第一次食呢間米線,叫咗個豬骨湯底同魚湯底,佢哋嘅豬骨湯底好味D,魚湯就冇乜味,食完唔會好口渴,豬扒厚度、煎得啱啱好,食落唔硬。加埋生菜,雲吞皮薄厚咗少少,內陷裡面嘅菜肉味道好滿,好好食。米線連埋湯底食都好入味,煮得恰到好處,唔會太腍或者太硬,配上豬扒同雲吞,味道更加豐富。飲品最緊要係杯凍檸茶, 係茶記茶膽沖嘅凍檸茶,宜家係出面好難飲到杯好飲嘅。至於環境方面,比起卓爾居個間,雖然午市都好多,但坐位都唔會太迫。

九龍人好少入屯門,咁岩今日入屯門終於可以食到想食好耐既米線門口好多人,但唔算等好耐大概等左15分鐘就可以入座叫左酸辣紅薯粉,蝦餅同墨魚頭老公叫左金湯米線,韭菜餃同腩肉我覺得個酸辣湯底好正好味到想飲晒個湯底但好重香茅味,如果唔咁重香茅味會更好😛仲叫左豬頸肉真係好正!難怪枱枱都叫另外想分享,走既時候隔離枱有人入座地方淺窄,我地又兜唔到路行職員姨姨係咁講唔好意思呀,今日比較多人令我覺得好窩心小店野食好食固然重要,但職員有禮貌都好緊要。

終於可以食到想食好耐既米線
門口好多人,但唔算等好耐
大概等左15分鐘就可以入座

叫左酸辣紅薯粉,蝦餅同墨魚頭
老公叫左金湯米線,韭菜餃同腩肉

我覺得個酸辣湯底好正
好味到想飲晒個湯底
但好重香茅味,如果唔咁重香茅味會更好😛

仲叫左豬頸肉
真係好正!難怪枱枱都叫

另外想分享,走既時候隔離枱有人入座
地方淺窄,我地又兜唔到路行
職員姨姨係咁講唔好意思呀,今日比較多人
令我覺得好窩心

小店野食好食固然重要,但職員有禮貌都好緊要。

因為就腳,其實雲川我已經食過唔少次,豬頸肉出名好食就唔再多講啦,好多人都分享過,今次想比較下「酸辣湯底」同「酸麻金湯」。食開米線既朋友都一定有自己既偏好,「麻辣」同「酸辣」各有一班捧場客,食開邊樣就通常唔會轉。但當「酸麻金湯」出現左,就令唔少人有選擇困難,一個湯底滿足哂兩種味覺,好似抵食d喎,而我亦都唔例外,食開酸辣既我今次一於叫左碗酸麻金湯試下。平時食開既酸辣好香酸菜味,而且好香濃,小辣都唔會無料到,係幾高質既湯底。今次試呢個酸麻金湯,雖然有酸有麻,但有少少兩頭唔到岸,酸唔夠酸、又唔算好麻,而且無左個浸好香既酸菜味,我叫左中辣,夠辣不過唔夠濃味,同酸辣湯比爭幾級。總結,貪心無好結果,想兩樣都要,結果反而兩樣都滿足唔到,都係繼續做我既「酸辣」捧場客了。
