日式昆布汁煮翡翠螺:翡翠螺經過日式昆布汁的煮熟,保持了螺肉的鮮嫩彈牙,帶有微咸海水味。汁料的風味與螺肉完美融合。

SHABU SHABU項目有A5黑毛和牛(120 g):A5黑毛和牛的肉質鮮嫩多汁,每一片都散發出濃郁牛肉香氣。果D牛油花紋靚到呢,肉片保持原汁原味,口感極為優雅。

The A5 Wagyu was spectacularly tender, melting gently on the tongue with each bite. Its deeply savory umami flavor was complex and nuanced, with notes of rich beef 🍖 and charred mushrooms. Each thinly sliced piece oozed ruby red juices 💧 infused with the tastes of the hotpot broth.

The seasonal oysters were plump and buttery smooth. Their briny ocean flavor was a refreshing contrast, with a subtle minerality reminiscent of the sea 🏖. Nestled on shaved ice to highlight their natural essence, the first bite delivered crisp, clean iodine balanced by a lingering creaminess. 🦪

Three types of crab stood out. Fresh crab leg chunks were dressed in a creamy kani-ko sauce, indulgently rich yet light and bursting with vibrant crab essence with each morsel. 🦀 Crab meat layered in a toasted buno was crowned with melt-in-your-mouth crab roe that exploded in a lush pop of saline, buttery goodness. Rich layers of umami truly lived up to the description.

Refreshing genmaicha offered subtle nutty notes that complemented the seafood perfectly. 🍵 Each sip cleansed the palate before the next indulgent bite.
