這間看似不太起眼,但其實常經過的餐廳位於一個少隱秘的地點。朋友帶我來我先知道旺角原來還有靜靜地談心的好地方。看了餐牌,還擇超多,中西日韓都有齊咁濟。同朋友二人行,食d特別少少。玉子燒:好少可唔係日本餐廳都可以食到這麼厚的玉子燒。看著鬆軟,是即點即做的,和暖的放入口,有要快溶化的感覺。蛋是全熟的,味很香,不會過甜,加了些蔥花感覺很清新。很簡單而不做作的玉子燒。粟米片:十級邪惡和美味的混合體!這是非一般的粟米片,鬆脆不油膩,每一塊脆片都十分香口鬆化。加上超濃芝士醬汁,棒!烤雞扒意大利飯:雞扒外皮烤得十分香脆,肉質嫩滑,雞味濃郁,調味也做得很好,香草入哂落雞度。而飯的菇菌味也很香,飯身滑溜,水份足,是腍身的意大利飯。飲品方面,我點了平時很喜歡的抺茶鮮奶,比起平時在連鎖咖啡店的我更喜歡這個。這個味道不會過甜,抹茶超香,加上奶的比例更多,去了苦澀味,而且奶泡也相對較多,口感很豐富。

今日放工經過旺角,轉角見到間餐廳叫woods,於是入去試試。入到去真係見到到木。都有幾多選擇嫁我地揀咗燒春雞,魚柳,蘋果窩夫,青檸梳打。燒春雞外皮陣陣焦香,而且肉食落唔柴。配上厚切薯條,一流。魚柳伴蛋黃醬魚柳軟嫩,配上薯蓉蛋黃醬(呢到有蛋黃醬同冬陰功醬揀)。蛋黃醬唔會搶咗魚嘅鮮味,反而令魚更嫩滑。下次試下冬陰功醬先。蘋果窩夫配雪糕窩夫用刀切落去,會聽到咯咯聲,表示非常脆。配上蘋果同雪糕,兩者十分match。最後飲杯青檸梳打。

由於妹妹係菇迷 佢堅持想試下 所以就點左呢道菜

將菇切開一半 菇無因為燒得太耐縮到細細粒

相反 燒烤程度岩岩好 所以水份鎖住係菇入面

面頭既芝士係燒到熔左係菇上面

小妹建議要黎到即刻食 就會食到拔絲芝士既效果

另外泡菜有小小辣再加埋帶有小小咸味既芝士 完完全全帶起左烤菇既味道 好味!
