第一次來吃午飯,充滿期待.叫了安格斯牛定食, $98先可以讚的是前菜有番茄,小冷烏冬,面豉湯,量小味一般但算夠特別但是那個白飯,真的又硬, 又凍, 又散, 根本不似一般可以夾起來的飯,好似係因為剛開舖,丁熱d隔夜飯咁安格牛兩串,牛肉肉質可以,但完全不像燒過(我有看到他燒), 出來像普通水煮,無燒烤的味道冬菇一寸,微溫, 可能一開舖火爐不夠熱.雖說沒加一已經不貴,但我的午餐完全破壞.

今日上晝響天后提早完成工作,獎勵下自己搵好野食。一直都想去燒鳥亭試,今日就機緣巧合午市可以去試到定食!差唔多1:45先去到,人流少,我一個人就被安排坐bar枱,食物要稍為等下,好在今日有時間,可以悠閒慢食。午市有十多款餐可以選,由鯖魚,銀鳕魚,燒牛肉,燒鳥定食,野菜定食,價錢由$68-98不等。今次order左野菜定食,有麵豉湯,冷烏冬,凍豆腐為前菜,主菜有燒雞肉冬菇串,燒煙肉番茄串同燒豚肉豆角串(忘了正式名字,豆脆身內裡黏黏的),配上一碗雞肉冬菇碎飯,味道份量都ok。唯一麵豉湯好似多左水,味道較淡。如果嫌份量唔夠,仲可以散叫雞翼,銀杏等串燒。甜品仲有新鮮菠蘿。總結:食串燒一般都較高消費,午市價錢就非常抵,而且味道ok,值得一試。

今次order左野菜定食,有麵豉湯,冷烏冬,凍豆腐為前菜,主菜有燒雞肉冬菇串,燒煙肉番茄串同燒豚肉豆角串(忘了正式名字,豆脆身內裡黏黏的),配上一碗雞肉冬菇碎飯,味道份量都ok。唯一麵豉湯好似多左水,味道較淡。如果嫌份量唔夠,仲可以散叫雞翼,銀杏等串燒。
甜品仲有新鮮菠蘿。
總結:食串燒一般都較高消費,午市價錢就非常抵,而且味道ok,值得一試。

Came here previously for lunch and tonight my husband and I decided to try it again.


We Arrived around 9pm so we didn't have to wait for a table. Yet the restaurant filled up pretty shortly after so I do have high expectations on the food.

Funny thing was that we saw a plate of sauce already placed on the table before anyone sat there. Out of curiosity, my husband asked them why and the waiter told us That's because they are too busy so need to prepare ahead of time. Sure enough, their services are pretty slow from taking orders to serving food to paying the bill.


When the food Arrived I was pleasantly surprised because they tasted really Good. Especially the eel it was crunchy on outside and soft and juicy in the inside.


Next came the using. Again tasted Good but the portion was really small for $56. After eating 5-6 skews of various things each, we were still pretty hungry.

Since we wanted to have dessert afterwards we decided not to order more food.

When I received the bill I was little shocked that the final price was $598 for two people that were only half full without ordering any drinks. They even charged $24 for a veggie dish that they gave us at the beginning (I totally thought that was free initially ).

Overall, I like the food but find the portion really small and on the pricy side. Will only come again if I have lots of time and when I'm not too hungry.

Yakitoritei is a chained Japanese restaurant serving yakitori. The environment is cosy and with good ventilation that won’t make you feel smoky or stinky after the meal. The chefs are skillful in handling the grill.

之後就奉上一客烏冬麵,湯底看來都是木魚清湯了吧,但見湯內滿是紫菜絲,呷一口湯,滿口也是很濃的紫菜味,那烏冬麵就真的超滑,但就不會很煙韌,果然是用上了稻庭烏冬,連帶那味美的紫菜湯,也真的幾好吃。

接下來的是主角燒鯖魚了,雖然不是原條燒,但也有兩大塊厚厚肉的,在魚皮上洒點檸檬汁,再將蘿蔔碎放入醬油之中,那就開始我放任的挖取魚的肉來吃了,魚皮燒得極為香脆,帶有少少鹽味,也有點點胡椒味,而魚肉頗為嫩滑又夠實,不會霉腍,吃起來還帶點油份,不過如果想蘸點醬油調味,就可要小心一點了,皆因個醬汁太酸,但這件大的燒魚,其實真的挺有水準。

最後有一客水果,傳承了日本人對食物賣相也有要求,這一塊少少的菠蘿,肉汁夠多,而且真的是非常之香甜,那股甜美的菠蘿汁多得在口中迫滿,賓在是叫人興奮又滿足的一小片生果呢!

此店的午餐真的非常之便宜,而且相當有水準,更重要的是,看得出師傅沒有因為賣的是廉價的午餐而HEA,予人一定的信心,本人不排除晚市再來吃它一吃。

I could've summarized my so-called "review" with just one word, delicious.
But let me show you what kind of mad MAD meal we had. It started with our server asking "foie gras, anyone?" and almost all of us raised our hand, and it only went downhill from there ;)

We started with...Cod roe salad, super fresh, perfect for the hot and sticky weather that day...and the ginkgo nuts yakitori, very very interesting...nutty with a touch of bitterness. We were hungry for more!

