跟好友OT夫婦太耐冇見引不住在四月相約出來共晉午餐,大家也想去吃點心選了多間最後決定去和昌飯店。位於灣仔有百年歷史古蹟和昌大押,由4幢相連設有長廊式陽台的唐樓組成樓高四層,地面的意大利餐廳於去年生日已經幫襯過,而這天來到樓高兩層的和昌飯店吃午餐。內裡的裝潢保留了建築的復古優雅味道,但翠綠花牆配紫、紅色凳坦白說我覺得太花肖了!可幸的是我們訂到在過百年歷史的陽台上吃這頓午餐,當時仍然要分開兩檯來坐所以整個陽台也屬於我了。先點上茗茶$30/位我跟車爸爸選了下火的菊花,用的是靚菊花全程也很夠味對得起這價錢,其實餐廳還有很多特色靚茶可選有要求的朋友不妨試試。我們將兩檯的點心放在一起來個久違了的大合照,快快手影好後大家趁熱享用我不客氣喇!好友愛吃叉燒就點客和昌炭燒叉燒$398,價錢能跟星級酒店媲美的叉燒令我們也非常期待。這個炭燒叉燒肉質是夠淋的但炭燒味道就有商榷的餘地,不是不好吃但又未至於可以去到這售價!我們點上兩個招牌點心套餐再另外散叫數款點心來分享,先品嚐這個蟹籽肉丁鮮蝦燒賣$120/4件,燒賣質地富咬口內裡有滿滿的蝦肉很鮮味不錯吃。這個是蠔皇豚肉叉燒包$80/4件包跟餡料的比例恰好,吃下口感

— Really enjoyed the touch of lemon in the BBQ pork puff as it really lightened the flavours and balanced out saltiness coming from the pork. The radish puff was light and flaky with delicate flavours.


Pic 2️⃣: 雨前龍井蝦餃 & 野菌餃
— Both dumplings were equally as good. The shrimp dumplings were a highlight for sure, with the incorporation of dragon well tea for a slight tea aroma.


Pic 3️⃣: 冬陰功海鮮生煎包
— If you’re a fan of bold flavours, this is for you. Served to the table on a sizzling pan, each bun is injected with tom yum soup to give you a burst of spice and flavour in every bite. A very creative and modern interpretation of the traditional 生煎包


Pic 4️⃣: 松茸湯海味灌湯餃
— This was amazing. The broth was so rich and you can tell how much effort was put into creating it. The dumpling had a thin wrapper but was able to hold an abundance of filling.


Pic 5️⃣: 薑蔥鮑汁蝦子撈粗麵
— One of their house specials, this bowl of noodles was simply perfect. The abalone sauce was insanely flavourful and well seasoned. The addition of shrimp roe further elevated the flavours and aroma
of the dish.


Pic 6️⃣: 公利蔗汁卷
— Made with Kung Lee sugarcane juice, this was a refreshing way to end the meal. Without being overly sweet, these rolls were fragrant and had a nice al dente texture.


😋Taste: food was good, but portion sizes are definitely on the smaller end (I wasn’t really full after this 😂)
📍Ambiance: interior is so beautiful, staff are polite and friendly

咩係‘無選擇’?
其實我地本身想叫set lunch加單點點心
因為佢點心tasting menu其實1人份好難share
但佢竟然話冇a la carte
(冇錯我勁shock 忍唔住問左幾次 都唔敢相信😅)
佢話想食點心就只有tasting menu
就算有d items想加多件都唔得
完全唔flexible
Book位嘅時候亦完全冇提過
搞到我已經唔太開心
因為我嚟之前都有睇過佢個menu 有幾樣野想試


好啦冇辦法 就講下食物
最期待嘅叉燒 個肉味係香甜 燒得剛好
可惜…佢只得2件甘珍貴嘅叉燒 2件都係筋位

另外服務亦唔ok
我同朋友傾計 可能食得比較慢
佢就不停上菜 完全冇睇過我地食到咩狀況
結果成枱都係小碟 佢每次上菜 (每隔幾分鐘)我地就要不停幫佢rearrange張枱 結果好多野都凍咗
令本身已經唔係特別好食嘅食物變得更差😥


