Introduction
This brand was founded in 1981. It serves a lot of Indian vegetarian dishes at reasonable prices. Among them, Dahi Batata Puri is a crispy round hollow puri stuffed with potato mixture, yoghurt and chutney, which is a special dish good to try.

狗狗爸爸睇見宣傳,知道呢度1/10供應慈善自助餐,我哋未嚟過食嘢,加上活動有意義,就趁假期喺1400左右過嚟(午餐供應至1500)。到達時間餐廳滿座,侍應(或經理)同受惠機構的義工好好,侍應通知就快食完的客人有人等位,義工會幫忙睇下有冇空位,而我哋最後大概等咗10分鐘。慈善自助餐係每年舉行,而今年受惠的機構係香港弱智能人士家長聯會。我未聽過呢個組織,但透過捐款幫到家長們都幾開心。自助餐的形式係以即棄餐具,由侍應分發、盛載食物。紙餐盤係分格設計,理論上各種帶醬汁的食物都可以分開盛載,但因為格數唔多,如果想每樣試少少,最後都有幾樣食物要加到主食(即炸物、烤餅、飯)果格。食物選擇唔係好多,但應該都係有代表性的印度食物:(小食)Idly蒸米糕、Vada炸團;(主食)Dosa煎餅、Roti全麥烤餅、Naan印度烤餅、Veg Pulav印度香料飯、Rice白飯;(主菜)Potato Dry Curry薯仔燴咖哩:、Palak Paneer牛油芝士菠菜蓉咖喱、Channa Masala三角豆咖喱;(醬汁)Sambar蕃茄酸辣醬、Dal Tarka黃扁豆咖喱、Raitha雜菜伴乳酪、Mint Chutney薄荷醬、Tomato Chutney印式蕃茄醬、Coconut Chutney椰子酸辣醬;(甜品)Kheer活蘭特色煉奶。Idly蒸米糕:狗狗爸爸試咗,冇encore Vada炸團:狗狗爸爸話脆而不油,似印度素麥樂雞,佢讚好有趣,食完再食Dosa煎餅:迷你版,每次出幾件,脆而好味Roti全麥烤餅:燶燶地,唔覺麥味,食落冇乜負擔,唔「漏」Naan印度烤餅:heavy啲,如果要點醬/咖喱,建議揀roti會清爽啲Potato Dry Curry薯仔燴咖哩:薯仔炆得好軟稔Veg Pulav印度香料飯、Rice白飯:炒飯睇顏色同配料唔係好吸引,但炒得粒粒分明Palak Paneer牛油芝士菠菜蓉咖喱:好食,但芝士粒少,主要食菠菜蓉咖喱Channa Masala三角豆咖喱:鷹嘴豆唔係好多,同上面個主菜一樣,主要食醬汁Sambar蕃茄酸辣醬:對比餐廳其他咖喱,呢個醬汁偏辣;咖喱裡面好似有少少蔬菜蓉,而辣椒係原隻,辣椒勁辣Dal Tarka黃扁豆咖喱:通常食印度嘢可無限添加,我以前會當湯飲;呢度的Dal都整得幾好,味道溫和,稀杰適中Kheer活蘭特色煉奶:有椰子糖果種椰子味,好杰,似落咗好多粉;狗狗爸爸話太甜,我覺得作為現場唯一甜品,佢的甜度都可以接受,但入口似食緊漿糊口感的糊Raitha雜菜伴乳酪、Mint Chutney薄荷醬、Tomato Chutney印式蕃茄醬:、Coconut Chutney椰子酸辣醬:試咗薄荷醬同椰子酸辣醬,一般,冇特別驚喜,之前去重慶大廈食過味道比較有層次同好味的餐廳有善心,願意花一日時間同營業額行善,雖然食物唔算特別出色,但亦非常值得支持!老闆喺現場,亦有人啲工作員會拍攝紀錄,所以嚟食嘢有可能入鏡,作宣傳用途。食完我唔會喺平日嚟幫襯,因為食物唔算突出,而平日消費的價格亦唔特別抵食。呢度的環境唔錯,座位舒適亦夠光猛,地理上好方便,好近地鐵站

