之前都來食過一次,當時沒有拍下食物照,上次是點了招牌菠蘿炒飯配虎蝦(HKD158) 和 泰北沙嗲串燒拼盤(HKD128) ,味道是不錯的,印象也不錯的。這是第二次光顧,就點了炒飯,味道微辣,就是普通炒飯一樣。本來是點蒜蓉鮮蜆肉意粉,但是送錯餐,送了這碟不知道是什麼的菜,然後告訴給待應。最後就給回正確的食物,但明顯是用之前個碟再加回蜆肉給我們,汁是加稀左,味道超怪原本是抱著期待感來吃,沒想到會失望離開

一向都係木船嘅粉絲,好鍾意食佢嘅「海南雞飯」同埋「豬髀肉飯」。疫情期間,見佢推出外賣優惠,當然要支持!💪🏻💪🏻今日試咗個「雜菌炒金邊粉」,感覺有點中伏。個炒粉好甜,感覺似食緊甜品。我明白泰式炒金邊粉係有少少甜,但相比以往試過多間泰式餐廳的炒金邊粉(包括在泰國食的炒金邊粉),的確是有史以來食得最甜嘅一碟。配料方面都足夠,唔會偷工減料。顏色和樣貌到達水準。可惜真係好甜,未知主廚本意是甜炒金邊粉,還是今日落糖重手左?飲品方面選擇了薑蜜,疫症之前,薑蜜要另加錢,而家不用額外費用,值得一讚!👍🏻 平時堂食,薑蜜好夠味,今日依杯外賣,睇嚟輕手左。今次可以講係木船開業以來,我的第一次失望體驗。今次疫症真係令飲食業重創,我相信木船都不另外,晚晚應該冇覺好瞓,難怪失準。今次雖然有點失望,但會繼續支持木船,木船繼續加油!💪🏻

依間初時被佢外面裝潢吸引,而入去試下,我揀左碗豚肉湯河,而友人就揀左碟豬手飯點知友人對碟豬手飯都幾失望,覺得都幾油同埋個汁一般,不過我提佢豬手本身都油架啦🤣叫左佢唔好揀,而我覺得碗湯河都唔錯嘅,料都算多,湯底應該用左少許藥材滾湯,但當然唔係話超級好食果種啦,都可以試下嘅,如果無特別選擇之下🤔初時叫野食,已經叫埋個小食,點知原來無落單,再提提個侍應先記得🥴仲要小食黎到時,個侍應好驚奇係咪我地叫,當然係分別唔同嘅人,對依下都覺得幾奇怪🤣整體不過不失啦,但友人就話無下次🙈

有次經過呢個泰菜小店 店面裝潢顏色好鮮豔吸引左我注意力 決定要一試最推介係青咖哩配軟殻蟹配蒜蓉包咖哩雖然對我黎講係偏辣(我比較容易接受黃咖哩)上枱時見到有咁大隻軟殻蟹 2個人都係勉強食因為太大份啦哈哈 仲有蒜蓉包伴咖哩呢個perfect match 分分鐘一碟小菜已經填飽我個肚😂 呢碟如果問我算唔算fusion 菜我都認同 始終平時出去食都係得咖哩雞、牛、羊呢類選擇咖哩以外 為左自我感覺良好 我都有叫碟菜食健康d😂😂 但其實都係馬拉盞炒通菜果類無話健唔健康 味道係足夠唔會死鹹 兩個人食係剛好 但如果一家大細黎既話 我見普遍佢地食物size 唔太適合一家大細 小小建議係可能要叫多一兩款先會飽 (咖哩個辣度小朋友真係食唔到😢)

仔細研究一下餐牌,都已經被蹂躪到鬆鬆的,想甩想爛的感覺,手感很霉很殘舊。菜色十分多樣化,小店來說選擇非常的多,也有不少挑起我的求知慾及好奇心,想試試什麼料子。


燒雞、海南雞、燒牛肉、生菜包、軟殼蟹、咖哩蟹、單骨雞翼、溶岩椰青焗海鮮飯、冬蔭功花蛤鍋、暹羅魚、明爐烏頭、炭燒大虎蝦、虎蝦菠蘿炒飯、鮮蟹肉炒飯、木船湯粉、泰式炒河、香辣炒意粉、等等等等,都是我狩獵目標。發現餐牌寫住伴法飽?意思係如果伴薄餅食,依個方法就會飽嗎?


