同房生日,去K11行街午餐去了霞飞,看了菜单,感觉上有些类似翡翠拉面小笼包,不过更有上海特色,比如心太软,肴肉,炒河虾仁等等,可惜由于只有两个人,很多都没试到……不过上菜的效率很高,远胜过翡翠,而且没想到免费的茶水味道都很不错噢我们点了一人一份宋嫂鱼羹,鸡丝粉皮和马兰头豆腐皮卷,打算边吃边研究再加点什么菜没有想到鱼羹出奇的大份,而且一份22,味道很好,加上胡椒粉更加开胃,真的很抵食~吃完了居然就差不多饱了……而马兰头豆腐皮卷(42元)虽然分量比较少,但味道很清香鸡丝粉皮(36元)都很好味,美中不足的是有点甜腻,应该减少甜酱的量,加多点芝麻酱,就更完美了总的来说,我和同房两人都觉得很满意而且吃得很健康很舒服

我们点了一人一份宋嫂鱼羹,鸡丝粉皮和马兰头豆腐皮卷,打算边吃边研究再加点什么菜
没有想到鱼羹出奇的大份,而且一份22,味道很好,加上胡椒粉更加开胃,真的很抵食~吃完了居然就差不多饱了……
而马兰头豆腐皮卷(42元)虽然分量比较少,但味道很清香
鸡丝粉皮(36元)都很好味,美中不足的是有点甜腻,应该减少甜酱的量,加多点芝麻酱,就更完美了

总的来说,我和同房两人都觉得很满意而且吃得很健康很舒服

男友很好,知道我辛苦工作之後需要美食,又知道我愛嚐新,提議來這裡。我們又幸運地坐到卡位,十分舒適。看了一下餐牌,點了雞絲炒皮、酸辣麵和蘿蔔絲酥餅。喝幾口茶,點好的菜就來了。先試一下酸辣麵,夠酸不辣,本是不太好吃,不過麵條也算爽口,挽回失分。雞絲炒皮︰這是男友讚的一個菜,他說麻香和粉皮都不錯,雖然與坊間淺色的醬有分別,不過就略勝一籌。蘿蔔絲酥餅︰我覺得蠻讚的,因為皮很酥脆,令人吃得停不了口。沒有在這吃甜品,因為我們還有下一站。

For dinner, I picked here after seeing the recent 'good' reviews. They have a very extensive menu, serving the standard Shanghainese dimsums/appetizers, a long list of variations of noodles, soup (even sharks fin ), rice and other main dishes, vegetables and dessert. ), rice and other main dishes, vegetables and dessert. From the menu, it was fairly clear that noodles/dimsum were their specialty....but since we felt like a good bowl of hearty noodles, we went for the following:

Hot and Sour Soup Noodles $36
This was a huge bowl of their hot/sour soup with noodles and topped with chilli oil. There were fresh baby shrimps and bits of wood ear fungus and shredded meat and tofu. The consistency of the soup was far too viscous in my opinion, but my friend seemed to enjoy it.....probably because she was too hungry and hadn't tried Din Tai Fung's to compare...The noodles were another story - they were soft and not aldente as I had hoped, like Crystal Jades/DTF's. As a whole, it was even more thicker than Crystal Jade's - so apart from the use of bouncy shrimps, I detested this dish.

Specialty Noodle Soup w/ Yellow Croaker $58
The arrival of this dish was impressive - bits of chopped up green veggies and sliced yellow fish on top of the noodles, in a fish broth. The broth was very light - I liked it! But after sitting about 10 minutes or less, the noodles had absorbed the liquid, turning into thicker soft noodles without any bite at all - one does not need teeth to consume this dish at this stage! In the hot/sour soup, the noodles did not 'grow' due to the extremely viscous soup base, but here the broth was 'thin' and so it was perfect for the noodles to absorb and they were so soft they broke easily. I have never enjoyed noodles which absorb all the broth, and Shatin 18 or Din Tai Fung's pulled noodles certainly do not do this....

To be labelled as their 'signature', I think, is very misleading. Perhaps they could have serve the noodles (hot) in a separate bowl, so one mix as much broth as they want, without having just to let the noodles sit and absorb every last drop! OR they can always change their type of noodles served.....

