女皇爸爸今晚請食飯,設宴長沙灣和味館酒家格局,游水海鮮,但比起集團酒家多咗份親民親,眼見每枱都係做街坊生意。而外父同樓面同事,仲相當好傾,難怪會極力推介。好多酒樓都有自己老闆珍藏酒櫃。今晚四人用餐簡單點左幾道小菜,椒鹽鮮魷,惹味非常,魷魚熟度剛好(因為有時怕食到過熟,會難咬),而且外層脆漿薄得香脆,我好中意。黃金茄子,涼瓜,倆種不同口感嘅食材放喺一度餸,當然增添不少新鮮感,再配搭香口咸蛋黃金沙可惜叫太多炸物,所以有點過膩食唔晒。秘製少林骨煲,被個各吸引左但其實都唔錯,肉骨嫩,調味有啲似蜜汁黑椒骨,倆老最欣賞係鋪滿骨底洋葱,吸收哂少林骨嘅精華。海班魚,相當新鮮,魚肉嫩滑,唯獨師傅落油過於重手,如果唔係,就滿分啦於而個乳豬有少許失望,可能係例牌上枱,師傅為求加熱,將乳豬拖油令肉質收縮,雖然化皮依舊鬆脆,但亦微微帶苦飯後樓面員工,隨即送上免費糖水,生果,而且相當足料,煲得火喉十足外父連西瓜都讚不絕口,唔知意為佢係股東

今日屋企人唔想煮飯,就OpenRice睇吓附近有咩餐廳未試過。見到呢間新開嘅和味館,又係中餐,有價錢相宜,就決定試吓。脆皮燒腩仔係爸爸最鍾意嘅食物,好多時去酒樓食飯都會點。上枱夠熱,皮夠脆,肥瘦算係均勻。呢個胡椒煎魚卜值得推介,全部脹卜卜大大隻,煎得金黃又唔油。陳皮蒸鮑魚都幾抵食, $28一隻,新鮮又厚肉。$168美國筒蠔先炸然後用薑蔥炆焗。個皮好薄仍然有少少脆,調味適中。所以見到啲蠔大隻得誇張,差唔多成隻碗都裝唔晒。蠔亦都相當肥美同新鮮,以$168嘅價錢,有六隻咁大嘅蠔超級抵媽媽嘅鄉下係順德,所以揀咗$168順德煎焗魚頭試吓。可以見到魚頭嘅size好大,平時我冇買開餸唔知市價,但係媽媽話呢個魚頭都值成$100,所以都幾抵,當然魚頭肉嘅份量就唔會好多。魚頭嘅細骨已經煎到脆卜卜,好香口,可以照食最後一人有一碗紅豆或者綠豆沙,為呢一餐畫上完美句號。