竟然提早 1 小時 last call ?我入座時又唔講,我落單既時候就話依家 last call 要一次過叫晒,有無搞錯呀!全程無職員換骨碟,食完蜆蝦已滿到瀉,唯有將我隻碟讓比朋友,我直接用炒飯隻碟。比張迷你檯我坐,早已預計迫迫夾夾坐得不自在。隻隻碟都巨形款式,放碟海南雞已佔據大半張檯,還有兩隻骨碟兩隻碗兩杯水。炸雞翼、明爐花蛤、生蝦、冬蔭功湯、等等,稍一不慎大動作少少都掃晒落地,受著厭力地進食,那會放鬆心情、開心暢快﹗


檯都不夠很大,每道菜份量不是很多,但隻碟都巨形,阻手阻腳又浪費地方,無需要呢 ﹗只不過 6 道菜都無位放,迫到爆坐得好辛苦。可否看看食客進食速道才出菜呢?未夠 10 分鐘全部堆滿張檯,大排擋還是茶餐廳?心裡鬧著、嘴裡趙著,既然已進場,都好好地完成這餐吧。


到尾三道菜已放到張檯密麻麻,尾二道菜幾乎要疊面 ﹗唔該您地收走兩杯水同支梳打樽好無,堅係食到黑臉火都黎 ﹗醒目既都叫廚房停一停出貨,您叫我成碟一啖倒落肚呀,已經唔係第一次﹗最尾碟意粉送到先張兩張檯泊埋,那我情緒才可以稍為降溫﹗


凍香茅特飲,水水水到世界盡頭 ﹗真的齋用香茅浸水嗎?有否預早煲好放涼備用?有少少薑味,但完全無加糖水,堅係飲堅水,味道似牙薟水。支香茅拍都唔拍就插係度,邊會有味架﹗凍檸茶走甜,顏色陰沉不吸引,有茶味有澀味,味道還可以。青檸梳打,太甜加唔夠凍,越飲越頸渴。


泰皇單骨雞翼,試過幾間食肆都開邊炸到乾爭爭刮口鞋烚烚,使我極度厭惡 ﹗難得木船炸得蠻滿意喎。新鮮出爐熱烘烘香噴噴,醃得味濃炸得乾爽香口微脆,還有濃郁檸檬葉氣味。上層真的乾身,墊底的就有點油。魚餅,非常滑彈遠超我想像。春卷,油油脆脆,皮厚厚包著一丁點醬油肉碎。雞卷,好明顥係雞丸黎喎 ﹗結實的炸免治雞肉丸,雞味突出,香口不乾不鞋不硬。


馬拉盞炒椰菜苗,椰菜苗咸咸地辣辣地,紙皮質感韌韌的,散發淡淡苦澀味道。食到最底時全部都是油,潤澤我的雙脣立立令,多謝多謝。青咖哩軟殼蟹伴蒜蓉牛油焗法包,軟殼蟹及青咖哩汁還是熱的,十分難得。蒜蓉牛油焗法包滿有誠意,不是馬虎一篤仔牛油,大量牛油已滲入法包之中程現亮麗金黃色,焗得香脆不硬不刮嘴,陣陣蓉香飄飄。係時候合體發揮最強戰力﹗讓軟殼蟹躺在法包上,淋上青咖哩,擘大我的櫻桃小嘴塞入,一咬應聲撕裂﹗香脆甘甜咸鮮共冶一爐,食到默不作聲埋頭苦幹,滿意的回應。


暹羅魚,餐牌寫明製作需時 30 分鐘,實際不到 10 分鐘就送到。大家心裡有數發生什麼事,第一眼即聯想到五柳松子魚。沙律來的嗎?微弱的暖意近乎室溫,裡面直頭凍凍的炸魚件,腍劈劈淡茂茂有少少腥。泰式甜酸汁沙律,車厘茄木瓜絲甘筍絲脆肉瓜絲,我完全不知道師傅想如何演繹。此道菜是我點的,我會負責任全部魚吃掉,但那堆沙律菜真的受不了。


泰北沙嗲串燒拼盤,雞牛豬每款兩串還有豬勁肉墊底,不到 5 分鐘送上,快得出奇,心裡有算啦﹗入口便知龍定蟲,翻熱串燒。豉油燒汁甜甜辣辣夠惹味,沙嗲醬陰沉悶悶椰奶強勁,牛豬味道一模一樣,兩者同是鬆軟腍腍不乾鞋。雞肉本身已有沙嗲味道,比沙嗲汁可口好食。微溫豬頸肉極似豬肉乾,不肥美不嫩彈,邊位燶燶的。每片乾硬油兼鞋烚烚,給多點牙力趙吧,使到我非常疲累呢﹗


豬頸肉沙律,突然無燒牛肉沙律供應,激死我 ﹗驟眼見到豬頸肉沙律就是但啦。無留意串燒拼盤已有豬頸肉,叫多份豬頸肉一錯再錯。豬頸肉跟串燒拼盤一樣乾硬鞋油,有酸辣汁撈撈洗洗已比較好一點。我芹菜唔食,芫茜唔食,甘筍唔食,紫洋蔥免強可以,車厘茄都可以,青瓜都可以。


