每日到午餐時間選擇困難症就會發作,今日就選咗間每朝返工都會經過的東南亞菜式餐廳~木船。佢的環境設計到同佢個名一樣,客人好似坐係船上食飯一樣,每張枱的間格唔算闊,走廊位置有d 窄。佢主打東南亞菜式,海南雞飯,生牛肉湯河,肉碎伴飯果d 都有得食,我就叫咗碗生牛肉湯河,傳統東南亞菜都會落好多糖去煮,所以會好甜,而我又麻麻地甜,但木船的甜度適中,可接受我地仲叫咗個小食~炸春卷,又平又好味,跟餐叫10蚊有3條,唔係得炸粉果種,都幾多料。價錢又平又大碗,仲要唔洗加一,不過佢的冷氣有d 細,同埋湯麵得河粉和金邊粉選,無檬粉,如果有埋檬粉就正。

惜食不做大嘥鬼,把所有食物吃完。200幾磅的朋友說很飽。

坦白說,筆者也不是吃很多泰國菜,也沒有去過泰國吃地道的,在香港吃過最出名的算是X珍珍了。但這家餐廳的菜式色香味俱全,也有著和其他地區特色菜式明顯不同的風味,值得推薦。

住大埔其實很方便
因為開了很多食肆
附便穿個衣服下樓,基本上就有很多選擇
夏天雖然很熱
但就是想吃辣
喜歡吃辣的人都沒有分什麼季節吃辣的

泰國菜雖然辣
但勝在有清新的檸檬
酸酸甜甜的十分開胃

於是我就跟朋友去吃泰國料理去囉
這次來到木船
由於只有兩個人
所以點我東西也不多
最後只點了
1. 冬陰公鮮蝦炒螺絲粉
2. 鮮蝦炒金邊粉
3. Homemade 粟米墨魚餅

菜上來其實份量也不少
還好我跟朋友都是大胃王
所以兩個主食加一個小食是卓卓有餘

不過不知是不是廚師調味的時候重手了點
那些主食都很鹹!😭😭😭
所以狂喝水才行
冬陰公鮮蝦炒螺絲粉是偏水的那種
不是乾炒的
螺絲粉硬度適中
蝦也十分彈牙也不老
如果味道沒有那麼鹹就會更好

下次不會再點這個來吃

手做墨魚餅味道一般沒什麼驚喜
沒有那種驚艷的感覺