Braised Cabbage with Yunnan Ham $52
There was a choice of ham or salted pork and i picked yunnan ham because I've always enjoyed its chewy salty taste. The cabbage pieces were quite large, but only a few pieces given, with 4 or 5 pieces of ham. I think the ham should've been made into strips/shreds rather than pieces because they have a tough texture, and is easier to eat if in small strands. The cabbage was well cooked and the sauce was good, not salty.

Deep Fried Egg white Souffle Balls w/ Almond Paste $32
I really like the traditional egg white souffle balls without banana and plain red bean (if the mash is not too sweet), so when I saw they had the almond variety (i love almond tea), i planned to order this even before I decided on my noodle dish!
So back to the dish...they were fried very well - no sign of grease, and the insides were very soft and pillowy...in my opinion it couldn't have been pure egg white but who cares? the chewy texture was good, and the almond paste which tasted like almond tea had the taste and scent of 'bitter' almonds, and wasn't too sweet as I was afraid of when ordering. After having two of these on top of the noodles, I was stuffed!

So all in all the experience was bad due to the poor noodles, but I would like to try their other dishes, like mains with rice, or their buns/dumplings. So the poor rating given here is purely for the noodles.

小籠包 – 一籠有4隻, 因為人多關係, 所以叫0左3籠. 以香港0黎講, 皮算薄, 有湯0係入面, 係好味的!! 至少好過上海城隍廟間南翔小籠包!!


灌湯牛肉饀餅 – 我冇吃, 但聽同學講, 裡面0的湯俾包包吸晒, 但牛肉冇乜味… 不過都好味喎! 同埋有少少油口… 好似煎完再浸油咁…

金腿香筍酥 – 外型幾吸引, 但內涵欠奉. 裡面冇雲腿味, 有竹筍味… 一堆有菜有肉0既囉…


到主菜啦~~~
松子大黃魚 –唔知係咪太耐冇吃過, 我覺得幾好味!! 個汁調校得幾好, 唔太酸又唔太甜; 條魚難得的唔腥, 而且外脆肉軟, 魚肉好滑, 但外面脆卜卜, 所以好快就被清晒!!


黃金蝦球 – 好鬼死多蛋黃呀!!!
超正!! 但只係0的蛋黃, 個蝦… 好彈牙, 但冇蝦0既鮮味, 可以話係冇味, 係一碟用好多蛋黃炒成0既彈牙0野. 無要求的話, 其實都幾好吃0既…

炒鱔糊 – 嘩!!! 縮0左水呀? 定俾錯0野呀??咁細碟0既?不過, 係好味0既!! 做到上海0個種濃而不咸0既味道! 但… 鱔有少少腥味… 不過, 我都係要0黎夾銀絲卷, 都OK啦!!!


砂窩雲昋雞 – 見咁多人先敢叫呢個餸~ 我地要0左一隻雞0既粉量, 嘩!!! 好鬼死大煲呢~~~~ 仲要每人可以有 1-2 粒雲吞, 算係咁啦!!!


酸辣湯 – 好一個唔酸唔辣0既酸辣湯! 同碗仔翅差唔多! 一煲分9個人 (因有1個同學唔吃辣), 每人都有兩三舀吃0既… 主要都係想試0下啫…


賽螃蟹 – 都炒得幾好, 唔太油, 蛋白唔老, 加0左魚肉等白肉在內, 雖然唔正宗, 但為迎合香港人口味, 算係咁啦!!! 但係… 個蛋黃去0左邊?


雪菜肉絲炒年糕 – 我冇乜點吃過呢個菜… 不過我諗唔差啩, 唔係0的同學都唔會清得到呢~~

咸肉津白 – 我唔知係我冇知, 定係阿廚師搞錯, 佢好似唔知乜0野係咸肉, 乜0野係雲腿. 好明顯佢係一塊塊雲腿0黎, 但… 我地係要咸肉喎, 算! 最唔得係, 0的雲腿好似一切出0黎就放0係上面咁, 咸到死, 但津白又冇味喎! 如果佢想人家一啖津白一啖雲腿就早講啦!!!我真係唔識食呢…


蝦仁兩面黃 - 因為驚0的男仔唔夠飽, 所以叫多碟麵俾佢地. 當然女仔都會吃啦~~hahahaah~但係, 碟麵真係好唔得!! 激咸!!!! 而且唔夠汁, 0的麵吸唔到0的汁0既味, 變0左冇未… 差!


