蝦餅,雞翼皮一如春卷一樣薄脆,蝦餅的肉質爽口彈牙!正!

總括來說這間高質越南河價錢不是便宜,但絕對值得!

下雨天吃上一碗出色的越南河真的是最高很受!

今日同朋友去咗跑馬地呢一邊飲咖啡,之前上網都見過有朋友食過呢一間越南嘅餐廳,搵咗少少資料覺得啲嘢食同埋餐牌都非常適合我同我朋友,所以就決定試吓🙈 牛河分咗唔同幾個唔同嘅價錢,所以都睇返鍾意食邊一種牛肉嘅質素🙈我覺得佢嘅牛骨湯非常香,有傳統越南嘅味道,再加上佢個湯底非常清甜,令我真係忍唔住飲完一啖又一啖🙈🙈 河粉亦都texture好好,整體嘅味道都非常夾,牛肉嘅質素當然亦都係另一個抵讚嘅地方,入口絕對唔會有好鞋,食得出本身牛肉嘅質素都非常高,除咗價錢有少少高之外,呢一間餐廳整體上發揮,我覺得都可以接受!

今晚朋友帶我去跑馬地食越南湯粉,去到店舖已經滿座,需要排隊等候,好彩我們是頭位,等了大約10分鐘便可以入座,我們都叫了生牛肉河,我就另外加了慢煮牛腩,我還可以選擇河粉加底,生牛肉鮮味可口,牛腩厚切口感軟腍,最重要係個湯底,鮮甜美味,全碗湯底給我飲清光,最最最重要飲完沒有口乾而需要狂飲水的反應,證明它不是味精湯。如果喜歡食越南生牛肉湯河的你,一定不會令你失望。

My partner ordered a bowl of pho specifically mentioned the beef needed to be cooked well done. It came out the beef was medium rare; we asked the lady server to request the kitchen staff to cook a bit more. It came out the beef was medium rare; we asked the lady server to request the kitchen staff to cook a bit more. She just grabbed the plate without saying a word and handed it back to kitchen.
Second time the beef became medium and we were frustrated and asked her to cooked a bit more. She looked at us as if we were trouble customers and grabbed the plate without apologizing. After a few minutes, she just dropped the well done beef back to us and left to serve another guest.
Absolutely ridiculous and I couldn’t believe what we experienced. Honestly, if you don’t want to serve your customer just simply close your restaurant. 
We will never come or recommend this restaurant to anyone.
