今天午餐走過西環厚和街,發現開了很久的店不見了,換了一家新的店,就走進去試試吧,看他什麼料子一進去見到一個很有禮貌的年輕人介紹餐單他介紹了吃串燒餐說這裏串燒很好吃好!我就試試啦這裏餐跟白飯,麵豉湯,沙律,有溫泉蛋正再單點了雞翼,燒得皮脆肉嫩,很有油香,下次再試試個推介安格斯牛小排串燒不錯,看得出師傅有心機,下次再試試晚餐後話,年輕人原來是這裏的一個老闆,年輕人現在創業也不易吧,我就支持一下,加油吧,希望保持水準

很有日本居酒屋感覺

同老婆喺西環探完父母諗住番去自己個區先食嘢,諗住去泓都搭的士,行到去厚和街,見到之前食過嘅串燒鋪轉咗名,(曜謨串燒店),仲諗住呢個(謨)係讀莫,點知最後先知原來係讀(無)音,好彩有老闆兼樓面嘅(昌哥)話我知,講完閒話,講番正題,其實我之前都有幫襯呢間串燒店,感覺氣氛幾好,嘢食又ok,但有段時間師傅啲串燒好鬼咸,但今次去啲人唔同哂,師傅手勢好好,咸淡適中,有啲遍淡(可能因為我同昌哥講咗我食唔到太咸,所以佢幫我同師傅講唔好咁重手)老婆食得超開心(如果佢唔開心,我唔可以叫酒飲架,因為急急腳要走,所以我可以開一支720ml嘅大賀,昌哥介紹嘅)我最鐘意食羊架,牛肉,雞腎,雞肝(哈哈,其實係串燒我都鐘意食,因為配埋清酒真係冇得輸),我老婆鐘意食白鱔,虎蝦,鮑魚,佢話師傅燒得啱啱好,所以當晚都食咗好多,最後我仲可以開兩支清酒添,全晚感覺超開心又滿足,好耐冇試過食串燒店咁開心(有試過經歷唔好嘅,呢到唔講喇)所以喺到同咁多位bro,sis講呢間嘢可以值得一試,佢地成班師傅樓面都好尊重啲客人,好窩心

今次係我第一次寫食評,就比咗呢家店好耐冇去嵐川食串燒,點知來到轉咗名嵐川咁多年都做唔住,新店名叫曜謨,哈,唔識讀咁來到又冇可唔走咗去,就比次機會佢啦,唔好食最多下次唔來啦😏串燒店雞翼必點,燒到皮趣肉多汁,正自家製雞皮,夠脆乾身墨魚肉彈牙,師傅話只係冬天先有得食免治棒就不過不失最後食過牛肉稻庭烏冬飽飽串燒係好食的,師傅火候掌握得不錯,應乾得乾最後和班師傅傾咗陣計,原來嵐川佬闆身體欠佳頂左比之前D師傅做。掛得唔知啲味道都係保持到,下次我會再返來食,叫朋友來食多幾款