最後要多個甜品 – 高力杏汁 (定係叫做杏汁高力呢?), 因為太飽, 所以冇吃. 但同學話好好味, 杏汁好香, 唔甜, 0的杏汁好似軟心朱古力咁會溶, 好正(喎)!


非常豐富的一餐! 但唔係好吃的一餐… 總體評價係: 可以一試, 但一次就夠!!

年初一晚上睇戲不成,跟友人去了開幕不久的K11吃飯,K11內面有很多不同菜式的食肆,在農曆新年還是吃中餐比較啱氣氛,所以選擇去了地庫的霞飛吃上海菜,當然上海館子也有淮揚菜供應。 今天是農曆新年假日也只有六、七成入座率,可能此店位於商場較深處,人流較少罷。 由於是新近開的關係,霞飛的装修及所有餐具都好新淨,室內燈光柔和但枱面有射燈照明,店內的碗、碟上都印上霞飛的名字,整體環境給人優雅整潔的感覺。 侍應告知因低估了假日的客流量,所以這天只有八位侍應上班,但從進入店門開始到點菜、上菜及結帳,感覺到服務完全沒半分遲緩,侍應還對食物的份量及選擇給予意見及介紹,服務態度不俗,給我的第一印像很好,不過食肆的好壞,始終還要看食物的味道才下定論。我們前後連甜品一共柯打了七道菜,前菜有鎮江肴肉,湯羮是我愛的宋嫂魚,還叫了大千鷄、花素蒸餃、鱔魚拉麵及紅燒肉拉麵,甜品則吃了杏汁高力。鎮江肴肉肴肉是經腌製的豬肉,外表帶淺褐色,頂層的猪肉凍真的做到晶瑩剔透,一碟切開十二件,大小剛好一啖一件,味道適中鹹鮮味不會太濃,再蘸些鎮江醋,很爽口而且沒有猪肉的油感,味道和賣相都很出色,是我吃過最好之一,值得向大家推介