Handmade 粟米墨魚餅,招牌菜唔係掛 ﹗任何角度看都係黑媽媽的墨魚丸,不會是餅黎喎,以我認知餅應該係扁扁平平的嗎?不規則形墨魚丸,表面凹凸不平起晒刺,炸完變硬吉嘴刮口﹗整粒乾爭爭鞋烚烚,不彈不滑亦無汁,煎炸油膩感霸道野蠻,伏中之霸。


公車諗霸,即係泰式生蝦刺身,以西餐的雞尾蝦菜色掛在玻璃杯邊作演繹。蝦汁似足番茄蓉,不酸不辣淡茂茂,淡水生蝦已經沒怎麼的味道,搭上蒜片辣椒同吃會好一點。半爽半腍的質地,新鮮度欠佳,而且何解無挑腸呢?泰式鳳爪沙律,能否撈得均勻一點,上面唔辣,下面勁辣 ﹗室溫不夠舒服,凍凍地會更惹味,食得更暢快。爽脆彈的雞皮雞筋,味道清新有酸有辣亦有點,合格。


海南雞半隻,雞醬放置在高身黑色樽仔內,要夾著雞件沾醬食真的有點困難,叫食客如何是好?唯有倒係碟上或真接倒係雞肉上吧﹗粗獷地用鐵鏟盛著雞肉送到。完全去骨食得方便有誠意,但如果連骨享用,不經刀鏠切割會更鮮甜更多汁。大肥雞厚厚腍腍的雞皮油膩感重,白肉嬌嫩軟滑而雞甜味淡,輕輕的醃味夠清新。雞醬甜甜油油的,有雞油味但感覺不到白米醋或辣椒味道,沾上雞醬比淨食可口一丁點,整體有點悶滯感覺不想添食。


唔係炒既泰北街頭生菜包少辣,唔係炒即係點呢?即係撈還是烚呢?唔會微波爐叮掛?堅係成棵西生菜插係碗內,除最外層幾片外,其他全部自己擇下,會更新鮮?有諗頭喎﹗這樣可以洗得徹底乾淨的嗎?微暖的豬肉鬆食不到一點辣味,反而砂糖味及魚露味非常突出,幸好豬甜味及肉汁還在。混著紫洋蔥、蔥頭、香葉、等等,濕潤地讓生菜包著掉入口,不過不失食得過。


特濃冬蔭功湯配虎蝦,見照片用碗還以為係 1 人份量,誰知到來是細不鏽鋼煲,足足有 4 小碗湯喎 ﹗秀珍菇多得驚人,填滿整個煲底。無蔥無芫茜對我實在太好,奶味特濃,質地飽滿厚厚,無任何蝦味。茄味酸味辣味平均醇香,熱熱好味道,放涼就大打節扣。虎蝦肉霉霉腍腍,不想浪費照食可也。


冬蔭功明爐花蛤鍋,餐牌寫花甲,您做花甲老人咩?明爐放著蠟燭到來,全程沒有滾過亦沒有熱過,只是裝飾來的,算罷﹗微溫沒奶的冬蔭功湯浸著三十成熟的花蛤肉,無限縮水奀滋滋,乾瘦韌鞋無味道﹗大量秀珍菇及粉絲墊底,沒什麼特別,泰 sick 死亡習作。


卜卜大蜆酸辣煲,食過地獄級冬蔭功明爐花蛤鍋,難死到自盡,心仍有餘悸,膽粗粗繼續排單。湯汁充滿香茅金不換青檸汁味,突出味濃開胃醒腦。大蜆煮得剛烚無過火,肥美爆汁鮮甜,廚傅終能一雪前恥,吐氣揚眉﹗


豬肉丸泰式湯金邊粉走蔥走芽菜,超特濃湯底有少少過咸,厚厚震憾金不換味道。勁爽彈的肉丸,優質有著豬肉香甜。金邊粉份量超多有點吃不消,夾著豬油渣齊齊嘆,嚥韌的金邊粉,濃烈的湯汁,大力不停吸啜,互補不足,味道平衡很多了。


溶岩椰青焗海鮮飯,老媽一見到沒半點煙,椰青摸上手完全唔熱,即刻問是否冷盤來的?真有見地呢,笑死我。微溫焗飯,溶岩的意境只不過將白汁淋到周鬼圍都係,並不是幻想中焗到滾熱辣而像溶岩湧出黎既畫面,大失所望。椰奶味濃烈,濕濕沒有蛋味沒有鑊氣的炒飯底。鋪上塊半溶芝士,蓋著凍凍的半熟帶子,粉口無味雪藏半殼青口,鞋口無味雪藏海蝦,一試無妨,再試投降。


