走入呢間海鮮餐廳,即刻被一陣撲鼻嘅鮮味吸引。🦞 首先點咗花竹蝦伊麵,蝦咁鮮甜,彈彈哋,伊麵吸滿咗海鮮嘅精華,實在係 👌 嘅開場。接住上菜嘅白灼蝴蝶蚌,肉質滑嘅唔得了,一啖入口嘅鮮味簡直令我動容。再黎嘅恭喜發財添好市,紅燒耗咁肥美,入口即化,真係令人欲罷不能。薑蔥炒牛河就有D正宗香港味道,牛肉嫩滑,蔥香飄逸,河粉滑溜得嚟帶點煙韌。😍 仲有個特色嘅菠蘿咕嚕肉,夠嘟嘟噠噠,硬中帶腍,酸甜嘅菠蘿同豬肉撞出新天地,真係繞樑三日。整體黎講,每味食物都保持住食材本身嘅鮮美,口感同滋味層次豐富,加上服務員態度友善,環境舒適宜人,真係健談而且肚餓嘅時候過嚟會大滿足。下次我定必再嚟,同朋友一齊分享呢個愉快嘅食體驗啦!👍

已不是第一次光顧這家海鮮飯店,因為每次來流浮山,都貨比三家光顧過很多間,始終都是認為這間食物質素有保證、而且價錢也算合理,今天又和一班好友來光顧,正值是合時奄仔蟹,所以每人試了半隻鹽焗,還有他的拿手小菜,就是豉油王煎蝦碌,龍躉兩味,薑蔥焗蠔,蒜蓉蒸扇貝,瓦撐屈鮑魚和韮王炒鮮魷,每樣都好味非常,連小吃飲品等,埋單每位也不過四佰元,一個字抵。

住響天水圍,經常去流浮山食晏,今次食下晚飯,揀咗一間歷史悠久(創業於1963年),口碑唔錯,仲係食神蔡瀾食過嘅老牌酒家,這間酒家雖然沒有什麼特別的裝修,外表毫不起眼,但坐落覺得整潔企理,食得很舒服,食物質素也不負所望,老師傅功夫了得,火喉和味道都拿捏得啱啱好,唔會過熟、過老和過鹹,生猛海鮮全部沒有浪費,全部都以最佳狀態上枱入口。多年來食過不同的海鮮酒家,這間確實帶來一點驚喜和滿足,希望佢能夠保持水準,因為我仲想繼續食。

很喜歡這種老式酒家..很有味道..廚房亦顯出功架..好吃的海鮮..除咗本身嘅質數外..大廚對於煮海鮮時的拿捏亦好重要..很久沒有吃到有如此水準的海鮮..非常滿足及愉快的一餐❤️❤️❤️

好耐無食海鮮餐喇,大家都喜歡食海鮮,近近地睇下流浮山有咩飯店好食,上網搵到之前蔡瀾專欄介紹呢間海鮮飯店,仲話幫襯左幾十年,應該都有信心保證掛因為近父親節前後,多人訂枱,要分兩輪,我地揀左第2輪,諗住食得無咁趕。一嚟到老細就安排左個姐姐帶我地去揀海鮮,嘩🤩🤩啲海鮮好靚又生猛,仲要最緊要唔貴囉!我地揀左大紅鬼(海蝦的一種,好大隻,長過手掌)、龍躉、奄仔蟹、鮑魚、瀨尿蝦,仲叫左幾個小菜同出名嘅雞翼同埋蝦膏炒飯(有啲小菜唔記得影相🤣🤣),飽到上心口,又勁滿足😛😛,海鮮好靚,師傅功架非常好,海鮮煮得好好食好彈牙好有鮮味,火候又夠,仲要抵讚係佢會逐碟跟次序上菜,唔會一次過上,攪到啲菜凍曬,慢慢傾住偈一路食都得!6個人每人都係$500,海鮮連加工費,幾個餸,好過去西貢鯉魚門果啲又貴又唔抵食😅。

最後除咗菜同生果之外,仲有呢個炸芒果加茶香蕉,芒果炸完之後,外皮鬆脆,入口即化,係個口到感受到芒果變成芒果汁嘅過程🤤

海鮮我都食過好多地方,但流浮山海灣嘅係我食過覺得最好嘅一間。👍🏻

🍬🍬今次遠征流浮山,選了海灣海鮮酒家,其實早在4、5年前曾經跟食家好友前來這店吃海鮮,留下很不錯的印象...今次到來之前,朋友訂枱時已經訂了好一些菜式。~凍龍蝦試完之後個人喜好熱食的龍蝦,凍吃很失色~魚湯浸白菜魚湯夠濃,不錯~粉絲貴妃蚌~清蒸魚~蟓密蚌炒魚仔咸了點~鹽焗炒蟹蟹無乜特別,唔夠多膏話說一行人埋單每人盛惠$700,雖然話食海鮮一定唔會平,但感覺無食過咩好出色的,相對4、5年前失色很多,性價比低。
