又到左每一個月尾食好東西嘅時候,今次轉下地區去九龍城嗰邊試吓新嘢,知道樂富商場嗰邊有間食中菜都幾出名就去試吓,佢嘅位置係一間商場入邊都幾容易揾,入邊嘅裝修充滿舊式時代城寨嘅風味,我哋一行二人嗌咗孜然豬下青,呢個餸特別嘅地方佢係先炸後加孜然粉,味道食得出好鮮味而且佢切條裝形食落個口感幾特別,作為小菜或者主菜都送飯一流,之後點左半隻金牌鹽燒雞,呢隻雞師傅用滾油將個皮炸得好脆口而且肉嘅比例啱啱好,加上秘製醬汁點落去特別開胃,之後嗌咗砂鍋鮑魚汁瑤柱炒飯,一打開蓋香鬢撲鼻,鮑魚汁包住每一粒米,加上瑤柱食落去好有鑊氣,而且雞粒同埋配料嘅份量都好足夠,我見其他小菜都炒得好出色下次去同屋企人你試吓。

九龍城素來食肆多選擇多,今次去城寨公園逛,就順道光顧嚮負盛名的高質中菜館,首先因為它店面佈置真有城寨風味,而菜式也很特色,尤其大力推介的時令羊腩煲是100%蝴蝶腩,但因為太大份兩個人又想試多些菜式,店員就推介龍蝦二人餐,更有多款菜色可選擇,當然蒜蓉開邊蒸龍蝦是必食的,另外那個金湯濃情燕窩羹,很有咬口,啖啖燕窩滋味十足,而另一海鮮油泡班球份量十足厚厚的魚塊大大啖,過足穩.不得不提那拔絲咭嚕肉,很久未嚐過如此好味的肉排,最後一個清清地的炒菜芯也不Hea做,真心正。

店子設在九龍城最歷史悠久的九龍城廣場內,雖然充分表現出舊城寨的裝飾佈置,但在菜式上充分表現出懷舊菜而又有創新的烹調手法,價錢也頗公道,見有一個二人餐做緊promote,又有海鮮,當然值得一試,上菜竟然是每位上,而且侍應的招呼也頗西式化,會逐樣菜式介紹烹調手法與及食用方法,也頗有心思,先來一個燕窩濃湯,香氣撲鼻,之後就是主菜蒜蓉蒸波士頓龍蝦,肉質鮮味蒜蓉味十足,另外的油泡班球,兩大片彈牙的魚皮,正是我的至愛,再來的拔絲咕嚕肉,極脆口新鮮,但畧嫌只得三大粒,令人有意猶未盡的感覺,之後的清炒菜遠也頗有水準,整體感覺這菜館應該可以在九龍城佔一席位,回頭率高。

隨著颱風離港,秋意漸濃,又是吃羊腩煲的季節了。所以一馬當先,和朋友一行3人預訂了一份,羊腩煲連gas爐上枱後不久已經香味四溢,大家圍著看著預先炆好的蝴蝶腩和五顏六色的配料在熱騰騰的醬汁中滾呀滾,真的急不及待想「開筷」了!蝴蝶腩連皮吃,不但肥瘦適中,而且酥香肉軟,配料包括爽脆的原粒馬蹄,鮮嫩的竹筍,還有帶着濃濃肉汁香味的腐竹及冬菇片,加上貼心的侍應特別為我們準備了每人一小碟吃羊腩煲必備的腐乳醬,真的把滋味再推高一層。其實另加一份生菜和來個白米飯就可以了,但打算請客的朋友, 客氣地加了一個二人套餐,只需六百多七百元,便有一隻蒜蓉開邊蒸龍蝦,紅燒花膠絲生翅兩份魚、肉和菜每款兩份,而且每款有不同的選擇結果呢?又是吃到撐大滿足的一餐!
