食過好多次,今次先知原來佢叫威記,平時多數食綠豆沙,然後再加炸兩、蘿蔔榚、炒麵同咸肉粽share食,今次第一次食粥,食了碗白粥,原來碗粥好棉好有米香味,我唔鐘意食粥都覺得好食,蝦米腸雖然唔太滑,不過都幾多蝦米及有香蔥味。而佢d油器就麻麻地,可能唔係新鮮熱辣炸起關係。

原來碗粥好棉好有米香味,我唔鐘意食粥都覺得好食,
蝦米腸雖然唔太滑,不過都幾多蝦米及有香蔥味。
而佢d油器就麻麻地,可能唔係新鮮熱辣炸起關係。

有時會係屋企附近買番份豬腸粉做早餐,都係大家食開果o的五蚊幾條果類即食早餐啦!見早排有人係飲食講場問開邊檔腸粉好食,威記成為推薦,當然要試一試啦!同平時食開果o的「現成」貨式,哩度果o的真係幾鬼薄皮,口感唔同,若果大家食慣平時有麻醬果o的,哩度就欠奉喇,只得甜醬同辣醬。同事話哩度o既蘿蔔糕、炸兩好好味,如KC所言啦~士丹利街哩一行,見到其他幾有「風味」大排檔,仲留意到有檔「水記」麵檔係側邊,等我得閒試下先,見佢寫明「淨賣炸魚皮不賣」,相信「來頭」都不弱o卦,眼見老闆六點幾收左舖,仲係到落料「牛」湯底,真係夠哂認真~

今朝涷涷地,最好整碗粥暖肚,所以就來呢度。<br />老實講,呢度位處士丹利街尾,都幾偏僻,但都其門如市,眼見有好多街坊幫襯。<br />叫了白粥和炸兩,白粥偏杰,夠熱同好香米味,加少少盬吊味就夠。炸兩亦值得推介,皆因粉皮新鮮熱辣而油炸鬼亦是剛剛炸起,就構成美味的炸兩。另蘿蔔糕都食得過但因過年已食到怕,所以都係遲D 再食。白粥加炸兩收10 蚊,如果白粥油炸鬼更只是8 蚊,真的是平靚正!唯一稍為遜色的就是呢度的衛生環境,但舊式粥舖係咁架啦。<br />要留意腸粉要晨早來吃才好,皆因流量快又新鮮熱辣。如果下午食完飯才來試就好似吃不是新鮮出爐的麵包咁,變得「無分別」,甚至唔好食。<br />食野要不時不食、食新鮮熱辣的,此乃常識也!