最後我哋食完再傾左一陣計
離開餐廳嘅時候
先諗起佢冇上過甜品‼️‼️
我地唔係食完就走 都起碼坐多左15-20分鐘
唔明點解佢會skip左😅


成個experience好差
佢唔算係好貴
但呢個價錢換嚟呢種食物質素同服務
真心唔值 所以都冇咩理由會令我再去😅

如果食我會推介樓下間Crust
食左3-4次都真心唔錯😊

由於第一道蘿蔔絲酥餅的成功,因此也有放期望值在其他的點心中,但點心的質素良莠不齊,例如第二道上的這個泥荔芋鳳尾蝦就普通了,荔芋的部份質素正常,也和一般外面餐廳吃的差不多質素,不同之處是加了一隻鳳尾蝦,想要提高這道點心的質素,但這尾蝦反而成為其失色之處,蝦肉相對細隻,也很乾身,好像不太新鮮的感覺。而且蝦肉和芋蓉的味道並不融合,像是各還各的兩道菜式,我一夾起芋頭部份蝦肉就掉下來了,感覺上這尾蝦就像是畫蛇添足。

有相來看,可以看出在蝦餃皮的部份明顯有龍井茶的碎片。咬開一看,在餡料內也有龍井茶碎,可惜的是,茶味不濃,甚至可以說是沒有存在感,因此這道點心就變成了普通的蝦餃,當然,可以吃得出鮮蝦的用料比一般的酒樓好,但並不特別的。

油炸腐皮卷,可惜是不論是外皮及餡料都不合格的一道。先說外皮,腐皮炸得不夠鬆化,偏油,一口咬下去滿滿都是有份。
再說餡料,餡料份量很少,腐皮炸後圓鼓鼓的鼓起,但一口咬下去空空洞洞的,就算菜單上寫了有牛油果也吃不出,牛油果基本上沒有什麼存在感,只靠少許黑松露的香氣做主角,是一道無論賣相還是味道都不上枱面的點心。

南瓜造型的小碗,先喝了一口湯,湯汁鮮味,充滿菇菌類的香氣,不禁叫人想一口接一口地喝。用匙羹拌勻,發現食材用料上乘矜貴,有松茸、魚翅、大量蟹肉、刺參等等,真是一道鮮味滿滿的湯羹,這個價錢絕對物超所值。

配料其實有淮鹽及檸檬,但因為乳鴿的味道已經醃得很透很入味,所以我覺得不需要點淮鹽及檸檬。乳鴿的肉味十足,外皮也炸得香脆,美中不足是炸得有點太乾,尤其是在小腿位置,有些肉已經乾了。
鴿子蛋煙燻過,香氣十足,不過朋友一直以為是糖心蛋,所以一切開發現是水煮蛋的時候有點失望的感覺,但總括依然仍然是好吃的。

可能期望太高,失望就會大吧!這道菜式相對失色,首先主角的柚皮雖然很厚,但並不入味,咬下去有一種水泡泡的感覺,但是並不是吸滿鮑汁,反而仍然是有種水水的感覺,蝦子的份量也很少。

反正最大敗筆就是這個柚皮就和醬汁各還各,互不相干。如果硬要說的話,像是把這個柚皮煮好之後在客人要的時候才很快地在鮑汁上滾一下、隨便灑上一點蝦子就上枱,並沒有一起煮過,因此味道並不融合。

這個蛋撻其貌不揚,但味道到時有驚喜。
這個蛋撻名叫百利咖啡酒蛋撻,顧名思義就是將咖啡酒放作蛋撻之中,平常這個咖啡酒我多數用來做提拉米蘇,這次放入這個蛋撻之中也能保持其濃郁的香氣,整個蛋撻也散發着濃郁的酒味。
雖然因為加了百利走所以顏色偏咖啡色,賣相普通,但味道一流。

公利蔗汁卷
Steamed sugarcane juice rolls
和剛剛一道甜品相反,這款公利蔗汁卷賣相一流,淺綠色的甜品卷看着就令人食指大動,但入口味道就普通。
最主要是蔗汁味道不濃,細細咀嚼仍然可以吃到蔗汁的味道,但並不濃厚,也不是正宗的蔗汁香味,相對失色,是一道賣相比味道出色的甜品

元寶桂花糕
最後是餐廳送的元寶桂花糕,可愛的金元寶造型正切合這個節日,還配一個放滿了金元寶的桶做裝飾,我還傻傻的碰了一碰,以為上面的小金元寶也能吃。
桂花糕相對比較結實,桂花的味道香濃,香香甜甜的,不錯。

總結:這裏有一些菜式很突出有驚喜,但又有一些菜式不合格,參差不齊,水準高低起伏比較大,像是幾個不同的廚師所做的,這裏剛開業不久,希望以後水準有所提升。
