好耐無寫食評,因為之前一直都太忙昨晚OT收夜,公司搬咗去荃灣,終於可以食吓地道小炒膽粗粗走去幾出名嘅香車街熟食檔試吓,隨便選一間。五個女仔揀咗四個餸食大排檔必試嘅小炒皇 ,唔太乾身香口好味👍黃金蝦球,因已除蝦殼,食時幾方便,味道ok, 但份量少咗d啫啫通菜煲, 同樣唔會太乾身,味道唔錯小二推介嘅特別蓮藕餅,食落香口包住生菜食唔太油,中間有香芹味,幾飽肚但就無咩肉,我鍾意雖然係地道大排檔,但地方都算 乾淨 。有吸煙區&非吸煙區,起碼我開OT收夜時都有個小菜食下

除左火腩飯係形容男人的浪漫,係大排檔同班兄弟食一野飲下啤酒吹水都係一種浪漫。琴晚同班friend打完波,就黎左荃灣街市上面食大排檔,依到黎過幾次,次次都好多人滿座,所以今次就預先訂定位。黎依到食貪佢夠哂鑊氣,食物份量又多,岩哂我地班打完波要醫肚嘅兄弟。叫左依到幾個招牌小菜,豬手,安格斯牛柳粒,通菜煲等。重有就係冬天必食嘅羊腩煲。依到個半腩煲用料多,羊腩份量都唔少,仲要比好多腐乳我地,送酒一流。有啲失望的是牛柳粒薯仔粒比較多,牛唔夠我地分黎食,可能一次有幾枱客叫,一次整分得唔均。依到開得夜,又唔會點趕人走,岩哂一班人吹水,唔怕嘈嘅你都可以黎試下。

兩星期一次嘅飯聚,唔知食乜好,見呢間食評都幾好,雖然喺荃灣,都山長水遠入去試下,佢嘅位置對於我呢啲九龍東嘅人黎講,都幾難揾下,"香車街"更加係第一次聽聞,去到街市大樓外,已經望倒樓上有啲燈飾,可能為左吸引外來客,佢有分冷氣區同食煙區,朋友雖然食煙,但大熱天時佢都寧願坐冷氣區。菜牌都有好多小菜款式,見食評個炸茄子豆腐好多人讚,朋友想試下,(但菜牌係寫XX豆腐,唔記得左,但唔係寫茄子),另外叫左個黑椒牛仔骨,一支啤酒,一碗白粥,牛仔骨先到,好多獻汁,味道覺得太濃,同食落有啲漿口,再黎就係期待嘅炸茄子豆腐,外觀唔錯,茄子炸得ok,但個豆腐就差好多,完全唔脆,仲係冧嘅,上面舖左啲好似紫菜碎,但食落原來係一啲切碎左嘅菜咁嘅野,但冇喱味道又鞋鞋地,再咬開先知原來唔係豆腐,淡黃色有啲似玉子豆腐,但都係冇味道,加上唔脆,口感真係好差,雖然佢淋左啲甜燒汁喺周圍,但都幫助不大,朋友同我各食一件就冇再夾了,好在只叫左兩味,朋友話不如去第度再食過,事關兩星期先聚一聚,唔想咁樣完場。其實呢度嘅員工都好nice,環境都乾淨,客人都多嘅,可能係咁啱我地叫呢兩個小菜做得麻麻。

一直以來,都知道荃灣有好多好嘢食,而且好多臥虎藏龍,今日嚟到香車街街市,都見到好多角色認識嘅嘢食,有間米線仲要排好長龍先可以一嘗,我見咁多人唯有下次試吓啦。今日選擇咗一間小炒嘅餐廳,係呢個食飯時間都坐左八九成人嫁。見到佢哋寫住呢一個炸豆腐係招牌,就梗係要一試啦,嘩唔知唔知,一試就知點解會榮升做招牌菜,出面脆卞卞,入面滑嫩嫩。新鮮炸起,但係因為我怕熱氣嘅關係,所以都係食咗兩件。避風塘炒蟹好夠鑊氣,而且啲蟹好好肉,又新鮮,而且廚師好細心,一早已經打爛咗啲蟹嘅殼,令到食嘅時候唔會咁難,好野味。新鮮炒起,而且熱辣辣,菜入口爽脆,而且帶有微辣,特別開胃,餸飯一流。

最後一個黑松露雞半隻, 話要等半個鐘, 都無所謂, 第一二個菜食到差唔多, 就剛好黎埋雞, 黑松露通常西餐用, 估唔到用落中式雞都幾夾, 黑松露味非常香, 由外滲入肉內, 皮又脆, 雞肉滑, 但黑松露味有少少搶了雞味, 抑或本身沒咩雞味?

