好美麗嘅名字!
原來是蕃茄包著炒飯的一道心機菜,
上面還有金箔點綴,很奢華精緻,
要盛讚炒飯沒有濕掉,還是乾身的蟹肉炒飯,
粒粒分明,
蕃茄軟硬度剛剛好,沒有糊掉又不會太酸硬,
多汁鮮甜,看來是用了有品質的大蕃茄。
