我們宅渡假的晚餐就在麗豪航天城酒店內進行，餐廳的裝潢服務及出品也給予我們高質享受很讚喔。餐廳Vivace位處酒店3樓甫踏進已經感受到那股熱情奔放！內裏擁有通透的落地玻璃面向酒店泳池相信夏天會更養眼。店內裝潢更是色彩斑斕風情萬種好吸睛，隔著廚房玻璃還可以看到廚師烹調過程眼睛先來享受。我們這夜來品嚐聖誕地中海風味晚餐！率先得到Amuse Bouche馬斯卡彭芝士煙三文魚薄片！香滑的Mascarpone Cheese嚐起來有新鮮乳香口感卻特別絲滑清爽，配上油潤的煙三文魚弄成Canapé份外可口。Appetizer我選上了雪蟹沙拉配橙及牛油果！滿滿的雪蟹肉份量很足而且非常鮮味，混上香滑牛油果、酸甜番茄和香橙味道非常豐富，吃著清爽無負擔我非常喜歡啊。邪惡的車爸爸當然選鴨肝醬配奶油蛋卷麵包和焦糖紅洋蔥！那件奶油蛋捲麵包口感鬆軟味道香甜，配襯甘香的鴨肝醬和甜美焦糖紅洋蔥味道實在太了不起。是日湯品我們得到法式龍蝦湯！充滿地中海風情的碗碟絕對令這湯生色不少，席前傾進湯碟內除了可以瘋狂打卡之外最重要是龍蝦湯可以熱騰騰地享用。湯頭甘香濃郁內裏還有三件鮮爽的龍蝦肉，鹹度適中但如果可以再多一點酒香就更合我心意。

I seldom write commentary on openrice, but I believe the food and services of this restaurant called Vivace is so great that it deserve a commentary so more people know this hidden gem in town. The retaurant serves Western dishes. The food is fresh, tasty and cooked with fine skill. 今日放假同朋友到訪，之前食過星期一至五的Sammi buffet，服務員介紹我星期六日一定要試吓，因為星期六日多咗海鮮吧！最緊要係龍蝦任食😍所以帶朋友一齊來，服務很好，服務人員很親切。食物美味，調酒特別又好喝。室內設計很有特色，讓人感覺舒適放鬆。整體來說餐廳很值得大家到訪！這一間無疑是我最喜愛的餐廳，菜單中所有所有菜式都十分優秀、令人驚嘆。 ...意大利麵絕對是我的最愛！ ...龍蝦更是我吃過之中質素最高的，甜點種類不單多而且味道也十分好。酒吧的鸡尾酒口感独特，朋友叫咗杯latte coffee非常好飲，係即時磨豆制作，配合环境独特，音乐很棒。无论是闲聊还是约会，都是一个非常棒的选择。

今天到了赤鱲角會議展覽工作，中午午餐時分到了旁的麗豪航天城酒店, 2樓西餐廳提供地中海和 多國菜式。餐廳位於泳池旁邊,播放柔和的音樂,營造出一 個去了度假的感覺。環境、食物質素、服務都好有地中海特色另外落地玻璃餐廳，面向飯店泳池， 對住泳池食飯，好像度假一樣，真的不想工作.講到食物order 了半自助午餐，蕃茄多芝士好味，加上美味的沙律Bar和沙律😋😋. 主菜食了手工意粉三文魚,意粉彈牙美味食得再回來一食😋😋

I was arriving to Hong Kong for holidays I have tried to book nearby hotel for my convince to stay near airport I have found this hotel regala skycity hotel with great restaurants options.I stopped at regala skycity hotel and came by this beautiful restaurant Vivace Mediterranean cuisine I was greeted by professional servers that introduce me to the concept of the restaurant and the menus.The staff are very professional I have selected the beef tartare for my starters it was absolutely delicious

We have some friends coming to visit me and my family and we picked them from the airport. As they were angry, we checked the options available in the area and we come across Vivace. 旅遊旺季開鑼機場迫爆人想食麥記都有難道梗何況要靜又冇乜人同朋友吹下水。朋友提議去Asia World Expo 嗰到有間酒店叫麗豪航天酒店-3樓就去試吓食地道中海歺廳，地方環境優美對住泳池好有地中海間局，好似去咗旅行。跟住嗌咗兩杯野飲Vivace Margarita 足料😜tapas就叫咗西班牙火腿及西班松露羊奶芝士勁like 芝士嘅我簡直正😝白酒香蒜蜆肉意大利麵淡淡白酒飄香蜆肉鮮甜好好味，香草烤鱸魚新鮮而簡單食材令人意想不到🤭荒島裏嘅一間正歺廳