The seafoods, succulent scallops grilled to perfection, super succulent sword fish and eel with deliciously crispy skin. Nothing but yum! The foie gras, super rich, mega creamy and tasty! Juicy and tender duck breast with sweet onions. Quack quack!

Grilled chicken with crab roe was really interesting. Perfectly grilled chicken meat with creamy sauce and little pops of sea freshness. Gotta give them a try. The grilled chicken with mustard sauce was super delish too...and we were pleasantly surprised by the grilled chicken gizzards. They look dry and miserable, but they were wonderfully crunchy and tasty! The grilled quail eggs made you forget any cholesterol fears, the grilled sausages on chicken bone were as tasty as they looked, and we love the bacon wrapped asparagus.

Japanese grilled pork with herbs, juicy, tender, delicious! Lamb lovers, you gotta order their lamb chops, absolutely divine!...and the grilled thick cut ox tongue is not to be missed! All delicious! Spinach with bonito, a refreshing touch to a super rich meal. Grilled zucchini with cheese, sweet and crunchy with mild cheesy topping, yum!...and hello, carb...sweet, tender and smoky sweet potatoes.

My absolute favorite...the beef! Grilled with butter, with Japanese BBQ sauce or with good plain ol' salt and pepper. Juicy, absolutely tender, extremely delicious, it's...hello, meat heaven!

Almost everything was super mega delicious...except for these few items, which we didn't exactly adore...Grilled bacon wrapped salmon, the bacon part was good, but the salmon was pretty dry. The chicken wings stuffed with foie gras and cheese, they tasted nothing like what the name promised. It tasted like a regular chicken wings stuffed with minced meat...we'll skip this next time. The grilled clams were...beachy. We like our beach sandy, but not our shellfish, so...nono.

餐廳環境很有日本味道,服務員很親切。

值得推介的串燒有鹽燒牛肉、雞翼、煙肉車厘茄、羊架。
鹽燒牛肉汁多肉嫩,生熟程度剛好。

當晚的多春魚無咩春,但肉質也算香口。

唯獨是廣島蠔肉質並不鮮甜。朋友仔解釋因為蠔不適合以串燒方法烹調所致。

另外要了一客凍豆腐沙律。味道偏酸,豆腐十分嫩滑,開胃消滯之選。

埋單幾多錢呢? 我唔知呀......
不過睇餐牌單串平均約HK$40-50,而每款串燒落單都要兩串起。我們點了約十款串燒一客沙律一支啤酒。

聖誕佳節是晚同朋友一齊去成日去開嘅燒鳥亭到食串燒!一座低就叫左set 啤酒嚟飲(因為買二送一),之後就開始叫野食啦!第一round叫左燒大蜆、雞亦、雞軟骨、雞皮、牛舌、青椒仔同銀杏嚟送酒!之後第二round就叫左安格斯牛肉、露筍豬肉卷、羊扒(佢地做緊七折)同鵝肝,安格斯牛肉同羊扒燒得好香,一d都唔"un",肉汁豐富!鵝肝又係燒得好香、外脆內軟,無得頂到最後一round,因為已經好飽,所以正係叫左粟米作結,但係粟米燒得超香同好甜,當甜品食都ok今餐又係好滿足嘅一餐雖然呢度地方細,D串燒係大路野,但係串燒比其他地方燒得好味、個feel又幾好,所以我地都成日去呢到開餐

一行3人, 地方細細, 無預約, 入去後足有兩三分鐘無人理會, 眼見有一張6人空枱, 另外吧枱4個空位, 終於有人先說只剩吧枱位, 好, 無所謂, 行到位置, 才剛想坐下, 突然改口又話無位, 沒有任何解釋, 只有一句唔好意思, 被請出去, 有無攪錯, 有無人訂位應該一早知, 你叫得我入去, 有無人訂位你都要安排比我, 真係有誤會你都要好應該好好解釋比我聽, 就咁話無位要人走, 不知所謂

Went to Yakitoritei with a few friends for a light dinner at around 9pm. The store was very empty but we decided to give it a try. Boy, was that a mistake. Food: OK. Not bad. Not great. Lacks a chargrilled taste commonly found with better yakitori restaurants. Service: Good. Staff were quick to clear out empty plates. Went to Yakitoritei with a few friends for a light dinner at around 9pm. The store was very empty but we decided to give it a try. Boy, was that a mistake.

Food: OK. Not bad. Not great. Lacks a chargrilled taste commonly found with better yakitori restaurants.

Service: Good. Staff were quick to clear out empty plates. However, they had a rather poor attitude when explaining the menu.

Pricing: Terrible! When you sit down you're given tea and salad (some cucumber and cabbage, uncooked) as is the standard in a Japanese restaurant. However, they charge you $20 per bowl without prior notice! And when you point out that you hadn't ordered their salad, they point you to some tiny small print on their menu stating that the salad they give you will be charged to your bill. Also, they put down a wrong order and refused to admit their mistake, instead charging us double for the item and what we had originally wanted. Personally, it's not a money issue as much as it is a sense of being cheated. Additionally, food is slightly overpriced for the small portions they offer.

Overall: Poor. If being ripped off is not your thing, do not offer this restaurant your patronage as your hard earned money is better spent on good food, as opposed to dodgey practices. It's no wonder this place was empty.
