To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 📍魚米@元朗店小編好鍾意你呢一間食米線，餐牌好多選擇，見隔離枱好多人都選擇魚餐😍，有黃花魚、比目魚、多春魚⋯⋯⋯配菜飯/白飯/米線👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻星期四平日中午一點到達，店內約8成滿晒，店內環境比較細，座位比較窄，員工只有兩位，眼見有漏單及錯單情況🥲今次選擇了魚湯米粉配魚腐、鮮蝦韭菜餃，魚腐味道👍🏻，有四大粒；鮮蝦韭菜餃脹卜卜，好味。大大碗，份量足夠，湯底鮮甜，有芽菜、腐竹、韭菜及響鈴食完大滿足☺️

22/10/2024 lunchtime 同成班同事一齊叫外賣，第一次叫呢間魚米，叫左豬軟骨&魚片 酸辣湯米線。食到落最底先見到有曱甴，衛生堪憂，之後唔會再幫襯！！！

魚米之前試過食魚湯米線煎魚，見餐牌晚飯時段有燉湯二人套餐$179，兩個人食好似幾抵，所以今晚又走去試試。二人套餐有兩餸、一個燉湯、兩碗白飯、兩杯飲品，見好似幾抵就試一次。果醋汁豬扒，帶酸酸甜甜都幾開胃，豬扒算幾好喎，起碼唔鞋先。魚米主打魚，咁就要試下叫麵醬蒸鱸魚，魚用麵醬來蒸，蒸出來魚算新鮮味道都ok，不過不失！鮑魚姬松茸老雞燉湯，二人份量都幾足料，有幾件雞加了松茸菇，雞肉煲到鞋食唔到，但有啖湯飲下，不過我覺得稍為鹹咗啲。間舖可能唔夠人手，店員態度真係麻麻。

第一次寫食評就俾左呢間餐廳～真係好嬲頭髮金毛女職員態度惡劣，問多兩句態度已經非常唔耐煩～ 好似食免費飯甘， 黑口黑面～呢杯特飲叫水蜜桃QQ椰果，蜜桃碎都冇，成杯罐頭水加冰， 對得住加了$15呢個錢？ 成餐飯完全食唔飽仲要受氣～ 呢間餐廳永遠無下一次
