走入呢間海鮮餐廳,即刻被一陣撲鼻嘅鮮味吸引。🦞 首先點咗花竹蝦伊麵,蝦咁鮮甜,彈彈哋,伊麵吸滿咗海鮮嘅精華,實在係 👌 嘅開場。接住上菜嘅白灼蝴蝶蚌,肉質滑嘅唔得了,一啖入口嘅鮮味簡直令我動容。再黎嘅恭喜發財添好市,紅燒耗咁肥美,入口即化,真係令人欲罷不能。薑蔥炒牛河就有D正宗香港味道,牛肉嫩滑,蔥香飄逸,河粉滑溜得嚟帶點煙韌。😍 仲有個特色嘅菠蘿咕嚕肉,夠嘟嘟噠噠,硬中帶腍,酸甜嘅菠蘿同豬肉撞出新天地,真係繞樑三日。整體黎講,每味食物都保持住食材本身嘅鮮美,口感同滋味層次豐富,加上服務員態度友善,環境舒適宜人,真係健談而且肚餓嘅時候過嚟會大滿足。下次我定必再嚟,同朋友一齊分享呢個愉快嘅食體驗啦!👍 continue reading

今次去嗰間海鮮食堂,正到不得了!開局一碟椒鹽大蝦,《瞓啦!》大隻蝦配上香煎洋蔥,入口既香辣味道夠晒kick!黎到賴尿蝦,《喂!》真係有劈炮賀年咁大隻,豪邁嘅口感又juicy,一啖肉真係滿足到爆!講到清蒸象拔蚌同清蒸珍珠蚌,嗰份鮮冰冰,令人心都清爽晒!點可以唔提下炸蠔,蠔汁醇厚流出來嗰刻,簡直係美味嘅瑜伽,一彈一射,足夠玩味!至於韭王炒木魚絲就得佢咯,味普普,攪到我有少少失望。不過炒蟶子就真係掃晒之前嘅陰霾,蟶子肉香Q彈,吸晒調味汁,一嗦入喉,完美!至於嗰盤清蒸鮑魚,大隻到我直頭眼都瞪大,滋味富貴得滯!過程中,服務唔錯,添水勁快手,唔會俾你渴到喉嚨痛。响呢度食海鮮,就係要咁嘅即叫即新嘅享受,無咁上下繁複,但美味就一流!尋日食飽晒,今次分享埋俾大家知,下次想探險海鮮既話,記得揾我啊!🦐🦪🐟 continue reading

海灣海鮮酒家位於流浮山正大街44號, 可從天水圍西鐵站轉K65號接駁巴士前往. 我們親戚食飯往往約在這間食店. 海鮮方面是親戚們在外選購的, 之後由食店代煮, 所以以下標示的價錢是不計食材的. 我們最常吃的菜式是蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝, 薑葱炒蟶子, 上湯龍蝦伊麵, 西芹炒班片, 薑葱蠔, 最值得推介的兩味餸菜是鮮炸生蠔及炆骨. 炸生蠔用生菜包著, 加一丁點兒淮鹽, 生蠔選購最肥味的, 一咬落質感像咬大雞脾, 但全是鮮蠔味. 炆骨是連骨的斑塊肉, 切成一大舊, 一呅班塊肉汁噴射, 熱辣辣滿口香! continue reading
