餐廳有教學教客人品嘗美食的正確方法, 上菜的時候,比食鐵板餐還要誇張,沙沙聲很厲害,要先等20至30秒才拿走舖在牛扒上的廚房紙,之後以切一口吃一口的方式烤肉,如果一次過切曬所有網就全部都變全熟了!熱石的溫度好高,亦好耐熱,食得慢的不用怕太耐石頭會不夠熱。這樣食,可以食到不同熟度的牛,而且每一啖牛也是熱辣辣的!

疫情下 買外賣 真的 很正常。見到這間餐廳食評很好,所以就試一下。接電話的小姐很有禮貌。當我到達餐廳 見到有幾份外賣準備中,聽到有職員在對話,探頭一看,是備餐的厨師,拎著準備中的飯盒跟收銀姐姐對話,但他的口罩是拉到下巴,口鼻完全沒有遮蓋,試想想說話時會有飛沬飛出來嗎?做好的飯盒,還未蓋上盒蓋 就拎住 及同時間叫(口罩還在口以下近下巴)收銀姐姐 入膠袋。這兩個飯盒(份量不多)不便宜...要食下去 😭😭😭😭希望厨師哥哥想想,因為這情況 而中招,換大就是14日不能做生意了。貪一時方便...後果更嚴重。 我買牛腱飯及原條鰻魚飯。牛肉有點難𡁻,飯量少。鰻魚味道還可以。

平日也喜歡到超市買靚扒回家煎來吃,但今日不想洗碗,所以決定在銅鑼灣這間野郎stone吃完午餐才回家。室內的裝修是比較日式,木系枱櫈給予人安穩平靜之感。生燒鰻魚原來野郎stone跟鰻工房結合了,所以這裡也可以吃到高質的生燒鰻魚,魚皮燒至香脆,魚肉卻能保持鮮嫩多汁。美國上級牛小排這裡的牛扒是高質的,沒加入任何調味放在炙熱的石板上,只有牛扒上面的炸香蒜,生熟度可以自行決定,圖中我吃的是五成熟,底面燙一燙鎖緊裡面香嫩鮮味肉汁,口感嫩滑牛味亦濃。沙律加了$30升級了沙律吧,清甜沙律可以無限添加,減低吃肉的膩感及罪惡感。意粉意粉是沒有加入牛油的,有點失望,不過清淡的比較健康呢。

這裡的牛扒是高質的,沒加入任何調味放在炙熱的石板上,只有牛扒上面的炸香蒜,生熟度可以自行決定,圖中我吃的是五成熟,底面燙一燙鎖緊裡面香嫩鮮味肉汁,口感嫩滑牛味亦濃。

This American rib eye was really luscious! The beef was tender and succulent! Of course it’s sizzling hot on the stone, and it’s up to you to decide how cooked it is! Really loved this concept! Can’t wait to be back again to decor even more meat!

心血來潮想食牛同饅魚,於是就黎渣甸坊呢頭食野,其實食過好多次,呢度直頭係我飯堂。黎呢度係必叫饅魚飯,就咁食好似正正常常,但當你食到一半加個湯變茶漬飯係超級好食!個湯有味但感覺好fresh唔膩,加埋芝麻同紫菜加個湯落個飯度,真係無得輸!呢度啲牛嘅quality都好好,好似和牛咁,其實係有啲貴既,但好食到驚為天人!不過試過有次叫就太多脂肪,所以都要睇果日D肉點。同埋呢度啲飯可以任加,所以大食嘅都唔驚唔夠飽。
