If you're like us and haven’t been able to grab a spot at Hikiniku to Come yet, then this place is an absolute MUST-VISIT ✨ They are all about those mouthwatering wagyu donburis - their handmade hamburg steaks are something out of this world. Best to come early though as they make only a limited quantity per dayWe tried both versions of their hamburg steak donburi – one with 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗴𝘆𝘂 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘁 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟮𝟴) and the other with 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝘂𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 (𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟭𝟴). The wagyu was super tender and juicy, but that Angus beef had melted cheese in the middle that added this creamy, savory goodness! We just couldn’t decide which one's better - which would you choose?Both steaks come crowned with Japanese Ranou eggs - watching that orangey-red yolk cascade down the sides was just pure satisfaction 🤤 The rich sweetness of the raw egg works wonders with the fragrant Japanese rice and aromatic meat. The ultimate cherry on top is that you get to customise the taste! They've got a secret burger sauce with hints of sweet yuzu, a mildly spicy Japanese curry sauce, and a white miso sauce (we didn’t get to try this so no comments, but it sounds tempting). Plus, you also get to choose one of two toppings for an extra punch of flavor: Japanese-style kimchi (it's actually quite spicy) or mustard pickles (not as spicy, but equally delish)We couldn't resist adding some extra deliciousness to our meal for just HKD18 each! We got a refreshing 𝗝𝗮𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 with tomatoes and sesame seeds, and three pieces of 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘀 coated with fiery shichimi powder. And to wash it all down, we added drinks for just HKD5 each! We sipped on iced honey green tea and hot yuzu honey, but if that's not your vibe, they've got soft drinks and juices to choose from too.

聽同事講觀塘有間喺工廈嘅日式食堂好好食於是星期六就約咗朋友去試吓我哋嗰日下晝3:00去到唔使排隊，直接有得入店舖裝修都幾骨子，乾淨企理一啲都唔似係喺工廈嘅餐廳！我同朋友分別叫咗手打芝士安格斯漢堡蘭王蛋飯同埋手打和牛漢堡蘭王蛋飯漢堡扒仲分別可以嗌唔同嘅醬汁同埋配菜我哋分別揀咗漢堡汁同味噌汁以及泡菜同埋酸瓜另外仲加咗兩個小食，分別係魷魚嘴同埋餃子餐廳好快手，落單後等咗唔夠10分鐘已經上菜上菜嗰刻已經覺得超級吸引，除咗顏色超靚嘅蘭王蛋，個漢堡扒都超級香！朋友嘅芝士牛肉漢堡，一食就有滿滿嘅芝士流出，超級邪惡！配埋酸瓜同埋淡淡嘅味噌汁超級好食而我叫嘅和牛漢堡更加正，個牛肉食得出係唔同Level，有少少脂肪，超級軟同埋Juicy！呢個比起芝士漢堡只係貴$10 ，我覺得超級值！！小食嘅魷魚仔同餃子都好食，尤其係餃子煎到好香！可惜嗰日其他小食賣晒，如果唔係都想試吓～嗌咗咁多嘢連埋兩杯嘢飲都只不過係唔使$300 ，咁嘅價錢食到咁好食嘅漢堡，我覺得係超級抵，值得更多人認識！希望可以長做長有🥹🫶🏻

身為觀塘人，都唔知原來觀塘有間隱世漢堡丼飯。呢間觀塘人氣手打漢堡丼飯同而家好出名嘅挽肉與米有得fight。首先一入到舖頭，環境好清幽安靜，唔會太嘈而享受唔到私人空間，職員都好好人好Nice，放低餐牌俾我哋慢慢揀。因為我去到已經係下午茶時間，點知招牌嘅漢堡飯已經售罄，所以就轉左食手打芝士安格斯漢堡扒丼飯，牛肉嘅油脂香及牛嘅肉香配上日本米飯真係絕配，餐廳仲提供三種醬汁俾我哋揀配呢個丼飯，秘製醬汁十分配合漢堡同飯，下次去開觀塘可以一試
