嗰日中午諗來諗去都唔知要食咩好,行行下,經過吉野家突然好想食佢嘅牛肉飯,因為舖面唔係好大,又剛好係中午時段,所以店舖入邊已經冇晒座😮‍💨,唯有叫外賣拎返屋企慢慢食😋,因為佢啲牛肉汁撈飯好好食😋,所以要求咗要多汁,一打開聞到啲牛肉味和見到啲肥牛就流晒口水,牛肉唔算太肥,但係啲牛肉比以前少咗啲,飯嘅份量就剛剛好,我之前都有試過其他店舖嘅牛肉飯,相對來講呢間啲牛肉汁做得最好食😋😋所以只有呢間我先至唔會食淨啲飯和牛肉

未試過吉野家早餐,所以返工前去試。打算選選"洋食朝食系列"的B餐排隊時得一條隊,那個穿藍衫的經理動作已慢,前面有6個人排,都要等8分鐘先輪到我叫早餐。因為我唔鍾意紅色那pet茄醬,所以講了兩次唔要汁。佢地部收銀機,唔會出單在廚房,係靠叫咪,廚房內的人聽order出餐的。我見張飛無寫走汁,但收銀的經理有叫咪話走汁。等下等下,連排得後過我的好多位客人,都出晒餐都未叫我,有店員發現後再幫我叫多次order,我又傻婆咁提佢要走汁,店員又向廚房窗口叫一次 B餐走汁。如是者又等5分鐘先出餐,出到來係有汁既B餐。於是店員拿住份B餐同廚房爭論要走汁(我都未出聲),廚房好似而家先明要走汁。個經理又走來同我講,整過份俾我,又話D腸同汁係同煮,如走汁要多些時間。我即時話算啦,照要,我撥走D汁食。經理唔識反應,我話你地攪咁耐最尾都係錯,令無時間再等,佢先俾份餐我。到我見到份餐,真係打個突,俾少塊餐肉添,但實在無時間再提出做得洋食餐,竟然無叉既,得筷子、刀同枝羹,如要用筷子夾住咁大塊火腿來食,一定滴到成身係汁。如用刀切開,再用筷子夾,又好無文化。味道方面,中規中矩,無甚特別。但我見D茄汁,係有好幼細既橙色粉末,

做得洋食餐,竟然無叉既,得筷子、刀同枝羹,如要用筷子夾住咁大塊火腿來食,一定滴到成身係汁。如用刀切開,再用筷子夾,又好無文化。

味道方面,中規中矩,無甚特別。但我見D茄汁,係有好幼細既橙色粉末,個汁似係粉開水煮出來。

整體而言,唔會再幫襯。

自香港回歸,其核心價值一直受動搖,民生一塌糊塗不在話下,樓市畸形、貧富懸殊、百物騰貴。外出吃一頓飯隨時動輒要四五十元,Mcdonald「抵」,但總不可能早午晚三餐都吃。今次想介紹吉野家,最便宜的下午茶十七元就有交易,實在是咱們窮人恩物。溫泉玉子入口軟滑,蛋味香濃,連一向不愛吃生蛋的我都愛上。加十元就有關東煮,配料有蘿蔔、豆卜、芋絲,湯料一點鹹的感覺都沒有,不俗。牛肉厚薄適中,帶少許牛脂,入口肉質柔軟帶脂香,雖然二十元有找,但絕對沒有將貨就價。煎雞肉質滑嫩,更難得是有些菜落肚,有點兒感動。和風牛肉飯,雖然說是迷你,但份量都不少,如果不是大胃王,應該足夠。今時今日很多食肆都企圖賺盡一分一毫,難得吉野家推出平價下午菜套餐回饋顧客,良心企業,值得嘉許!

椰果賓治是 all time favourite,從前不知道椰果是怎樣來,後來發覺原來在超級市場是有一罐罐賣的,但係都係浸糖水,如果自己處理要沖好多水,不如都係出街叫黎飲。其實整得好,係可以好好飲,好享受。直頭係一款甜品,有得飲有得食。

順帶一提,吉野家的酸薑也非常不錯,從前是一盒放在檯上,現在用了獨立包裝,非常衛生,一包包擺響「取餐處」。
Other Info. : 多年前,曾經有一次想帶爸爸去食一次吉野家,但他說:一間快餐舖賣的牛肉飯可以有幾好食?就作罷了。 後來離開了中學。後來吉野家開了很多分店。後來不只賣牛肉飯。

Not my usual fare because I dislike grills and Teppanyaki's because of the grease.I just tried this for fun, but the restaurant's air conditioning was FREEZING!!!!!!!!It was Teppanyaki with pomelo sauce.Butter was used on the plate to grill the food.The set consists of beef, bacon wrapped frankfurters, onions, green pepper, sweetcorn, egg and crab.Basically anynone can cook this without any cooking knowledge, but you just have to know if the meat is cooked or not.Overall it tasted OK, the sauce

Basically anynone can cook this without any cooking knowledge, but you just have to know if the meat is cooked or not.

Overall it tasted OK, the sauce was thick and the beef remained juicy.
The pomelo sauce was slightly syrupy though.
The service was rubbish because I was not given the cooker until I requested one from one of the waitors who was clearing the tables.

