To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我一家去食飯，我小朋友坐入面，送餐姐姐一手將個盆有飯有湯有肉有前菜，放去入面給我小朋友，之後成碗熱湯倒落我小朋友個邊，我當然好擔心會盪親，個服務姐姐沒有一個道歉，只係講左無事無事，之後我就好嬲，點解可以咁唔小心，你可以行入去放好，而唔係一手伸入去放，唔夠力就唔好勉強，有冇顧及客人安全，好彩小朋友避得切，如果再細個d嘅小朋友唔識避，後果可以好嚴重，之後我好嬲咁鬧佢地唔小心，先再有人過嚟道歉，真係好有問題好過份！希望貴公司注意食客安全，畢竟好多小朋友客人！
