昨晚去銅鑼灣梁山泊-時代廣場食通天l2樓, 這間食店好特別的中式装設計,我叫了三個頭盤, 有蚌,菜,酒乳鴿,味道一般,主菜燒羊加spicy source, 係一流的水準, 江南雞-雞肉加入豬肉味道不錯,還有辣蝦,炸田雞, 東波肉等好味道,壽星仔好滿意。還有特別表演,有傳统的木偶表演,我們中国人和有一些外国人,看得好精彩,Good! 有時間會再去試其他嘢。

第一次在時代廣場用膳, 除了FOOD COURT外XD上了12/F梁山泊, 第一個感覺是這間餐廳十分黑暗= =''與女友家人一行四人叫了一個2人午餐, 這個午餐2人享用一定會飽得很.....不太記得那些菜式名稱, 但有菜式一定記得, 就是了糖水都OK荔枝酒真的會有一粒荔枝, 哈哈哈員工服務十分好, 常常幫忙加茶總括這餐廳的菜式尚算OK, 值得一試

Water Margin completely disappointed me in terms of quality of food and service!! I understand the selling point of the restaurant was the interior design; therefore didn’t have high expectations on the food to begin with. I understand the selling point of the restaurant was the interior design; therefore didn’t have high expectations on the food to begin with. What irritated me was the extreme poor quality of service, it basically was a complete mess!!

That was a long weekend Thurs, there were 3 of us that evening. We placed our order and started chatting while waiting for our food to come. We were a little carried away on our conversation, before we knew it, at least 30 minutes had passed, and we asked the waiter to check on our order. The waiter came back shortly and asked what we had ordered. At that point, I knew they had completely forgotten our order!! Forgetting one dish was understandable, but not the entire list of what we ordered, and the restaurant was only half full. Worst of all, shouldn’t they have at least noticed why there was NOTHING on our table after we had sat down for so long?? Wasn’t it instinctive for the waitstaff to check?

We repeated our list of food and the manager offered us drinks and ice-cream as apologies. Finally, our dishes started to come, just when we started to wonder if anything could be forgotten this time; I asked the waiter to check on a plate of noodles that we were still waiting for, the waiter checked and came back to ask, “sorry…what noodles did you order?”That was ridiculous!! I asked them to just cancel the order, and he came back 10 minutes later with the plate of noodles!!!

The quality of the food was nothing worth mentioning; any local restaurant around the corner would have done a better job!

We refused to pay for the 10% service charge to show our dissatisfaction, and the manager said it’s in the system and couldn’t be taken off!! What kind of B.S. was that??!! To my understanding, tips should only be given when you are happy with service.
Couldn’t he offer a percentage of discounts to compensate for it then??

Please do not pretend to be a restaurant of quality when you are not and made up silly excuses to fool your customers!!

復活節第一天去時代廣場pageone買書.買了蔡瀾的一本美食書.上面推薦的梁山泊.所以去try.好貴.drink不錯推薦花果山.那個梅子餃子不怎麼樣.不過很漂亮.尖椒牛肉不錯.沒有用嫩肉粉.很有肉感.清炒萵苣有一股奇怪的味道.不知道用了什麼調味.但是我還是喜歡\"清\"一點的感覺.醃肉炒飯做的不錯.但是沒有很特別.燈光太暗.佈置的不錯

me and my friend order 2 cocktails to start with, great surprise.. osmanthus mule and pear affair fill with chinese charater. my friend really likes it..
then we order a two person set.. appetizer start with clams and chicken slice. i personally don't eat much chili, but the clams really surprise me. is very good. the chinese wine and the herbs match well, is a bit hot but i still finish it. and chicken slice is just right.
In main course we take the crispy lamb ribs and beef rib.. i know the crispy lamb ribs is one of the best dich here, is been well named, but what really good is the beef rib, really soft, really juicy. is really hard to cook the right beef cos if it cooks too long it become hard and uneatable. but what i have is just right.. the good part about it is i can really taste the work behind the chef. and side dish not much of a surprise just vegetable and fried rice. and i order the spicy chicken...is really really hot.. but still good taste. very delicious..
is a good experience over all, the bill is around $950 is right for a dinner. sure i will go again.

$188 spicy chicken.

叫了個擔擔面,用沙煲裝,很特別嘛?很多屋村酒樓用過了!不辣,又不香,卻收四十元,人家只是二十元,你有何質素說服我多收二十元?

埋尾的dessert drink是cappuccino sobert ....這個不錯,很香滑!整體感覺這裡酒好過食物!

本來香港是華洋雜處,有些"唐人街中茶"不足為奇!但好像看張藝謀的"黃金甲"一樣,中國電影是否這樣?中國菜是否這樣?

Culture shock很震撼,震撼在香港竟然吃到這些,將來香港中菜可能這些就是主流!