約咗朋友嚟食晚飯,佢食過尖沙咀分店不過覺得坐得唔舒服,見灣仔開咗新分店就嚟試吓。同朋友坐低咗研究餐牌冇耐,就搵咗經理點菜,留意返係經理本人。點咗5樣,佢亦都有即時覆單,係冇錯嘅。同朋友傾傾吓計發現原來已經過咗半個鐘,其他遲過我哋嚟到嘅人都已經食緊,但我哋一樣食物都未嚟。當朋友正想起身理論走人之時,經理本人笑笑口咁埋嚟問多次我哋係唔係叫咗呢樣呢樣呢樣呢樣同呢樣呀?我答係,佢就秧笑笑口咁話:哦係呀係呀,冇呀我check check啫,因為隔離枱又係叫咗一模一樣嘅嘢食哈哈哈哈哈然後佢急急腳埋去部電腦入單...............白白要我哋等咗半個鐘仲要扮晒嘢,但明明餐廳得6、7枱客,完成唔明佢哋點做嘢第一道菜終於嚟到:(圖左)炸脆球賣相、味道不過不失,同以前喺其他印度餐廳食嘅水準相若.........點知之後嘅菜色每況愈下........第二道:(圖右)samosa本人非常鐘意食samosa,samosa應該係我最愛嘅印度菜色,平嘅貴嘅samosa我都試過,咁難食嘅真係第一次。首先外皮又薄又淋冇口感,餡冇乜味仲要一pat pat咁,平時好怕點薄荷味醬汁但今次忍唔住,要點咗至擺得入口。第三、四道:paneer芝士咖哩、洋蔥餅paneer芝士我都好鐘意食,但呢個咖哩真心唔得,芝士完全冇味,唔知自己食緊咩,口感同食開嘅paneer唔一樣。洋蔥餅完全冇洋蔥、完全冇味,比平常嘅印度餅乾得多,非常難哽。第五道(已經冇心情影相):蕃茄飯餐牌上面都幾多款飯,見蕃茄飯有圖又有兩款醬汁跟,所以就叫嚟試吓,點知嚟到時就係得一碟蕃茄飯,圖文不符!啲飯仲要非常爛,唔洗咬都吞到,飯得蕃茄顏色冇蕃茄味道,每食幾啖就會食到一塊咬唔到嘅香料葉,十分之騷擾。同朋友嘅結論就係唔洗再嚟呢間,服務、食物都唔得,又唔係特別平。埋單、等𨋢走人時,經理都兩度埋嚟笑笑口R吹想令我哋冇咁嬲,都算,竟然夠膽R我哋寫好評,真係要俾個叻佢

Went to this resto suggested by my uni friend to meet our German lecturer. .I got Veg Pulav Rice, while they got Pav Bhaji and Woodlands Special Butter Masala Dosa.The Veg Pulav Rice was basically Indian basmati rice cooked with mix vegetables. It tasted a bit spicy and the rice was grainy. It contained quite a lot of beans too.The Pav Bhaji was butter toasted bun served with thick mashed vegetables curry. It got onion and lemon for garnishing, which added some sourness to the curry, making it less heavy to have. The Woodlands Special Butter Masala Dosa got a soft pancake skin. The filling smelled aromatic and the butter masala was quite creamy. . Probably my first time trying a Indian vegetarian restaurant, so it was an interesting experience. Located at the first floor, the resto was quite spacious. Did think the food was a bit pricey though.

印度菜很惹味,但一般素食者很少去印度餐館,因為很多印度菜都加上洋蔥、蒜頭,這間餐廳不只提供素食,還可以走五辛,下單時跟待應說明就可以。大部分待應都會說廣東話,都很友善!待應推介了一款很特別的菜,Pani Puri 炸米餅配薄荷汁。食法也很特別,將杯內薄荷汁倒入米餅,之後馬上一口將米餅放入嘴內,不要將米餅咬開一半,否則汁會四濺了。味道也很好,微微辣加上薄荷汁,所以不吃辣的也可以吃。另外叫了牛油芝士菠菜蓉咖哩,配上印度烤餅Naan 及 薯仔烤餅,都是熱騰騰,十分好味

這是一間充滿熱情,活力及異國風情的餐廳,位置都好近地鐵站。餐廳侍應服務態度很親切,令用餐體驗大大提升😍意外發現佢哋識講廣東話👍👍店舖亦相當大和光猛,環境相當舒適😌食物方面:椰菜花薯仔咖喱$88細細碟好的骰,醬汁偏杰身同有少少辣。唔識辣既朋友可能會覺得有d辣,但用來夾烙餅/naan或炒飯都會好夾,好食😋印度烙餅$12/pc細細塊,軟硬適中,暖暖地上菜用黎夾咖喱一流😍熱杏仁奶$58呢個有少少唔抵,好細杯。而且同我想像中嘅杏仁奶好唔一樣,飲唔到杏仁味,入面有啲好細粒既米粒質地。奶味好重,適合鍾意飲奶嘅朋友👍總括都係一間唔錯嘅餐廳,值得一試👍#indianfood #eathealthy #vegetarian #happymeal #foodiemore
