其實小弟一路都唔建議喺居酒屋
叫鱈魚乾、雞泡魚乾、味淋魚乾呢類嘢。
但最老土係呢幾樣嘢都係出色嘅下酒菜,
你去得居酒屋或串燒屋呢啲地方飲酒,
唔叫呢幾樣嘢又爭緊啲。

甲羅燒,斷估應該加咗料理酒,去腥用。
甲羅燒就一定係入貨先有啦,
見佢都加工咗有落隻鵪鶉蛋同飛魚子。
不過應上面嗰兩樣嘢就後落嘅,
其實建議落咗酒之後再煮一煮去一陣間先,
等佢唔使咁水汪汪同埋唔使咁濃酒精味,
鵪鶉蛋唔落蛋白會好啲,
太多,水汪汪,撈咗好耐,
終於叫做扒到上塊多士。

題外話,我想影個清酒list嘅時候
發現侍應已經收返,
礙於唔想打攪咁忙嘅兩位,
我亦冇問佢哋攞。
小弟望到佢哋清酒list入面
全部都係果香比較多嘅薰酒,
當然有其中一支佢有介紹話係有米香
但係老實講,清酒係米酒,
一般嚟講都具有米香同旨味只係多與少嘅分别,
鹽燒串燒,同有醬汁嘅料理都係分别地
用偏香氣較清新酒酒體薄身爽快嘅爽酒,
同帶米麥香、陳年(醬油或菇菌)香、
旨味等而酒體偏醇厚嘅醇酒會比較適合。
當然因為呢兩類酒一般成本較低
而賣到嘅價錢亦都唔似純米吟釀及
純米大吟釀呢類清酒高,
加上市民大眾都會誤以為
有花果香氣先叫做傳統清酒。
大部分香港嘅居酒屋都費事入咁多爽、醇、熟酒。
清酒,邊有咁多香港人識欣賞。
導致香港大部分進口商,
都情願賣多啲薰酒,有價有市,先有得賺。
但有趣嘅係,日本人係鍾意飲啤酒,
其次係燒酎(讀音:就,唔係酌)。
基本上佢哋去得居酒屋都係飲啤酒多。
不過其實睇大家入咩酒同點sell啲酒嘅啫。

服務態度亦非常友善,侍應多次幫我哋調校冷氣都唔嫌煩好有笑容。同行友人生日,侍應上生日蛋糕時十分配合氣氛,又一邊幫我哋切蛋糕一邊同我哋傾偈,問下覺得啲嘢食點👍🏻

我一定會再帶其他朋友嚟,係friday night嘅好選擇!very good vibe!

之前喺社交平台見到開咗喺屋企附近,有日夜麻麻諗住睇吓佢收咗舖未,即刻上OpenRice睇,上面寫收舖時間係12mn,我同老公即刻飛過去,去到大概10:50pm,點知店員話平日係收11pm,weekend 先收12mn,最後只好喺附近求其食咗粉麵 🫠🫠🫠🫠 (update 返OpenRice 個營業時間真係咁難?)星期日再訪,今次醒啦😎,先打電話去餐廳問閂舖時間,店員回覆11:30pm (其實都覺得奇怪,點解唔係12mn,不過諗住可能係last order時間就冇再追問),老公10:30pm首先到達,點知店員話俾佢聽今日係收11pm,原因係做大清潔 🤷🏻‍♀️,仲要話今日一定冇人回覆過係會閂11:30pm,問返我轉頭係邊個人聽電話 我好firm 咁話我係同日晚上7點幾打電話詢問,佢哋先轉軚,突然變咗係壞雪櫃、冇食材wor (可信程度備受質疑!)其實疫情後少咗好多深宵夜店,都好想佢哋做得成功keep得住,等我哋依啲貓頭鷹都有啖好食,但此店做法實在不敢恭維,食物幾好食都假。希望這篇食評店家負責人或老細會見到,而且正視問題,更希望這兩次handle 嘅都係打份工做又36唔做又36嘅員工,而唔係
