因為知道尖沙咀附近一帶嘅餐廳,星期五晚一定好多full booking,諗住同朋友食燒肉慶祝生日,喺openrice到見好多好評,所以早兩星期前已經打嚟訂位。我哋訂咗19:15,19:15前到咗現場,但當時有另一班客人訂咗19:00嘅都仲未有位,負責職員只係一直講未有位要等耐啲。等到19:30,個職員先同我哋講 (包括19:00嗰班客人),話唔好意思今晚冇位,仲要冇再多嘅解釋同道歉,態度亦十分敷衍了事,我同朋友都覺得好無言,如果話遲啲先俾到枱我都算,但個職員係完全唔打算解決問題,只係想打發我哋,話今日冇枱就算,簡直荒謬至極!

最近路過了此地,一所多年屹立不倒的日式燒肉酒館吸引到我的注意,畢竟多年前在附近工作時已經經常滿座,今天難得有機會可以吃到了。店員推介牛魔再現套餐,包括了牛小排,牛肉眼及牛角切三個部位,肉質雪花均勻,店員細心講解並示範了每一款部位的吃法,甚是專業,果然是燒肉專門店的始祖日本產阿波尾雞肉,除了吃牛,雞肉也是必點之選,店家選用了上乘的日本阿波尾雞肉,份量充足,價錢合理,配上店家自製研發的醬汁,昇華了肉質的精粹店員推介了新產品,牛油果天婦羅,絕對是創新之作,口感很軟綿,出奇地好吃最後就是三文魚子海膽炒飯,整體炒飯層次均勻,滿佈了新鮮的三文魚子,海膽更點綴了炒飯的靈魂,心滿意足的必須推介給好友,相約了下個月再到此品嚐燒肉盛宴