鎮江肴肉
肴肉是經腌製的豬肉,外表帶淺褐色,頂層的猪肉凍真的做到晶瑩剔透,一碟切開十二件,大小剛好一啖一件,味道適中鹹鮮味不會太濃,再蘸些鎮江醋,很爽口而且沒有猪肉的油感,味道和賣相都很出色,是我吃過最好之一,值得向大家推介。
宋嫂魚
這湯是有名的杭州名菜,起名始於宋高宗南宋偏安臨安之時,其實原本是北宋時汴京的魚,由隨宋室避戰禍的移民帶至臨安,魚的材料豐富,去魚骨的功序又麻煩,是一道花工夫的手工菜,也是自己很喜歡的一味湯,此湯味道帶微酸和胡椒粉味,非常醒胃適合炎夏胃口不佳時享用,我先後在不月地方喝過多次,但口味都有點分別。 魚羹色澤油亮味道較清,湯內除了桂魚茸外還有蔥段、薑絲、筍絲、火腿絲、冬茹和蛋花等多種材料,食前灑上胡椒粉,這店做的水準也亞於滬上名店蘇淅匯。 正選!
大千鷄
切碎巳去骨的雞肉與細隻的紫天椒爆炒,炸至脆身的辣椒辣味大減,入口脆卜卜而且香口,像在吃炸豆一般,其實雞肉炒後食味只是微辣但帶了辣椒的香辣味,用來下酒應該不錯。
花素蒸餃
廿多元一籠的素餃的饀料是用了上海獨有的馬蘭頭及筍絲,皮薄如紗可見到內面的饀料,味道清新不膩,入口有馬蘭頭特有的味道,配上油膩菜如紅燒肉同吃可中和一下。
鱔糊及紅燒肉拉麵
透過入口旁的玻璃可看見厨師在厨房內拉麵,我們叫了兩款鱔糊及紅燒肉拉麵,拉麵是跟鱔糊及紅燒肉分上,鱔糊跟紅燒肉都做得不錯、份量也足,紅燒肉當然是用肥廋肉相間的五花腩來造,碗中還有大片的筍片,用料絕不吝嗇;清澈的麵湯喝後感胃腸舒泰不覺口乾,應該沒有下味精;即拉的麵條浸在湯中絛條分明,浸湯後仍能保持爽口而不腍身,麵質不亞於上海老正興的出品,此店的拉麵亦是不容錯失的佳品。
杏汁高力
傳统的高力豆沙是在蛋白麵團內加入豆沙作餡,經油炸再洒上糖霜在表面,而這杏汁高力則加入了濃杏仁漿做饀,外面蓬鬆、入口香甜而不會有油膩的感覺,一碟有四件,咬開蛋白球杏汁流入口仍熱辣辣,一定是新鮮即製,這是這甜品好味的首要條件,濃味的杏汁比豆沙作饀比較少一份油膩感又比較清新,是不好甜品的我非常欣賞的高力豆沙變奏版,可以安哥! 後記: 電燈仔吃完一個後立刻啪埋餘下的一件入口,看來他也好喜歡這杏汁高力。
霞飛路即今淮海中路,全長約5公里,1901年由原法租界當局開闢,成為老上海時代法租界的繁華幹道,路旁遍植梧桐樹,至今仍充滿一片中歐情懷,近年前後以此路為名的本地食肆有霞飛路、酩霞飛及這間開業不久的霞飛點心拉麵,前兩間走的是高價位路線,最終都以結業告終,希望這間食物有質素的霞飛點心拉麵能夠生存下來。

今晚小弟弟一次到k11, 發覺有好多唔同野食, 而我到了其中d一間試試!!!今次我點了4款食物試下個質素如何:1) 鮮肉生煎饅頭: 好食, 大家食時要小心, 因為係熱辣辣, 個皮好脆, 包入面有肉汁, 小心辣親!!!2) 黃魚煨麵: What a nice dish, 小弟食魚冇數, 日日都食自己係大海釣嘅魚, 而d個黃魚我佑係養黃花, 雖然係養黃花, 但肉質係可以而且有魚味. 個煨麵係有青菜相伴, 好青生, 個湯底係好香甜, 食完個麵個人係好舒服, 好滿足!!!3) 鮮肉小籠包: 個皮靚又多汁, 不過個餡可以再好少少!!!4) 口水雞: 香蒜味十足, 雞是滑的, 不過冇咪雞味(係來貨問題)今次食落真不錯, 下次一定再來!!!

本人在尖沙咀工作途經 K11 shopping mall 留意到新開了一間上海菜館,有朋友從美國回港,而友人亦佷喜歡吃上海菜。於是就選擇了K11的那間新菜館,去到門口看見客人並不多。我朋友點了小籠包、黃魚煨麵、担担麵,先咬了一口小籠包,味道怪怪的,聞到陣陣腐肉味,而黃魚煨麵好腥,叫了侍應過黎問清楚,侍應話黃魚煨麵係咁ge,叫了的担担麵大家也不敢再試,我又叫了麻辣海浙,味道很怪,從未食過這麼難食的上海菜。真是有點過意不去,美國友人回港想話一盡地主之宜,怎知選擇了一間食物質素勁差ge菜館,真激氣!!!!!!

行到K11,見到呢間"霞飛點心拉麵". 細細間,但感覺都OK,就走入去試下.1) 小籠包 皮薄,有少少湯 都幾好2) 擔擔麵 d 麵都幾滑3) 麻辣粉皮 粉皮幾滑,好麻辣4) 甘荀酥 都幾鬆化,幾好食,不過裡面食唔出係甘荀.5) 宋嫂魚"湯" 普普通通.6) 桂花酒釀丸子 丸子似多得, 唔夠酒香.總整而言,都唔錯呀!!
