今日難得亞頭提早散會放午飯,看看錶,足足比平日多了半個鐘,於是有同事提議行遠d去南盛街的「琛仔小廚」,對於一個初到貴境的我,自然是無意見,跟大隊。到達後,侍應引領我們去樓上雅座,看到牆上掛著的餐牌,不禁「嘩」的一聲叫了出來,竟然有13款選擇,我有選擇恐懼症呀!咁多點揀好呢?經過一輪篩選,點了「捷克豬扒」,因為吉列豬扒、洋蔥豬扒、咖哩豬扒就吃得多,唔知捷克豬扒的煮法又係點呢,所以想試試。賣相OK,兩塊沾了少少粉煎得香口的豬扒,份量頗足,有沙律菜伴碟,還有看似是忌廉汁的醬汁。豬扒厚薄適中,肉質軟腍,不嚡口,於是輕輕沾了少許醬汁來試,發覺沒有忌廉汁的重奶味和稠身,而且帶點酸味,放在豬扒上一起吃,頗有驚喜,不但減少豬扒的油膩,而且味道非常夾,好好味!總括來講,是一間有水準的西餐廳,以後還要來試埋其他菜式呢!

賣相OK,兩塊沾了少少粉煎得香口的豬扒,份量頗足,有沙律菜伴碟,還有看似是忌廉汁的醬汁。豬扒厚薄適中,肉質軟腍,不嚡口,於是輕輕沾了少許醬汁來試,發覺沒有忌廉汁的重奶味和稠身,而且帶點酸味,放在豬扒上一起吃,頗有驚喜,不但減少豬扒的油膩,而且味道非常夾,好好味!

總括來講,是一間有水準的西餐廳,以後還要來試埋其他菜式呢!

朋友介紹話大埔有間平價高質平民西餐廳,老闆仲係瑞典回流返黎,所以d西餐都帶有瑞典色彩。講到咁好食,當然要去試下啦,位置離火車站有少少遠,唔熟路都比較難搵,唔怪得無乜人提過。黎得當然要試下d西餐有幾瑞典,所以叫左個瑞典肉丸配薯蓉。個瑞典肉丸做得非常香口,亦好香脆,但內面又唔會乾身,依然有肉汁,配埋個蘑菇白汁都幾夾。薯蓉我係比較欣賞,因為牛油味重,而且佢運用左薯蓉配上薯仔粒,口感比一般薯蓉更好,亦無咁單調。以午餐$50唔洗黎講,有呢個質素都算係非常超值,難怪朋友咁推薦我黎試下佢。

黎得當然要試下d西餐有幾瑞典,所以叫左個瑞典肉丸配薯蓉。個瑞典肉丸做得非常香口,亦好香脆,但內面又唔會乾身,依然有肉汁,配埋個蘑菇白汁都幾夾。薯蓉我係比較欣賞,因為牛油味重,而且佢運用左薯蓉配上薯仔粒,口感比一般薯蓉更好,亦無咁單調。

以午餐$50唔洗黎講,有呢個質素都算係非常超值,難怪朋友咁推薦我黎試下佢。

個個禮拜都要入大埔補習,大埔美食多羅羅,試極都試唔完,有乜辦法先得架?繼續食囉因為真係間間都各有特色,無乜中過伏。今日補習之前,係附近食個午餐,入左間菜餐廳同朋友一齊食個飯。餐廳門面平平無奇,之所以入去,都係因為佢門口個午餐餐牌,感覺上唔係一般茶餐廳d偽西餐,望落有d水準咁。我地分別叫左個瑞典肉丸意粉同黑椒紅酒牛扒配薯蓉。一黎到真係嘩一聲,不得鳥,咁嘅價錢,係真係西餐嘅賣相。不過賣相靚都好,味道先更加重要!首先個瑞典肉丸,我只能講一句,比宜家更正式!個白汁有菇味,又唔係單單磨菇湯咁,都幾肯定唔係用平價罐頭湯開出黎,個汁師傅有心做。至於個肉丸,細細粒,個面非常香脆,但個心仲係好軟滑,有肉汁。要做到咁都唔容易,我非常欣賞!至於朋友個牛扒,都試左兩啖,基本上唔洗要個汁已經好夠味,食落好有肉汁,亦唔會硬。個薯蓉就都幾特別,佢用左薯泥溝薯仔粒,唔係全部一pat咁,食落比較有口感,值得一讚。總括來說,非常超值嘅西餐廳,質素絕對可以同個d大型西餐廳比較,睇得出老闆非常用心經營,必定會再翻食。

首先個瑞典肉丸,我只能講一句,比宜家更正式!個白汁有菇味,又唔係單單磨菇湯咁,都幾肯定唔係用平價罐頭湯開出黎,個汁師傅有心做。至於個肉丸,細細粒,個面非常香脆,但個心仲係好軟滑,有肉汁。要做到咁都唔容易,我非常欣賞!

至於朋友個牛扒,都試左兩啖,基本上唔洗要個汁已經好夠味,食落好有肉汁,亦唔會硬。個薯蓉就都幾特別,佢用左薯泥溝薯仔粒,唔係全部一pat咁,食落比較有口感,值得一讚。

總括來說,非常超值嘅西餐廳,質素絕對可以同個d大型西餐廳比較,睇得出老闆非常用心經營,必定會再翻食。
