Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六的圓方商場,大部分較高檔的餐廳食肆都沒有提供午市套餐,路過這間「燒肉火藏」,竟然有多款午市定食供應,豐儉由人,見不曾幫襯過,便不作多想,入內試試。餐廳環境不錯,氣氛甚佳,讓我不禁有置身家鄉,享受渡假的感覺。兩夫妻分別點了「未來牛牛肋肉及美國牛肋肉定食」($128)和「A4和牛肩胛肉及美國牛肋肉定食」($148),兩款定食都跟日式沙律、麵豉湯、珍珠米飯、泡菜和兩小件牛舌。三款牛肉中,以和牛肩胛肉肉質最好,油花豐富,嫩滑可口,餐牌中介紹來自北海道自家農場Oakleaf的未來牛牛肋肉及來自美國的牛肋肉兩者肉質不相伯仲,而我就覺得美國的牛肋肉稍勝一籌。配菜方面,軟熟粘糯的白飯是好吃的,麵豉湯味道也自然不鹹,沙律開胃,但兩小件牛舌就在水準之下。最後的甜品,雖然只是雲尼拿味的雪米糍,並不特別,久違了的雪米糍仍能讓我感到快慰和滿足。在圓方,在周末,在這間環境不錯的日式燒肉店吃燒肉,兩個人平均消費還不到一百五十元,都算幾抵食。 continue reading

進門時點食物是根據餐廳提供的 “午市定食” menu 點的,  付帳時給店員看了住戶証 (因為餐廳門口電子板廣告寫明住戶有9折),  但回家看帳單時發現根本没折! 没信譽! 服務不佳, 食物也一般, 份量還特小,  絶不再去! continue reading

友人放假專程到我公司附近陪我食飯。兩個帶咳嘅人就去食呢間燒肉。🙈🙈餐廳名就係燒肉,但其實menu都有好多唔熱氣嘅選擇。今日我地兩個就叫左個lunch set 壽喜燒 同單點一個溫泉蛋和牛飯。味道還可以,個飯嘅份量就比較細,如果只食個飯應該唔夠飽😅😅另外一提,當日午市人唔多,侍應在餐廳內見我地企門口等都無出來招呼。我們企了大約5分鐘,侍應做完自己野先施施然行出黎問我地幾位。服務真係一般般,應努力改進。 continue reading

🥩 燒肉記 🥩🍻 一段時間沒有到過圓方,今晚特意到來食晚飯,想吃燒肉,之前見到這間店,外觀不錯,就試試這間吧.店舖尚算不錯,我們被安排4人座,相當寬敞,相對其他2人雅座,已經相當不錯👍🏻首先,點選了🔥火藏未來牛燒肉盛合4點,見餐牌有4款種類,一次過可以試4款,都幾好👍🏻。 賣相確實不錯,非常吸引,肉質顏色都不俗。 但是,其中有2款部位非常靭,也頗厚身,要問服務員動用剪刀✂️,每次燒烤的時候,我們都先要剪成小塊,好難咀嚼😌,牙齒都疲累😮‍💨🐷北海道五日市豚腩肉 ~ 反而好好多,腩肉相對腍,有少少肥,口感不錯👍🏻京蔥牛舌 ~ 比起牛肉,相對易咀嚼環境尚算不錯👍🏻,價錢略貴,牛肉~ 有點華而不實😉,勁難𡁻,怕怕了,吃過一次就算吧😑 continue reading
