這間石燒牛已有多間分店,今日就到尖沙咀分店一探究竟!
門口有全自動點餐機供客人自助點餐,簡單易用。牛扒種類算多,肉眼、牛柳、西冷等部位當然唔少得啦,而且還有一些平常少見的部位可供選擇。

今次就試下平常少見的「牛肋間隔模」,200g這個價錢真是很抵食。

餐廳內煙霧彌漫散發出陣陣牛扒香,已令人垂涎三尺。點選的牛扒份量十足,外層已預先燒封鎖緊肉汁。生熟度就可以根據牆上的教學自行按熟度喜愛控制,

雖然價錢便宜,但牛扒質素不差!肉有牛味,雪味不多。這個部位肉質偏軟,也沒有根,比較接近牛柳的口感。向來對牛扒有要求的我都覺得非常「收貨」!

呢間尖沙咀長龍石燒牛店應該唔駛多介紹啦!之前晚晚黎親都一定要排隊先品嚐到,今晚剛好晚左收工,同老婆一齊去搵食,見唔算多人,一於試下店員先叫我地係門外自助落單機落單等左大約10分鐘就有位店內位置不太多,遇上繁忙時間可能要等耐少少我叫左店員推介既隔膜位置,黎到既時候已閒到香噴噴我同老婆都升級左套餐,包麵豉湯、沙律、飯、飲品燒肉時有個poster建議逐件切出黎燒,因為石板好食,如果一次過切好晒黎燒,肉就好易過熟燒到5-7成熟就剛剛好肉味濃,口感比較爽配埋白飯食一流!

今日係尖沙咀見到有間食石燒扒,價錢不貴,好似幾抵食,便去試試。首先是在門外有部機可以點餐,等了一會有位便進去。我點了肉眼扒150g,加套餐,有沙律,飯及汽水。肉眼扒是整塊上,自己燒自己切,好有風味,而且有教你點煮,教你燒幾耐是幾成熟。。肉眼扒有兩塊,好足料。而牛味濃郁,燒至5成熟,肉質口感很很好。食到好飽。 飯上面也有調味料,令飯更入味。吃完扒及飯,仲有味噌湯。呢間野郎stone十分抵食,也吃得很飽。

成個感覺都好“日本“,係門外自己點餐,再安排入座。

在這段非常時期,身為一名吃貨感受到好辛苦。沒得同朋友們一起享受美食,再好吃的都會有少少扣分。近排放工之後想吃下牛扒來獎勵自己,就book左一間西餐廳。一行進去餐廳氛圍不錯,但就是少左之前熱鬧的感覺。最後叫左一份3-5分熟的200g牛隔膜,這種牛排的熟度是最考廚師的功力的。等左差不多5分鐘牛排就上來了。有一個一個冷知識,牛排的烹飪時間是會較長,原因是因為一塊牛排煮多長時間,它就需要靜止一樣長的時間,這樣做可以借用牛排自身的溫度來讓內部達到想要的熟度。牛隔膜調味適中,黑胡椒同炸蒜。建議可以同服務員拿少少海鹽,吃的時候粘海鹽同炸蒜可以讓牛扒更有風味。本身以為200g會太多但其實份量剛剛好女仔的份量除左牛隔膜之外,配菜都非常豐富。加多小小錢就有汽水,湯同沙拉。仲有意粉,飯同薯溶選擇。最後,在這段時期出去的朋友們記得一定要帶口罩。

最後叫左一份3-5分熟的200g牛隔膜,這種牛排的熟度是最考廚師的功力的。等左差不多5分鐘牛排就上來了。有一個一個冷知識,牛排的烹飪時間是會較長,原因是因為一塊牛排煮多長時間,它就需要靜止一樣長的時間,這樣做可以借用牛排自身的溫度來讓內部達到想要的熟度。

牛隔膜調味適中,黑胡椒同炸蒜。建議可以同服務員拿少少海鹽,吃的時候粘海鹽同炸蒜可以讓牛扒更有風味。本身以為200g會太多但其實份量剛剛好女仔的份量

8:00嚟到都有少少要等位同朋友一行二人就揀咗牛板腱同埋間隔膜一上菜來係成個套餐咁上有包埋汽水之前食過第二啲類似嘅但係就塊熱石好快就唔熱但係依間就絕對冇咁嘅問題食到最尾都係熱辣辣嘅肉質都好好如果大食嘅朋友仔真係要點返300 gram 先夠食因為我冇乜點食飯之下就要食300 gran先夠食佢枱嘅旁邊仲有好多唔同嘅醬你自己揀成個餐就有一個沙律一碗麵豉湯,飯或者跟薯蓉,仲包汽水如果係要挑剔嘅話就係舖頭抽氣唔算太好朋友食食吓都話食到隻眼流眼水要食的話預咗一定係成身都係味道

今日同個牛魔王朋友嚟到野郎stone,店內好似日式居酒屋小店。菜單十分簡單,只需要選擇你想食嘅主菜,加$30 轉套餐有味噌湯、沙律、薯蓉/飯/意粉。朋友超讚個飯係日本米超煙韌,配牛扒一流。我點左西冷sirloin 200g $138,朋友選擇左牛柳tenderloin 200g $148。上菜時有紙巾蓋住,待30秒後就可以開動了。我嘅西冷大概有2cm 厚,切開剛好是我喜歡的medium 。如果喜歡medium rare嘅話,推介牛柳,好厚身有4cm 厚,十分juicy。旁邊有蒜蓉同埋曰式燒汁,沾少少醬風味更佳。二百蚊有找好抵食!

第二次去食了!舖頭位置比較少,因此等左一陣先入到去,坐低時亦比較逼。價格來講唔算貴,我選擇了較平的牛肋間隔膜,最少的份量記得之前好似200g,現在變了150g,但都夠女仔食。雖然係比較平的牛,但都好鮮嫩,肉汁豐富,唔點醬料,就落黑淑都好夠味。醬料都充足,味道都好夾,可以點牛肉或意粉。但相同價錢中,我比較中意友人食的肩胛肉🤣套餐中薯蓉或意粉或飯都是可以任添的,適合比較大食的男仔,但唔熱。但沙律今次食好似差左小小,比較咸。今次去可能比較夜,雖然出邊冇人等,但個姐姐不停出來幫我哋收碟,好chur,可能就快收工。

呢款肉質幾似和牛 油脂分佈十分平均 肉質唔怕好乾好硬 牛味亦相當濃 好多肉汁 逐小塊切 真係會有日式燒肉既感覺😛😛
