聽過好多朋友講話胡爐好食,今次終於有機會同朋友來試下。首先胡爐而家已經轉左做單點,不是任食,這樣的話我自然對食物質素的要求就更高了。朋友和我兩人點了個酸菜鴨湯底,一份胡爐牛肉拼盤,一份手工蝦餃子,一份蔬菜拼盤同一份手打墨魚丸。首先講下酸菜鴨湯底:鴨肉都幾多,不過不算好酸亦不太辣,鐘意食酸菜湯底的人可能會嫌不夠濃味。胡爐牛肉拼盤:這個就正了,打邊爐最緊要牛肉新鮮,這個完全合格,好味~手打墨丸及手工餃:兩個都好味而且食得出很新鮮,不是雪過那種,很ok~蔬菜:沒甚麼技術含量,也是很新鮮,滿意。整體來講:全部料都新鮮,而且服務也很勤快,完全沒有失望!

手打墨丸及手工餃:兩個都好味而且食得出很新鮮,不是雪過那種,很ok~

蔬菜:沒甚麼技術含量,也是很新鮮,滿意。

整體來講:全部料都新鮮,而且服務也很勤快,完全沒有失望!

今日再嚟到尖沙咀胡爐,都隔咗一排無嚟過,原來中間試過做半放題,不過現在又無做喇,我錯過咗tim……上次嚟入房位坐,今次坐返出廳位,都係品味中式格調。見到有川味酸菜鴨湯底,係其他打邊爐鋪好似少見d,試下先。兩個人唔叫太多嘢,又廢事食咁多肉,叫咗一個爽脆牛胸爽,同細份嘅手打墨魚丸,其他就叫咗份細菜同稻庭烏冬,同埋我未叫過想試下嘅冰豆腐,仲有下火嘅竹蔗茅根水。牛爽胸新鮮爽口,墨魚丸夠彈,最過癮係落咗烏冬嚟吸咗個湯底,佢個湯底本身好足料(鴨肶都見到有兩隻)食落好入味好香,竟然好夾。

依間樓上火鍋店胡爐,一入到去就比佢裝修吸引,好有傳統京式餐廳感覺,氣氛環境都好。豬手湯底:湯奶白色非常吸引,豬手size剛剛好,唔會太大舊難咬,辣辣地好開胃,我哋好快手就清晒豬手開始打邊爐!牛四寶:擺盤好靚,而且解凍程度好好,牛有牛香無雪味,牛舌心最為高質,厚薄適中,快熟之餘唔會難咬,啖啖都有滿滿牛香,忍唔住追加咗碟牛舌!手打牛丸/濃汁牛丸:各有特色,兩者都彈牙,濃汁牛丸更juicy更重牛味,兩碟都比我哋好快清晒!醉滑牛:有微微酒香,如果叫輕口味湯底應該更食到酒香,入口唔靭重牛味,非常不錯!我哋仲叫咗菜同墨魚滑等等,質素都好好,整體來講係一家有特色嘅餐廳!

醉雞就聽得多啦,醉牛都係第一次見,所以即刻叫咗碟嚟食,因為淥嘅關係,啲酒味好多都揮發晒,牛唔係好吸酒味。同埋佢嘅牛比較厚切,要淥返耐少少,但拎上嚟就會有啲韌。所以建議大家都還是食返醉雞同肥牛😂

🍴醉胡盧酒泡鴨舌🍴
打邊爐我多數會叫一個小食,等個湯底滾之前都起碼有啲嘢食😄今次叫咗呢個鴨舌,雖然佢話係酒泡,但酒味唔濃,但可以cover 鴨舌嘅騷味,建議餐廳可以落多少少酒👍🏻

呢個餸又係100分推介,超級好味,上枱時熱辣辣。上層嘅鮮蝦滑夠厚肉,所以食落去好有口感。油炸鬼炸得好脆。簡直係絕配,無論就咁食,或者放落湯度整林佢。一樣咁好味👍🏼

總體而言,呢間餐廳無論氣氛環境,服務態度,食物,都係高水準👍🏼

入座之後侍應就會比一盤醬油比你,有辣椒、 蒜蓉、蔥粒、芫荽同埋麻醬等等。見到佢地餐廳個feel 好一致,連啲調味料盤嘅碗都係咁有古風嘅風格。依到係手機落餐嘅,你可以由湯底類開始睇落去,又或者可以係上面條navigation bar 到直接select 類別。川味酸菜鴨湯鍋$288通常出面啲打邊爐係豬呀、牛呀、或者雞湯底,所以今次見到鴨湯底覺得幾新鮮。其實個湯底已經好豐富,見到有萵筍、鴨肉件、枝竹、芹菜同埋芫荽 。食得出依到個湯底唔係係廚房入面一到煮一到keep 住熱,因為啲枝竹食落去鐘係挺身,萵筍冇淋晒、鴨肉件啲肉一啲都唔難咬難嚼咁。伊比利亞黑毛豬豚肉$208啲豬肉肥瘦比例幾靚,食落去有啲肥肉所以唔會太柴。個擺盤都好靚添!黑松露蟹肉餃$68依個黑松露蟹肉餃超級推薦比大家食,皮薄、黑松露味好出、蟹肉令到餃子有啲咬口。嘩!我覺得我可以食十隻都得。
