因為我太遲寫啦間嘢都執埋lu上環lunch time嘅時間上環都幾多人下所以好多都要排隊咁呢間都ok嘅人流未算多咁就入去試下啦先睇下張單我地叫咗咩嘢食先係叫咗沙爹湯河同埋豬扒撈檬嘅沙爹湯河 $52$52 一碗嘅沙爹牛肉湯河沙爹王有嘅都ok嘅可能因為味精味但啲牛肉好劣質好唔掂冇味嘅牛肉完全唔入味肉質惡劣 咬唔開 又有筋咁完全放唔入口 衰過茶記不過香港好多茶記都好食嘅豬扒撈檬 $62個碟太細 撈唔到 好亂撈 加上都唔好味唔知想點咁唔掂可能因為咁人流唔多 同埋都執埋lu continue reading

冬風起,自己會諗下同家人食一些有鑊氣嘅晚餐,例如泰式冬陰公火鍋。鄰近上環地鐵站,走過嚟大概1分鐘。而當晚人比較多需要排隊等位但係覺得值得。首先他們選用的非常新鮮, 配上冬陰功, 將所有海鮮及蔬菜肉類,色香味俱全。得意提昇。冬陰功裏面有泰國薑香茅,以及另外十多種香料。主要係肉鮮嫩無比, 好難起外邊食得到。誒咁凍用嚟撈飯最好。😊其次係佢哋嘅,炒豆苗炒得好好食。鮮嫩唔再講,配上蒜蓉一齊, 竟然可以做到色香味俱全。飲品我點咗椰青非常好飲。除咗位置地段非常好之外,侍應生的服務態度一流。令客人覺得有賓至如歸嘅感覺。當日同家人食得好開心。誠意推薦。😘😘😊期望過年喺度食團年飯。 continue reading

年幾前係上環返工記得食過哩間餐廳一兩次,不過印象中食物同服務質素都好一般,所以之後都冇再去過。今日過開哩頭同舊同事聚會。同事就帶左我去哩間餐廳。一心諗住見下舊同事,對食都不抱有太大期望,點知又驚喜地食到個唔錯既海南雞飯,雞同油飯既份量都好足料,雞肉肉質又好滑好嫩,個醬汁又甜甜酸酸同個海南雞好配合。之後仲點左個泰式燒豬頸肉青木瓜沙律。個豬頸肉份量又係非常多,完全蓋過沙律部份。豬頸肉淋得黎又好爽口,燒到岩岩好👍🏼。青木瓜絲同紅蘿蔔絲粗幼適中,口感好,配上甜酸汁同帶有些少蝦乾味道,好開胃。冬陰公海鮮湯真係好大碗,兩個人好難先飲得哂。哩款冬陰公唔太辣,反而椰汁味重,加入海鮮烹煮,湯微辣帶鮮帶甜,唔錯。蜂蜜柚子茶好大杯😮。椰青好大個,超甜👍🏼。聽同事講最近轉左老闆,所以餐廳食物同服務都改善左。午飯同放工後哩到都多左人排隊等位。唔想等位既6點半前就好黎到喇。 continue reading

越泰-越式泰好味今日在上環工作,經過一間餐廳頗特別,集越南、泰國兩大特色菜於一身,門面深木色木紋配上純白色框的玻璃,內裡淺木的桌子和仿竹的椅子,加上周遭有綠色的元素,充滿東南亞氣色。香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷剛炸好脆口的軟殻蟹,鮮味十道,加上芒果的果甜,鮮甜味加上冰凍米紙卷,配上酸汁,開胃又惹味的小食。檬要(蕃茄蟹粉湯檬)濃烈的蕃茄香味,湯底酸酸的非常醒神和有不同的香料如金不換,配上札肉,海量多的蟹粉, 鮮甜的蟹粉和湯底十分搭。泰式黃咖喱牛腩煲(配蒜茸包)香噴噴的黃咖哩,椰奶比重較多,甜味更出更幼滑,牛腩粒相當多,肥瘦均勻,炆煮得軟身,咖哩汁滲進肉中,另外還配有爆多牛油蒜茸的法包,一浸、一咬!泰式炒菜苗炒得翠綠色的菜苗,當中加入辣椒、蒜茸,夠哂火喉鑊氣。鮮椰青冰凍椰青,解渴解膩,越泰菜必備。珍多冰椰奶、椰汁加上啫哩,甜品飲料集於一身。 continue reading