黃咖哩牛腩,琴晚想食羊腩無羊腩,今晚想食咖哩蟹無咖哩蟹 ﹗餐牌無寫要預訂喎,知道我就已經打電話黎訂啦!啡黑色爽爽牛腩,不是軟腍綿類,陣陣茶記牛羶味,而且濃濃豉油味拼咖哩怪怪的。薄餅,淨食微脆嚥韌,油香焦香,咸咸滿意。捲埋咖哩牛腩塞得嘴仔滿滿,濕濕香辣更賞心悅目﹗


爆蒜啖啖鮮蟹肉炒飯拼燒虎蝦,蝦殼黐到實一實不容易剝掉,唯有連殼趙再將殼回吐,您估食甘蔗咩 ﹗蝦爽結實不腍不霉,肉鮮咸香食得過。蟹肉微暖濕潤,炒飯熱烘烘,搭著品嚐香噴噴有蟹味有蛋味可口食多啖。黃咖哩牛腩撈鮮蟹肉炒飯,由細到大都覺得咖哩配炒飯係無敵組合,必定狂風掃落葉清得一粒飯都無剩﹗


青咖哩帶子意粉,點解青咖哩沉晒係底?是否炒定再用微波爐叮翻熱個意粉底,最後鋪上帶子嗎?上面淡茂茂無青咖哩汁,下面就濃濃黏稠滴晒汁,需要自行再撈勻一次。食得到強烈椰汁咖哩味,為何青咖哩會有山葵味?到底青咖哩還是青芥辣,還是 fusion 菜呢?雪藏帶子咸味重半生熟,綠色硬身意粉怪怪的。

次前一直都想搵機儲黎試一次,但一直都去左附近其他的餐廳食,有時係太多人所以唔想等,有時就唔想食泰國菜,今次想食泰國菜咁啱又唔洗等位,就一於試試了。晚餐是沒有set menu的,所以全部食物都只能點a la cart了,因此價錢都不算便宜,而這裡亦只收現金的~因銀包裡的cash不太足夠,所以都有就住黎叫。。。。今餐比較有驚喜的是串燒呢,因燒出來的肉咬下去不會太乾太硬,配上惹味的沙爹醬真的好好味~雖然正值肺炎時期,但看到來這裡食飯的人一點也不少!下次會再來試試海鮮類的菜式!

今日經過太和,搵左間泰國餐廳食,食物選擇好多啊,有選擇困難症嘅我用左唔少時間去簡!叫左個小食拼盤,有春卷、蟹棒等等,炸物上台時仲熱辣辣,配埋泰式辣醬真係冇得頂!青木瓜沙律好開胃!仲叫左雞翼!呢個幾有驚喜,入面釀左芝士!好好食!叫左個椰子雞,椰子味濃,仲有奶白色既湯汁,好真材實料啊!雞件都幾大塊而且分量唔少!2個人share都岩曬!另外仲叫多左個串燒雞柳泰式炒飯,好鐘意配串燒個沙爹醬!好香! 炒飯有咸魚香味,入面好多配料!好滿足。去親泰國餐廳我都一定會叫泰式奶茶,呢到仲有好多特色野飲,呢杯泰奶上面仲有cream!好邪惡啊!岩曬好甜既我!朋友就叫左杯泰式coffee,都幾唔錯架!

約左朋友係大埔食晚飯,試左木船呢間餐飯!真心推薦,除咗食物好味、裝修特別之外,服務態度都好好。如果係大埔嘅話可以試下!我哋想叫啲小食,有好多選擇,所以決定叫一份Combo小食拼盆($52),有4款唔同嘅小食,每款有2件,姐係總共8件!一次過食到4款唔同嘅小食,正呀!同埋全部都係熱辣辣嘅,特別個炸蝦球,勁彈牙!仲有呢個招牌菠蘿炒飯配虎蝦($158)都好推介!推介!賣相一流,原隻菠蘿,而且啲菠蘿串到好高,仲有兩隻虎蝦係上面!即刻打卡打卡!成個菠蘿入滿晒炒飯,啲炒飯加左肉鬆、蛋、雞肉,同埋其他配料,所以食落口感好豐富。鐘意食蒜蓉嘅話,一定要試呢個蒜蓉虎蝦煲($118)。超多蒜蓉,配埋粉絲一齊食,好香口。另外,虎蝦大大隻,本身啲蝦殼已經劏開咗,所以輕鬆食晒啲蝦肉。因為係配蒜蓉,所以啲蝦好入味呀!蒜蓉虎蝦煲免費配一杯熱柚子蜜然後我地再叫多杯新鮮柚子沙冰。兩杯都係柚子!沙冰嘅頂有好多西柚果肉,酸酸地,好開胃,而好有口感!呢餐真係食得好滿足呀!