I've been coming by every few weeks as I'm quite fond of the quality of food and service.we started off with a few starters. The calamares, greek salad, French fries, and boulabaise soup. 今天我生日就和太太一齊過來麗豪航天城酒店Vivace共進晚餐，餐廳環境好優雅，地方清潔，Vivace不單止係西餐廳，仲有酒吧供應不同嘅紅酒、白酒、Cocktail⋯⋯等，還有我坐在對住泳池嘅餐桌用餐，感覺非常舒服和寫意，睇吓個餐牌原來個餐牌係地中海美食，經理介紹咗餐牌之後建議菜單午餐中的扁麵條鮭魚奶油同火腿薄餅，好啦就試吓啦，上菜都好快，第一道菜扁麵條鮭魚奶油，因為用奶油煮嘅扁麵條十分香滑，鮭魚又十分新鮮😋，真係好好食好有驚喜，第二道菜用火腿你做pizza，味道都非常之好，下次一定會再來👍

上次喺呢間酒店嘅大堂餐廳，食過半自助午餐，覺得幾好，今次係佢3樓，試另一間餐廳，同樣係半自助餐廳，一出𨋢已經發覺餐廳個設計好特別。雖然位置偏遠，但係中午時段餐廳內幾乎坐了七成客人，餐廳落地玻璃旁邊原來係酒店泳池，還有一個戶外花園，如果夏天同一家大細喺呢度住，仲可以一邊游水一邊食嘢，比啲細路放吓電，都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。講返食物，我同另外一位朋友嗌咗一份西冷及火雞肉丸share食，都不過不失。但前菜係焦點所在，可能比較少食地中海菜，感覺好有新鮮感同特色。食到一半，隔籬枱嚟咗兩位年輕男女，邊食邊介紹餐廳，相信係KOL，聽佢哋嘅介紹先知，原來呢間餐廳攞過設計大獎。

今日同朋友去博覽會睇演唱會，順便去附近醫肚，上網睇見到有地中海餐廳，從來未食過地中海菜式嘅我哋就揀咗呢間餐廳嚟食啦！😋餐廳裝潢以藍色作為主調，外面望出去就係泳池，很符合地中海餐廳的格調。😍今次試咗一塊廚師精心炮製的乾式熟成法式牛扒，聽廚師講先把牛扒烘乾，之後再煎，不油膩之餘，也有許多肉汁，牛扒軟硬適中，配上特別的紅酒汁，更顯牛扒味道清爽。😊😊今餐真係食得好滿足呀！會同其他朋友再嚟過！🩷🩷

奉勸各位唔好去我地點既魚係上菜時發現有啲生，即刻同經理反映，經理既態度極唔友善(印度籍餐廳男經理，黑西裝)無即時處理同道歉，反而話咁係正常咁樣冷漠對待，後面食龍肉都冇味總結對餐廳的印象極差地方偏遠食物質素一般服務態度惡劣

九月中同同事去香港亞洲博覽館，參加香港珠寶首飾展覽會，同事話亞洲博覽館食飯一定好鬼多人，不如去對面麗豪航天城酒店3樓嘅VIVACE食飯試吓😆大家入到餐廳都話好新好靚👍 見到好多西裝人士因為都係去珠寶展。我地前菜叫咗炒辣肉腸伴紅酒汁同埋香草白酒煮青口，兩個都好野味！辣肉腸唔會太辣都好啱香港人口味嘅😜，叫埋香煎鵝肝伴洋蔥醬及奶油麵包，鵝肝的確好有水準，好香好好食🤤！主菜就叫左龍蝦🦞扁意大利麵 + 西班牙海鮮飯🥘，味道同賣相都唔錯，重點係出餐速度都幾快，值得一讚喎！最後就一人叫左一個甜品試吓，焦糖布丁🍮同埋果仁蜜餅，我覺得驚喜係果仁蜜餅因為唔係度度地方都有，呢度做得幾好，酥皮好好食！整體來說，VIVACE嘅裝潢設計、氣氛、食物質素都好高，值得推薦！
