這間餐廳bookmark左好耐,每次放工經過都見到有人在餐廳外排隊,今天難得早放工,見未有人排隊,於是跟友人決定一試。這裡點餐是在門外的點餐機,點好菜後,在門口位置把賬單給予店員便可。餐廳座位不多,只有大概4張枱左右,所以客人也是食完便走,不會逗留太耐。肩胛肉眼300g,餐廳會把牛排弄至一成熟,然後就到我們在石板上烹調到自己喜歡的生熟度。上枱時牛排會用廚房紙先蓋著牛排,可防止油濺出,十分貼心。肉眼帶有少許筋,牛肉味濃,肉質都幾鬆軟,肉汁都幾多。牛排已先用黑椒調味,而餐廳有不同醬汁可選擇,點上燒汁更能提升牛肉的鮮味。加$30可轉套餐,有沙律、湯和飲品。沙律是椰菜絲沙律,加入芝麻醬,十分開胃。而湯是面豉湯,飲品有幾款汽水可以揀。在尖沙咀用這麼便宜的價錢也能吃到優質的牛肉,實在抵食!

一向喜歡吃燒牛肉,今次來到尖沙咀一間日本🇯🇵風小店試試店子小小但很有格調,像到了日本的感覺店内有介紹牛的不同部分,店長也有親身來推介不同部分怎樣吃才好,非常專業朋友點了「牛橫隔膜」200g從來也沒有吃過,貪新鮮就試試。店長在上面加上一張紙,上枱後要等30秒後才可拎開張紙,原來這樣就可令熱力更平均。牛橫隔膜肉質有口感之餘又不會太韌,很夠淋,肉牛新鮮濃郁,一吃便知是高質素的牛肉我就點了「牛板腱」 200g這塊比較厚,一定要切一片片出來燒熟一些才吃,這過程體驗也滿有趣。比起橫隔膜,牛板腱比較有口感和韌少許,適合喜歡啖啖肉,肉厚而有口感的食家😋個人覺得300g才夠食,可能因為太好味😋總結牛肉質素高,是一家專業的燒牛肉店😋會再來

比起橫隔膜,牛板腱比較有口感和韌少許,適合喜歡啖啖肉,肉厚而有口感的食家😋

今日一丁友來到尖沙咀厚福街,突然很想吃扒,在這裡正找尋食店,見到這間野郎,門口不是太大,但總算骨子,所以我就入去吃過扒先!來到這裡,原來要在外面的售賣機揀選食物,再付錢,再入去坐下等食。我今次選了一款西冷(200g),再加錢轉套餐,套餐有一個味噌湯,有沙律,一碗飯和一罐汽水。西冷上枱,西冷用上幾百度的石板盛載著,熱騰騰的聲音很動聽,店員很細心用上一張紙鋪上肉面,等上枱時人客不會被肉汁濺到,等一會就將紙取走,就可以開始食用。熟成度由人客自己來控制,西冷原汁原味,很有肉的味道,這裡還有多種醬料給人客,我將海鹽輕輕的撒落肉面,我還選了味噌,蒜茸和甜醬汁,我試了三款後都發現用上蒜茸就最適合我。西冷加上白飯,真的很飽肚,很好味。沙律加上麻醬,份外香甜,味噌湯就不過不失吧!其實一個扒加錢變套餐份量都幾好,下次試下吃羊架先得!

