尖沙咀牛魔晏晝行過尖沙咀棉登徑,見到牛魔入面都幾多人,一於入去食燒肉做午餐。Set lunch都十幾款,另外仲可以Á La Carte叫其他肉,價錢一啲都唔貴。我點咗個白肉3重奏套餐,有黑毛豬五花、豬頸肉同雞腿肉,貪佢乜都有啲。跟餐仲有御飯、牛骨湯同沙律。御飯上面嗰隻雞蛋黃非常新鮮,鮮橙色,撈勻喺飯度好香,紫菜又多。碗沙律同湯就正正常常,唔錯,做前菜幾好。👍嗰3款肉都有唔同食法,五花肉放落個爐度即刻逼晒啲油出嚟,食落一啲都唔覺得肥。豬頸肉就油份都幾多,慢火燒完之後食落都幾爽,有少少脆口。至於雞腿肉就切得好厚,要花啲時間慢慢去燒,如果唔係就好容易燒燶。😂套餐可以揀3款醬料,部長介紹咗黑松露燒汁、蘋果燒汁同檸檬鹽。每款醬料都可以帶出肉類嘅鮮味,真係冇介紹錯。😋😋跟餐仲有汽水或者果汁,我就叫咗可樂,原來成支上,枝裝嘅可樂味道係唔同啲嘅,值得加分。整體嚟講,喺尖沙咀旺區咁嘅價錢有咁嘅嘢食同食物質素,仲想點呀?😜

人生第一次食到俾負評。🙂‍↔️一入餐廳已經有大量不禮貌嘅目光注視,直到落完單到上菜嘅中間時間,都有幾位侍應用奇異嘅目光不斷來回我地張枱。去到上菜,上每一次菜就催一次: 快啲燒快啲食🤷🏻‍♀️不斷催。去到我燒雞嘅時候,有個四眼男侍應喝住我叫我唔好係個爐嘅中間燒會痴底!好👌🏻我放噃側面燒,擺完過去我反多兩反又喝住叫我唔準再反會好易燶,仲問我係咪唔識燒?嗰下已經成肚火,俾$1600入黎俾你喝?入黎俾你同你班同事用鄙視目光望?仲要嘢都未食哂就熄咗我個爐…咁肯定我唔會再落單?CP值係0已經不在話下,仲要咁嘅服務態度👋🏻唔怪之得間間都有人等位,唯獨係你呢間咁清靜。自己攞嚟😊