31-8-07(五) 午餐平時見這裏客人不多,也知道餐廳花了不少心思佈置,午餐也不太貴,就試試看。午市的套餐都很豐富,要了一個熱和一個冷的拼盤,各有三種小食,其中素菜春卷和腐皮卷較好,其餘一般,手抓雞份量不少,味道也可以。湯是葛煲廋肉,不太肥,可以。每個套餐可選兩款小菜,要了冬瓜雪、葱爆牛肉、老山東和茴香羊肉。冬瓜雪很似賽螃蟹,但不太滑,味道清淡。葱爆牛肉和平時食的一樣,沒有特別。老山東是燒豬頸肉,這個味道比較好,豬頸肉又不肥。茴香羊肉對於我們來說,是非常辣,之前問過是少少辣,可見標準不同,這碟只能放棄了。還有擔擔麵和咸肉菜飯可選,擔擔麵是辣的,就要了菜飯,雖然每樣食物都是迷你版,一人份量,但真的很飽了。餐廳服務甚好,可能客人不多。每樣細節都很有特色,招待外國朋友就很好,但對於本地顧客來說,食物質素就更重要。以午市的價錢,配合環境服務,是很合理,但總要找一個再去的理由。

今晚的冷盤是薑蓉芥蘭,都不知算是那個地方的菜,凍凍地,味道一般啦。鹹蛋黃豆腐,友人敏感不能吃蟹啦,待應都好細心事前講清楚有少少蟹黃,個豆腐幾好味但只吃個碟邊的蛋黃時,嘩!好鹹。另外叫了個番茄排骨,試落去有D家庭風味,都叫做好食的,不過最好味的竟然是那個$68得7粒的餃子,唯一有少少不滿意的是那個桂林辣椒醬,好行貨。有少許同情其他食客的遭遇,今晚的待應的招呼算是細心,不斷主動添茶,點菜時也叫做醒目,懂得提點我們,不過菜牌上的中文名稱真是.... 甚麼「東宮西宮」,但完全沒有解釋是什麼,唯有看英文Menu。有趣的是,換骨碟時待應說了句日文,Shitsureshimasu(失禮哂)真搞笑。哈!我們兩個都在講廣東話啊。論價錢,這裡比其他幾家在時代廣場的中菜館都貴。順道一提,這家店似中式Dining Bar多過似甚麼京滬川菜咯。

今年情人節獲女友支持食中餐,選擇梁山泊一聚。當晚,到飯店時,只得小狗小貓般三桌共6人。入內燈光昏暗,視覺及就餐環境在食通天內當屬最差的。當晚,點的菜有醉香花蛤(88元)、公雞煲(148元)、香蔥霸王蝦(168元)、蟹王豆腐(98元)、菜煨面(32元),加上茶芥12元/位、服務費等,合共614元。醉香花蛤,個大、有泥沙,入口也沒有鮮味。公雞煲價貴不說,味道也平平。蟹王豆腐污糟糟撒上一些疑似“蟹粉”的東西,說是疑似是因為我真的不敢肯定這是不是常吃的江南大閘蟹“蟹粉”?是晚,菜煨面算是最合口味的。如果用江南的雞毛菜或別的綠葉菜取代白菜的話,會有更好的色覺。對這家餐廳,總體感覺是:價貴、口味不道地、環境差、菜名雲裡霧裡。唯一肯定的是服務不錯。不過,對於美食者來說,最需要的還是菜的色香味。由此,想到上海思南路的阿娘黃魚面,雖然服務不是很道地、碗也洗得有點油,但店家就是這麼牛!(每天做完午市就收工)

醉香花蛤,個大、有泥沙,入口也沒有鮮味。公雞煲價貴不說,味道也平平。蟹王豆腐污糟糟撒上一些疑似“蟹粉”的東西,說是疑似是因為我真的不敢肯定這是不是常吃的江南大閘蟹“蟹粉”?

是晚,菜煨面算是最合口味的。如果用江南的雞毛菜或別的綠葉菜取代白菜的話,會有更好的色覺。

對這家餐廳,總體感覺是:價貴、口味不道地、環境差、菜名雲裡霧裡。唯一肯定的是服務不錯。不過,對於美食者來說,最需要的還是菜的色香味。由此,想到上海思南路的阿娘黃魚面,雖然服務不是很道地、碗也洗得有點油,但店家就是這麼牛!(每天做完午市就收工)

My experience was very similar to the previous comments posted here, and I should have checked before I went.

We ordered a spicy chicken pot. After a few pieces, I noticed that what I had eaten were all chicken wings. Not the entire chicken wing but just the corner joining the upper and lower wing. It was all bones and no meat. Then I realised it was not bad luck that I picked these pieces, because the entire pot was full of them and nothing else - correction, I later found some chicken feet as well!

I called the waitress over and she promised to check with the kitchen but she never returned. I asked another waiter and he said he did not think there was any problem with the dish. He said he couldn't do anything about it because we had eaten part of the dish. How would I suppose to know that the dish was cooked with nothing but unwanted left over bits of chicken? Was I supposed to stir the dish to check before I started eating?

Knowing it would be a waste of time with this person I ask the manager to come to the table. He offered to change the dish but by that time I was so pissed off that I just wanted to leave. He was very reluctant not to charge for this dish but agreed when I insisted.

It is very sad that this restaurant has become what it is today. On a Sunday evening, there were diners occupying just a few tables. I should have known better. I will never visit again.
