今日同朋友去了「和居和居」食晚餐。餐廳裝潢以木系為主,門口亦掛了紅色燈籠,店鋪細細,設有吧枱,燈光柔和,仿如置身於日本居酒屋,勁有日本風味。雞中翼串雞中翼夠大隻,燒得非常鹹香惹味。日式餃子煎得剛剛好,餡料飽滿蟹肉甲羅燒脆卜卜的蟹籽和蟹肉蟹膏拌勻,再配上紫菜一齊食,蟹味濃郁,鮮味十足。厚燒玉子蛋味香濃順滑,帶有甜味,綿密口感。軟殼蟹牛油果卷軟殼蟹炸得香脆,配上清新牛油果幼滑口感,非常滿足自家製漢堡扒漢堡扒肉質非常軟腍,入口有滿滿的肉汁,再配上新鮮沙律菜,可以減低油膩感。蟹肉釜飯份量十足,飯上面鋪滿了蟹肉和蟹膏,而底下有紅蘿蔔、腐皮、香菇等材料,味道足夠,鮮味十足牛肉烏冬牛肉嫩滑,烏冬彈牙。
