So I have been to this restaurant 2 years ago, but my experience this time around was terrible. We ordered the beef platter but the meat was not only bad, half of meat was so chewy that’s it’s impossible to break down. The ox tongue was so bad that I felt like I was chewing gum. Half of all the beef I put in my mouth needed to be spit out because there was no way to bite it down. When we confronted the staff, they blamed us for not cooking the meet until it’s well done. This restaurant has degraded itself from a mid high tier to the same quality as a all you can eat barbecue .

來到重頭戲《A4 SP和牛西冷》, 雪花平均嘅和牛西冷,未燒已經令人垂涎三尺。 燒好嘅和牛每一啖都係油香, 入口即溶, 個人認為最適合就係配襯濃度較高,而且味道較為辛辣嘅清酒。
