今日天氣明明話得19度但係又好似好熱咁,想食啲酸味味嘅嘢,就同阿媽去咗食泰國菜。今次發掘到一間開咗一段時間但係未去食過嘅泰國菜,原來呢度係一間主題餐廳,一入到去就好似入咗一隻船對面食嘢咁樣,連橷都係木桶形,幾有特色。嘢食方面都幾高質,連我平時麻麻哋鍾意食嘅嘢都覺得幾好味。媽媽點左一個青木瓜沙律$62,平時去食泰菜嘅時候都覺得木瓜沙律有啲怪味,但呢度個木瓜沙律甜甜地,木瓜爽脆,令我對木瓜沙律完全改觀招牌菠蘿炒飯配虎蝦$158出面食菠蘿炒飯好多時大家都會掛住個菠蘿會唔會重用,但呢次食菠蘿炒飯一定唔使擔心,因為佢連菠蘿肉都整埋串燒比你食,黃薑飯仲有甜甜嘅菠蘿香,擺盤又靚,絕對值得一試。Combo 小食拼盤 $52呢個小食拼盤兩個人食啱啱好,每樣野都有兩件唔使爭,炸物香脆而不油膩,尤其係脆皮春卷,外層特別香脆,魚餅亦冇腥味,不錯的小食選擇最開心係揀咗兩杯好正嘅嘢飲,脆爆芒果園 $58,泰國巧克力巨人$58,兩杯都係King size既野飲,呢度雖然冇酒飲,但係有好多新鮮果肉整嘅特飲,就算當係嚟食甜品都得。

好大座菠蘿炒飯,放係枱面高過個人。外面睇落雖然唔似椰子雞出晒煙,但拎開虎蝦同菠蘿之後,見到d飯係剛剛炒起,夠熱。虎蝦燒得幾香,啖啖肉,算實淨,唔霉,點d甜酸醬幾醒神。炒飯雖然唔似大牌檔咁有鑊氣,但都算香,連埋菠蘿炒都尚算粒粒分明,唔會濕晒。食完飯就食埋菠蘿,非常鮮甜多汁。

第二次去木船了!今天休假 跟媽媽去逛街買東西逛到五點多就自自然的走進木船這間泰國餐廳上次食物有點偏咸但這次點選不一樣的食物看看品質如何還好這餐飯沒有讓我失望!賣相不但好而且非常開胃兩個人點了二樣食得很撐!今晚主要是椰子主題的~我們先點一個開胃菜就是吃泰國料理必點的!泰式鳳爪沙律這個鳳爪媽媽吃到讚不絕口雖然媽媽不太能吃辣但他也吃了一半!能吃辣的我覺得不太辣而且鳳爪做的很入味完全能蓋過鳳爪的雪味!酸酸辣辣的是一道不可缺少的前菜之後我們點了一個煲鮮椰子嫩滑雞煲起初我們都不太看好總覺得雞煲的湯是淡淡的雞可能只有一點點椰香味!怎料吃了一口!香濃的椰汁味蓋滿我的味蕾!雞亦十分之滑!沒有過煮的情況!我一口接一口的喝他的湯!真的香滑濃郁第三樣點了溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯飯一來都嚇了我們一跳因為椰漿滿瀉出來!別看椰青小小一個!裡面的飯卻好多!海鮮好足!最驚喜的是附上一杯椰青水!是椰青飯的椰青水!!最後點了粉紅小象沙冰試試看他是蘋果、香蕉、菠蘿果肉打成沙冰雖然味道淡淡的但絕對真材實料

第二次去木船了!
今天休假 跟媽媽去逛街買東西

還好這餐飯沒有讓我失望!
賣相不但好而且非常開胃
兩個人點了二樣食得很撐!
今晚主要是椰子主題的~

我們先點一個開胃菜
就是吃泰國料理必點的!
泰式鳳爪沙律
這個鳳爪媽媽吃到讚不絕口
雖然媽媽不太能吃辣
但他也吃了一半!
能吃辣的我覺得不太辣
而且鳳爪做的很入味
完全能蓋過鳳爪的雪味!
酸酸辣辣的
是一道不可缺少的前菜

之後我們點了一個煲
鮮椰子嫩滑雞煲
起初我們都不太看好
總覺得雞煲的湯是淡淡的
雞可能只有一點點椰香味!
怎料吃了一口!
香濃的椰汁味蓋滿我的味蕾!
雞亦十分之滑!
沒有過煮的情況!
我一口接一口的喝他的湯!
真的香滑濃郁

第三樣點了溶岩椰青海鮮焗飯
飯一來都嚇了我們一跳
因為椰漿滿瀉出來!
別看椰青小小一個!
裡面的飯卻好多!
海鮮好足!
最驚喜的是附上一杯椰青水!
是椰青飯的椰青水!!

最後點了粉紅小象沙冰試試看
他是蘋果、香蕉、菠蘿果肉打成沙冰
雖然味道淡淡的
但絕對真材實料

今晚又去咗食好野。大埔嘅泰國菜都有幾間,木船嘅味道同質素都算唔錯。青咖哩軟殼蟹配蒜蓉包值得一讚嘅係個青咖哩,好香椰奶味,帶少少辣,點蒜蓉包同軟殻蟹一流。我地另外再加多咗份薄餅配青咖哩食,碟青咖哩都係食唔哂,如果無叫到下面個椰漿海鮮飯,我應該會加個白飯撈汁食埋佢😂炭燒豬頸肉燒得啱啱好一啲都唔靭,配生菜夾埋個sauce,好好食!椰漿熔岩海鮮飯好香嘅椰汁味,炒飯底,好食。配一杯椰青水解膩。多d乳酪多d多d莓好香濃嘅藍莓味,好飲!

今日早左出門口返工,返工前經過大埔太和路,就順便食埋個早餐先 😆 睇咗幾間餐廳,啲早餐都係麻麻地,收成 $40 蚊都好似無咩嘢食咁。最後去咗抵食夾大件既木船睇下,木船之前都有食過佢既午餐同晚餐,可以用三個字嚟形容「平、靚、正」早餐就第一次食,叫咗木船西式早餐既吉列魚柳餐。吉列魚柳餐 ($43) : 有炒蛋、腸仔、午餐肉、多士同魚柳 ; 魚柳超超超大塊,差唔多成塊面咁大,而且厚身得嚟重超多汁 👍🏻 無得輸 ; 多士亦唔錯,軟熟得嚟牛油又夠多,無硬梆梆既情況出現,估唔到早、午、晚餐都咁出色,真係我心中既米芝蓮餐廳。😍
