周末入東涌走走,因為聖誕食咗幾日西餐,今日想食中餐。經過羲和小館,睇完餐牌覺得嚟唔錯,就決定試下。職員安排入座後,落完單好快就有嘢食。點咗半隻烤鴨配八寶盒,有四種食法,幾特別,配搭出嚟嘅口味亦唔錯。 最特別係用咗一個發熱嘅裝置暖住啲鴨肉,唔會搞到凍冰冰。另外點咗個金銀蛋萵苣亦幾好味,唔會太咸,啱啱好。最後甜品係薑汁桃膠,有薑味得嚟唔會太辣,又唔會係勁甜嘅糖水,幾好食。整體嚟講,環境幾好,坐得好舒適,服務好好,下次再試下其他菜式。

這是和媽咪的慶生飯,她是六月之星呢 :-)上次母親節飯由我打點,今次媽咪生日飯就由我大佬負責,由餐廳選擇到點菜買蛋糕埋單一手包辦,唔該晒!他挑了「羲和小館」,是尖沙咀「羲和雅苑」的副線,開業約三年,同樣主打是吃北京烤鴨,另有一些價錢比較相宜的菜式選擇。餐廳裝修見雅緻,座位不算闊落,卻有一排旁邊卡位有大型落地玻璃,相信在日間時可以「看午後太陽,曬一片金黃」看餐牌這裏也不盡是吃京菜,奇怪地又有粵菜、上海菜、西式影子的 crossover 菜都有,個人眼感不覺得選擇多籮籮,反而覺得菜單排序有些雜亂無章:基本上來到都會吃北京烤鴨,每枱都有點可是不容置疑吧,我們也先預留了半隻 (建議各位也先預留)。先由頭盤拉開生日飯的序幕,沙律「蝦乾冰草」$58冰菜加上日式沙律酸汁,上面放些鹹香炒過的蝦米乾,撈勻就這樣吃,算不算是中西日合璧?個人覺得味道挺匹配,作為冷盤幾醒胃:「芥末鴨掌」$78,我喜歡這個。賣這樣多的烤鴨,應該也剩下不少鴨掌吧 XD 問了侍應,它是利用沒味道的去骨鴨掌,經過繁複的程序,用芥末及麻香料醃足兩日,有點像硬一點的鵝掌,要吃就是它的爽脆度和芥末帶來的辛香:伴在旁邊的是醃漬白蘿蔔,片成薄

小改變,大改善;將莧菜換做半爽脆的蒿苣條,浸在大量湯汁裏,很鮮甜,算是半湯半餸。鹹蛋皮蛋也沒有下得太多,炸蒜粒增強了絲絲香氣,油份不多,喝此湯比之前的湯羹美味一百倍!!!蒿苣份量也是出奇地多,值點:

整體來說,若是來吃烤鴨的話是滿意的,個別小菜也有驚喜,一些就比較奇怪,服務一般,可能繁忙地在出烤鴨吧?!另這裏的烤鴨算大隻,大家下次若果來,兩個人吃半隻鴨配薄餅已經可飽大半,另配一兩碟小菜或冷盤,應該就剛剛好了!

大蝦爽口彈牙,不過碗麵就真係味道唔夠,好啖口,一般般啦 


🔮甜品:楊枝甘露🥭

呢個甜品好正!芒果椰奶味好香,好食,略嫌細碗咗少少 

其實食物整體都不錯,$128 lunch set 有咁多嘢食,環境又ok,其實唔貴呀!服務都ok呀!如果來開東薈城行街而又想食中菜,都可以來試吓!