去年十月第一次嘗吉野家的火鍋,還記得當時是經歷六小時唱K後的晚餐,當時是光顧apm分店。事隔差不多九個月了,在這個hot summer hot hot summer(幫fx打下歌哈哈)再次去十下十下。去年十月時,火鍋價格依舊和現在一樣,但湯底有點不同。現在第四回的日式火鍋,仍記得上一次光顧時所期間限定的是南瓜湯底,而是次則是我最愛的粒粒蕃茄昆布湯底。除了期間限定的粒粒蕃茄昆布湯底(名字很長的說),亦有一貫的日式濃湯和野菜清湯供食客選擇。鑒於我極愛蕃茄,又鑒於曾試過日式濃湯又不愛那種甜甜的味道,我當然選擇粒粒蕃茄昆布湯底。我選的粒粒蕃茄昆布湯底火鍋可以選擇配一份牛肉/煙肉,不吃牛的朋友們亦有其他選擇,不錯不錯。而另外亦有一款是海鮮火鍋,鍋中有青口和帶子,但價錢比普通火鍋貴約$15,感覺有點不值,而該湯底是豆乳,並不是我愛的,就選擇最普通個較實惠的普通火鍋吧!我和友人一樣都選了粒粒蕃茄昆布湯底,大家都是選配牛肉(雖然曾經一秒想過試試煙肉,但因為不知道味道如何,就放棄了哈),但我選擇了配飯($46.9),而友人則選了烏冬($47.9)。而聰明的我當然明白白飯難以下嚥,向店員多取了一小碗的牛肉

因為去年光顧吉野家時消費滿$60,送了一個2011年的月曆,月曆中每月有兩張優惠卷,7月的是免費送野菜。看到有優惠,當然撕下再使用。
免費的野菜:在等湯滾時,我和友人就在邊吃菜邊等
,菜的份量不少。但菜的上面有點透明又咸的汁,不知道是什麼,但因為是免費送的,沒什麼要求,起碼有點青菜就不錯了。

粒粒蕃茄昆布湯底:一打開蓋,看到不少蕃茄粒和細碎的昆布,看到湯底滾起了,急不及待地先一嚐湯的味道,心一直想著希望有濃濃的蕃茄味,雖然事實只有淡淡的蕃茄味,但亦是有陣陣的蕃茄酸味,但慢慢再將食材和湯底煮一會兒,慢慢味道變濃,到最近更把它當湯般喝光光

兩條蟹棒:當然不用想,蟹棒只是蟹柳。還記得有次和家人到某大集團的酒樓打邊爐,菜單中寫蟹棒,我們滿心希望是蟹肉,誰知換來的是昂貴的四條蟹柳
。想起,當時的蟹棒便是鍋中那種
。好了,說回味道,沒什麼特別,由於在滾起時便夾起蟹柳,不致於散開,亦不會只是粉粉的,還有半點人造的蟹味。
兩小塊豆腐:夠熱,煮了很久仍滑溜,但有點兒少,亦沒什豆味,可能是我太愛豆腐了哈。
兩塊南瓜:煮了一段時間才吃,南瓜夠林,亦有甜味,不錯。
年糕福袋:還記得上一次,不知道鍋中有這個福袋,一直煮一直煮,外面的腐皮都篤破了,年糕一直煮,湯底變得十分濃稠,非常嘔心。這次我聰明了,待湯底滾起後便快快夾起年糕福袋,上次以為這是芝士,這次學聰明了哈。因為未試過年糕福袋,所以滿心期待它的味道,一咬下去,就像平日吃的日本年糕,口感黏糯,但沒有半點味道,我便沾點附送的芝麻醬,味道還好,不太喜歡。

兩小塊粟米:兩小塊加起來連半支粟米都沒有,但粟米是甜的,不差,但愛粟米的我覺得不夠

腐皮:很吸味,有滿滿的蕃茄味,功能有如支竹一樣,很滿足。
娃娃菜:有點兒老,不太喜歡
金菇:份量有點太少,只有一小撮。
重要的肥牛:有的有點兒過肥,但算吧,太瘦的牛也不美味,份量比apm店多,應該有五至六片,配上附送的芝麻醬,絕配,肥牛質素一般,但要價只是幾十元,沒什要求,加上有醬汁的點綴,很好。
芝麻醬:比市面上的芝麻醬味道較佳,後來因為牛肉汁不夠,我放了少許芝麻醬伴飯,味道亦很不錯,很想買回家
,如果加入生菜等便可成為一道沙拉。而附送的芝麻醬份量亦足夠,如果不夠,可以加$2多買一盒。
:珍珠米,但因為放有點久,變硬了,但配上牛肉汁也不錯,亦比烏冬份量多,一定會飽。
烏冬:口感不錯,彈牙,但不宜煮太久。

因為我們消費多於$9x,飲品會自動升級至比較大杯,起初店員將可樂錯給成檸檬茶,但店員亦有禮地幫我們換回。
吉野家火鍋比其他快餐店的優勝之處是材料種類多,有較多蔬菜和湯底較好,湯底感覺沒有太多味精。而且彈性亦較好,有很多材料供食客選擇加配,可以兩人share一鍋再加一點配料,看似份量不多,但亦令人捧腹而走,不錯。期待第五回有其他更佳的湯底,最好當然是不要加價

因為不想行來行去找尋吃午餐的地點,所以見到吉野家有此牛肉煎雞雙拼飯就被吸引進去了。價值HKD32.50的牛肉煎雞雙拼飯連一杯輕怡百事可樂。 牛肉為肥牛肉,數量算多,沒有欺騙人客只有數片就算。而我最欣賞它們用了不少洋蔥來炒。煎雞雖然只有五件,不過不在乎數量,只要味道好就足夠了。因為加了醬汁,特別刻意帶出雞肉的味道。溫馨提示:記得問店員拿畺來伴飯吃刻意更好味道。
