酒店樓下就是這間潮潮居。一年前吃過。琴晚再到訪。爆滿要等位。無等到。今晚預先用openrice訂好位。執完野就直接去吃。冬至期間。菜單不像平日。沒有套餐。今晚一去到就有位了。叫了瑤柱豆苗。雞。咕嚕肉。賣相不錯。最好味是咕嚕肉。飯後送糖水。環境都舒服。服務也不錯。侍應就在隔離。隨時可以找到人幫忙。整體感覺不錯。埋單5百幾。最差的是廚房亞姐唔識上菜。亂放下了就離開。明明應上菜的位置不放。將餸放在一旁。很奇怪

假期留港,老媽子想出去食飯,呢間酒樓佢常去飲茶,就試試他的晚市。周日客人不多,一行四人七點到達,順利入座。點了兩餸一湯,海鮮孖寶,整體質素非常不俗,個西洋菜湯豬肺湯飲完唔記得影相,都好足料。潮式香煎蠔餅蛋香十足的蠔餅,熱辣辣脆卜卜,加埋個魚露,正!香酥芋蓉鴨呢個最好食!經典潮洲手工菜,層蜂巢鬆脆,芋泥軟滑,加埋炸珍珠葉,一碟八件,令人欲罷不能,即時清碟清蒸沙巴仔新鮮,火喉蒸得啱啱好果皮南非鮑魚鮑魚唔算好大隻,入口彈牙,個陳皮幾香,加埋啲蔥絲,好味😋最後送咗個蕃薯糖水,大滿足😌

總結: 酒樓只為自己工作,漠視客人需要,包括生理上嘅餓,心理上嘅道歉。工作上欠缺系統,截咗單先嚟問齊唔齊,然後唔齊就話無得追,無得加。呢間酒樓都幫襯咗好多次,勝在有鐘意飲嘅人蔘烏龍。初頭見到經理有教員工認真擺位,好似好認真,覺得幾好,不錯。然後就嚟啦,我1508落單,叫咗四樣嘢,啲嘢嚟得唔算快,一碟碟咁上,嚟咗兩碟就停咗。我去餐廳就好少會追單,等到1535,一位侍應嚟問:嚟齊未?幫手埋單。我話:未齊,爭兩樣。轉個頭,畀張單我侍應:話落咗兩樣,無其他。我:我落咗四樣喎,比返我落單張餐紙我睇下侍應竟然話:無喎,過咗落單時間,無啦,唔好意思。我……(心諗:食咗兩樣點心,完全唔飽喎,落漏單,唔幫我追不特止,話無?咁就直接搵白衫經理,點知一樣無禮貌!我:經理,可唔可以比張落單紙我睇,我落咗四樣嘢,嚟得兩樣。經理去check單,入翻單,咁我返去坐低啦。經理轉頭話,得翻粥,雞紮無啦,ok我心諗。。。吓就咁講句ok?一句唔好意思都無?同埋起碼應該問我要唔要轉其他點心?我哋兩個人食得三樣嘢。。。最後,經理仲想嚟吹埋單,特登走過嚟問啲嘢齊未。。。。未截單前唔問,到截哂單,追完單,先嚟問?齊唔齊您唔知㗎咩?為咗追埋單,問嘅問題都唔合邏輯,為問而問,反而仲激嬲嗰客。最後我話:唔齊都無得食啦

早市超值孖寶 $36可以揀兩款點心-天天煲靚粥 煲得好綿滑,入面啲料都幾多,所以我哋後尾再叫多個。-避風塘蘿蔔糕有炸蒜令蘿蔔糕昇華咗,煎得啱啱好,最緊要係一啲都唔漿口。-酸甜梅子豬手幾爽口,細細舊易入口。-香茜牛肉腸腸粉好滑,芫茜味唔算好出,唔會蓋左牛肉味。-蜜汁叉燒包包唔乾身,啲叉燒量都足夠,唔會得啲醬。-鮮竹牛肉球夠彈牙!-潮州粉果好大粒,皮好煙韌,入面有花生,韭菜等餡料。-紫水晶蝦餃(2隻)$13皮好薄,一啲負擔都冇,可以食好多粒。-蟹籽燒賣皇(2隻)$13爽口彈牙!-豉汁蒸鳳爪$21唔會蒸得太腍,仲有爽嘅口感。茶位$13/位
