去太古城食晚飯,揀咗王家沙,點知.......1. 環境非常嘈,枱與枱之間都好迫,成張櫈都係食物碎未清潔2. 大部份侍應黑口黑面同無禮貌,唔好期望有殷勤服務,不過有一個男侍應都幾有禮貌3. 嘢食方面首先係溝咗水咁嘅酸辣湯,好稀,似羹溝水之後係無味葱爆牛肉,牛肉少到不得了炸饅頭,比較正常終極難食係個豬扒擔擔麵,湯底個味同色好古怪,都好似係溝咗水,好淡,麵質亦唔好,食咗少少就食唔落,豬扒都ok,但話係黑毛豬扒,收$98🙄總結:唔會再嚟。 continue reading

蜜汁雙方($148)好評!金華火腿軟硬適中,唔會太難咬。經過香甜蜜糖調味原本嘅鹹味變得可口。軟熟嘅蝴蝶包夾住脆脆同埋火腿口感豐富。伴碟嘅蓮子數量好多,食極都食唔完,實在係大滿足。三鮮湯年糕 ($68)湯年糕比較失望。年糕嘅質感唔夠煙韌,而且唔入味。娃娃菜煮得好琳,但係得好少。魚湯底味道得宜。紅燒大排擔擔麵 ($58)擔擔面呢我哋叫咗唔辣,但係依然惹味,花生味重。可惜肉粒同埋花生粒欠奉。陸麵嘅時間適中,麵質有彈性。 continue reading

個人對食要求多多,但要我排隊食野就真係幾好食都唔會排隊食,特別係越多人要排又生意唔休做果d食店,王家沙食過好多次,出名生煎包好食,唔油包入面又有湯汁,每次想食生煎包都會去食,小籠包皮薄,唔易爛,又一推介,不輸某大牌又要排隊又唔可以慢慢食既食店!有時候食野都比人計住時間就已經唔再係比你去品嚐食物,係比你去快食快走,甘幾好食都無用啦,甘趕做咩尼,我每次來都唔洗排隊,野食又唔洗等好耐,擔擔麵大大碗,價錢又唔貴,值得大家關注! continue reading

昨天晚上一家四口到太古城行街食飯,之前曾到王家沙吃晚飯,今晚也跟以往一樣到那裏去,可能餐廳隔隣開了一間新的台式餐廳,只需等一會兒就可以入座,點了大蔥羊肉酥餅、牛展擔擔麵、話梅骨、小籠包和炸饅頭, 餐廳人不算太多,還有幾張空枱,但我們點的食物都過了很久才到 ,食物送上枱時都已經攤凍了😧,連平時最喜歡食的擔擔麵也變得軟爛不好吃了😩, 只有小籠包(可能是獨立送上的關係)還是熱的,希望餐廳能注意流程,要知道好的食物攤凍了也會變得不好吃的。 continue reading