尋晚約了朋友係尖沙咀食飯,佢話想食牛扒, 我就帶左佢去口福街食石板燒牛扒,平時好多人好長龍,今日唔知係咪早,唔使排隊, 點餐就要喺門口自己㯲機買飛。我就叫左200g西冷牛扒跟套餐,個石板燒到熱辣辣,牛扒上枱時沙沙聲,件西冷牛扒切開時,牛扒燒得約一成熟,牛扒內還是血紅色,食時要幾熟就自己控制,我就最喜歡食生啲,件牛扒有香濃牛味,牛扒肉汁又多味又濃。雖然佢有好多調味酱料,但我都係加了小鹽,已經帶到牛扒味。西冷牛扒肉質都算軟,但食起都有質感,今晚塊牛扒好靚,好滿足。

我就叫左200g西冷牛扒跟套餐,個石板燒到熱辣辣,牛扒上枱時沙沙聲,件西冷牛扒切開時,牛扒燒得約一成熟,牛扒內還是血紅色,食時要幾熟就自己控制,我就最喜歡食生啲,件牛扒有香濃牛味,牛扒肉汁又多味又濃。

雖然佢有好多調味酱料,但我都係加了小鹽,已經帶到牛扒味。西冷牛扒肉質都算軟,但食起都有質感,今晚塊牛扒好靚,好滿足。

全自助式販票機係門口,先買票,後入座,可以加錢轉套餐。紐西蘭羊架New Zealand lamb chops 羊肉本身營養豐富,高蛋白質,鐵質,加上紐西蘭的羊通常天然草飼, 所以肉味帶點清甜,肉質嘅脂肪含量適中,一般羊羶味不太重,算係健康之選。而且價錢親民,五支骨先 $168店舖雖細,只有四枱,但座位寬敞,坐得舒服。通風麻麻,走時會有少少油煙味。見到牛柳都算多人選擇,上板時一成熟,肉切得厚身,燒起上嚟都可以保持內裏肉嫩,整體肉的水準唔錯。醬料選擇算多,有黑椒、酸汁、豉油、海鹽、蒜蓉,可自行搭配。

這條街食店多,店舖門口細細,不是太顯眼,但看到有部自動購票,立刻望一望。原來這𥚃有間熱石牛扒店。這間是我喜歡的牛扒店,用燒熱了的熱石上牛扒,把牛扒煮到一成熟,食牛扒的原汁原。這間舖都坐到十幾個人,櫈位是可以收納手袋和外套的,這樣的設計,我最喜歡,不會攪到全部野都有牛扒味。牛扒要了200克牛柳,跟了餐有湯,白飯和沙律。牛柳切開時,中間位置是粉紅色的,所以食幾多切幾多,因為熱石好夠熱,一切開就好快熟哂。牛柳肉質較有口感,又好有牛肉味,加小小海鹽已經帶到牛肉味道,食原汁原味,牛扒肉質好重要。

一個人係尖沙咀行完街唔知食咩好就行去厚福街覓食😎見野朗Stone無乜人就揀左呢間坐低~之前聽朋友講過好味😌不防一試!鋪面雖然唔大,不過野食都幾多選擇💯我唔中意太硬ge肉質,所以waiter suggest 我點牛肋間隔膜,由於我係無肉不歡that’s why揀左300g!上菜時有張廚房紙遮住,以免d油彈到件衫🤗等20-30秒就可以食lu~由Rare慢慢食到well done💯食到唔同熟度牛ge肉質!個人最中意半成熟,下次應該要將牛早d拎起石板,otherwise 會一直煮到比較硬,太有口感!餐廳另有有幾款醬汁俾人點肉食,我好中意燒汁配蒜蓉,又係另一種風味,中意重口味ge人應該同我一樣會覺得好正!

首先點餐要先係門口自動販票機度,同平時係日本買拉麵食差唔多,都係全自助式的。喱間絕對係價錢親民既高質牛扒店,最平$78就食到,肩胛肉眼150g。叫了300g 嘅牛柳, 上碟時牛柳只係一成熟,自己可以係石板上任意調校幾成熟,重點係肉質唔差。牛柳亦份量十足。根據個人喜好可自由加海鹽,蒜蓉,黑胡椒,燒汁,仲有一隻係麵豉醬加辣椒🌶的。加$30就可以轉為套餐,認真又幾抵,可選白飯/意粉/薯蓉另有沙律同麵豉湯, 暫時仲有銅鑼灣同旺角兩間分店,都係市中心非常方便。