是日跟好友去荃灣區的熟食市場,打算嘗試去不同區的熟食市場留下足跡~~~今次去呢間純粹因為招牌看落去比較光鮮,D阿姐幾好人,會問我們想去吸煙還是非吸煙區,我們當然唔會去吸煙區,始終我個人好討厭人抽煙~~~好友點咗咸檸七($18),感覺不錯~~~雜菌扒豆腐($68),賣相不錯,感覺幾好食,最重要係新鮮熱辣上枱~~~豉油雞($118),賣相都好睇,肉唔會韌,都幾入味~~~炸墨魚餅($78),好友笑說這道菜的賣相好過在餐牌上的照片,熱辣辣上枱,真係好好食~~~我們二人只是叫了一碗白飯($12),都幾大碗~~~而令我最驚喜係見到米奇的尾巴在牆角出現,沒有第一次在自己用餐途中見到,整間大房的成人都在說笑,沒有跟職員投訴真心講熟食市場終於係個比較歷史悠久的地方,而且附近一帶都係唐樓,有米奇出沒理應正常,大家可以放心用餐,不用介懷。

是日跟好友去荃灣區的熟食市場,打算嘗試去不同區的熟食市場留下足跡~~~
今次去呢間純粹因為招牌看落去比較光鮮,D阿姐幾好人,會問我們想去吸煙還是非吸煙區,我們當然唔會去吸煙區,始終我個人好討厭人抽煙~~~

而令我最驚喜係見到米奇的尾巴在牆角出現,沒有第一次在自己用餐途中見到,整間大房的成人都在說笑,沒有跟職員投訴

真心講熟食市場終於係個比較歷史悠久的地方,而且附近一帶都係唐樓,有米奇出沒理應正常,大家可以放心用餐,不用介懷。

香車街街市既大排檔要上樓梯既,同時亦分開左兩邊既餐廳
而我地今次食既就係有好多波波燈既和記廚房啦
老老實實,呢間廚房都好旺場
當日我大約7點到,都已經好似有一半位比人坐左
由於太肚餓啦,坐好左就點菜啦!!

首先有我最愛既,招牌炸豬手$138/碟
呢個豬手一開頭以為佢好吸引好香好脆
不過食到D 肉就知道佢係用水煮熟曬,
再拎去炸,除非即刻一上碟就清曬
唔係凍左麻麻地好食啦

老老實實既,我真係對焗魚腸既食品呢不嬲興趣不大
但係呢個焗得好香,佢上菜時已經有陣陣香氣
我就冇特別食到魚腸部份,但係煎蛋部份好好味好香
不過四個大人吃五個菜都差D 食唔曬
佢地既菜式就算都適中,唔會太細碟囉

行山後特意嚟福來邨街市上層,搵食。其實上層沿途有很多食肆,既然決定哩間就唔轉。柑柚子炸鱔球,係個不錯嘅新嘗試,豉椒煮鱔見得多,酸甜嘅鱔都係第一次,鱔球皮脆滑口。椒鹽九肚魚,冇特別。生炆雞煲蟹煲,同想像嘅有出入,因以為有好多海鮮,原來是要大鍋先係有蝦硯。但湯好鮮鮮甜,蟹一般,湯飲完一碗又一碗。金磚豆腐值得一試,豆腐係用蒸蛋粘炸醬造成嘅,上面放咗幾件炸茄子,配上近似燒汁醬,炸茄子味道更吸引。豉油王炒麵可能期望過大,唔覺特別好食,麵彈牙爽口,我口味上覺得略為多咗一d油。整體生炆雞煲蟹煲值得一試,冬天做鍋底打下邊爐應該好正小菜有鑊氣,款式特別。
